''Shar?" Jack called as he sprinted down the streets of San Malarus, sweat pooling on his brow behind his helmet. He had to find Sharaku... This was a matter of the up most importance.... Nothing would distract him from-Oh look a monkey!.... Wait no... That's just a lamp post... SERIOUS TIME! RIGHT! This is Jack being super serious and looking for Sharaku! YEAH! Serious! SERS BERS!

As Jack ran slowly became aware of the stares he was getting... man... word travels fast doesn't it... The people who were at the rally seemed to have gotten the word out that Jack was now "Public Enemy Number 1" Hence the bit number 1 on his chest.... sigh.... He needed to hide for a bit... Maybe let this blow over. Maybe more over to Turtle Cove... He heard the weather there was beautiful this time of year, and he could always earn a living wage working in his cousin's flower shop and-

Jack's train of thought was interupted when he rand head first into...

"Shraku! I've been looking for you!" Jack shouted as he lay flat on his ass...

Huh? Sharaku barely managed to remain standing when someone barreled into him, taking a few moments to steady his balance before looking at the source. Oh. He didn't exactly expect that. Yes, he had told Jack to come find him if he was interested, but he wasn't sure just how much was the guy listening to him back then. Jack had seemed to be eager to dissuade that Rally more than anything else at the time.

''I see that.....'' The guy must have been in quite the hurry with his looking to literally run into him. Didn't have to yell, however. They were probably attracting enough attention already, from those people that saw the Rally and whatnot. No need for literally everyone to turn their heads. He would huff a bit, leaning down to offer Jack a hand, if the guy wanted to get up, that is.

''Hehe, thanks Shar,'' Jack smiled as he took Sharaku's hand and pulled himself up. With a sigh Jack cracked his back and rubbed the sore spot on his ass. Jack really needed to start looking where he was going, otherwise he'd just keep running into people like this. ''First and foremost I'd like to thank you for comeing to save my ass back there... if you didn't notice that crowd was about to jump me when you came in... heh... I saved a bunch of lives and became a local hero, look where it got me. Oh well, never was doing it for the glory. Second!,"

Jack punched Sharaku in the shoulder lightly with a laugh''I'd like to kick your ass for shouting out ''Jack'' all willy nilly like that! I swear people just don't understand the meaning of ''Secret Identities'' any more... Third... and most importantly...'' Jack narrowed his eyes at Sharaku and gave him a knowing once over.

''You... seem different then the last time I saw you... And don't deny it... what happened?"

''You're welcome.'' Although he was pretty sure Jack was capable of getting himself up alone if needed. Not that it mattered in this situation. He would give the guy a somewhat blank look, before raising an eyebrow. Alright? ''You're welcome again, I suppose, despite the fact that I did not come there for that specific reason. I went there because I was asked to.'' He had no idea Jack was there before he went over, and he hadn't been doing it exactly to save 'anyone's ass' either. Not specifically, at least. Though, keeping it from exploding was partially what he was trying to do there, so perhaps that applied. But his main reason was finding out what the deal was.

''Hm?'', he would give the guy a quizzical glance at the punch. What? Ah, right. ''I wasn't even the first one who said your name. That funny looking blonde guy who kept yelling did. They just didn't listen when he did so.'', he would shrug nonchalantly. ''Besides, what's the problem? 'Secret Identity', really? I'd think that is rather unnecessary by this point. Or are you afraid of people knowing who you are, and having to face consequences of what you have done later?'' He was not really seeing the point. Not when Jack wanted to be the hero. A hero who hides his face? That was just giving the impression of being cowardly. If you're really that great, own up to yourself and what you do, not hide behind a mask and a secret identity. That's what he'd say. It's not like Jack seemed to want to work undercover for real, as he was putting himself into spotlight often enough.

He would tilt his head a bit at the question. Different? He was not exactly sure what Jack meant by that. ''Yes...? I believe that people can change with time, so maybe I am different. Not sure what exactly do you want of me. A lot of things happened lately.'' Although...he would narrow his eyes at Jack slightly...maybe he did have an idea what could this be about...but he wasn't sure yet...Hmm...

"Yeah well for some reason no one seemed to be paying attention to Tremora shouting my name... I guess you just command more attention there buddy heh..." Now that he mentioned it... Yeah! Tremora shouted Jack's name like... half a dozen times and no one payed any mind! Then Shar says it once in passing and every jumps on it! Selective hearing is selective. BUT That was not the issue at hand right now. The matter at hand... Was Shar's new ink.

"Well... The thing is. You're tattoos, they're yellow now. What's up with that?" Jack narrowed his eyes further and smiled slightly,"I mean if it was just that I could chock it up to you just chosing to change up your ink but... It's more then that Ya know. You have a whole new aura about you ya know? It's like you're a completely different person, yet completely the same... I also feel," Jack just realized how strange what he was gonna say and well... No homo but "I feel we have more in common now...."

''Is that his name...?'' Maybe he should take note of that. If he ever met that weird guy again. Because for all intents and purposes, he seemed like a very annoying type of person. Yelling around about things he doesn't really understand. ''Maybe it's because of his approach. No offense, but I probably wouldn't listen either if some weirdo started yelling random stuff here and there. He just made the impression of a rude brat, more than anything else. And I doubt he really knew much about the things he was speaking of.'' It sure didn't seem that way.

He would snort a bit. Okay? ''Now? Jack, do you realize I didn't even have any tattoos before?'' It's not that he recolored anything. He didn't even have any before. He would shrug lightly though. ''This makes me debate whether I even want to have more in common with you.'' He wasn't exactly a fan of Jack, even though he respected the guy in a way. All that aside, he was pretty sure he knew what Jack was talking about. In general at least. ''Very well, however. Answer me this then. Are you working together with one of the Angels?'' That should make it more clear. Assuming he got an answer to his question. He wasn't going to tell everything without testing first. He wasn't really sure how exactly being able to tell worked. There was no telling whether Jack was with the same one or not just from this feeling or whatever you'd call it.

"...Wait Really?" Jack was... honestly kinda surprised... He had thought... well... He thought that Shar was... well to be honest he thought.... sigh"Ok Shar... I'm gunna be completely honest with you, I thought the grey skin was a full body tat... Plus the like, diamonds on your forehead kinda reinforced the whole idea. Wow I feel silly now..." Jack laughed at the awkwardness of the whole situation... So... Sharaku's skin was just like that naturally? Like he always had grey skin? Jack had heard of albinism... but never anything like this.

Jack would jerk his head back to look at Sharaku when he asked his question however."Actually yes... I joined Miss.Divine, ya know the angel in the radio tower... Well. Join isn't quite the right word for it... I spoke with her and learned that she doesn't want humanity to change in accordance to the will of an angel, but instead she wants it to be the will of a human that decides our fate. Then she asked me what MY wish was and I told her... A world of true cooperation and democracy where all of man kind works together to make our world a better place, where no voice goes unheard and everyone considers each other in their decisions... And Wouldn't ya know it. She accepted my Wish and made it her own... Why do you ask?"

Eh? Sharaku would stare at Jack blankly for a few moments. Not that...it was impossible to get a gray tattoo or anything. He was sure it was a thing. But how does one do that kind of thing full body? Getting a perm tattoo can be painful, even on a smaller area. He couldn't legit imagine doing that on literally your whole skin. That would probably even take several days to get done...and certain body parts sure would not appreciate that kind of care. All that aside, who would be out of it enough to do that? Sheesh. Makes you wonder what exactly Jack thought of him. ''....how do you even think that would be done? By dipping myself in gray tattoo paint? It's not like it's just my face and arms. I'm not sure if someone would be crazy enough to do something like this on some body parts.'', he would shake his head with a huff. He did indeed look strange, and he knew people gave him looks for it from time to time, but he doubted someone was 'genious' enough to think it was a literal full body tattoo. Until right now. He couldn't even imagine the process of that. ''But no, it is not a tattoo.'', he would look at Jack in thought. Well, might as well. Anything is better than the guy tinking what he was. ''I'm not exactly normal. That's all there is to it. I'm not a Persona user like you. I have a Shadow bound to me. And it is the reason why I look the way I do.'', he would explain in rather short terms, almost interested in the reaction he would get for that. If nothing else, Jack could be a good hilarious entertainment with certain things he blurted out.

The what? Well....that certainly gave things a whole new dimension. Just not one he would ever expect. He knew that Angel must have had a reason to suddenly voice a Wish of her own, yes, but this wasn't exactly what he imagined to be it. He would give Jack a slightly ridiculed look, before simply laughing at the idea. Techincally, it was something he could see the guy doing. But he did not think it would actually be done in practice. ''So...it was you then...'' Hilarious indeed. Although, his sudden burst of amusement didn't last too long. Something..was a little amiss. The way Jack described his said Wish...it was not really the same as what Angel had told them back in the Tower. Either that, or she did not explain it in enough detail. She...had put it a bit differently. Because in all honesty, what Jack was saying here....was completely illogical. That..can't possibly be done. Not in a normal way, at least. Not that Angel's phrasing was completely great either. Still, the problem was..it was a strange discrepancy. Even though he would figure she just went and simplified the Wish Jack told her.

''Alright, now seriously.'', he would huff, shaking it off. ''She seems to have mellowed your Wish out a bit. Then again, what you propose makes...no sense. No offense Jack, but that is simply impossible the way you put it. Consider everyone in your decisions...how do you want to do that? There are billions of people in the world. There will always be people that will be against what you want to do, because humans are individuals. No single decision would ever be reached in that kind of world. Because whatever action..it cannot please every person. What may be good for some, is actually bad for others. There is no decision that will benefit everyone. Thus, complete democracy fails there. I alone could say I literally disagree with you, and you would already have to reconsider your decision because you have to consider me, no? And I am only one person out of so many in the world. Every other person could voice a complaint each time. It would be impossible to reach any goal that way. It sounds sweet, but it is complete gibberish in reality.'' It was simply logic. You cannot consider everyone in a world. Not with the amount of people there are, and with the fact that every human has their own mind. That's what individualism is. That aside...

''Say, mind answering me a question? You say humanity should be the one to decide...then why did you give a Wish to her? She's an Angel now. Not a human. You gave her the right to decide for us that way. I think..that's one of the things that's actually true from what Simon was saying back there. The way the Angels make their Wishes reality. They will rewrite a part of our minds so everyone follows the winning Wish without a question..even those that might have wanted otherwise before. That already is throwing away any kind of consideration to begin with. That's what they will do, and by giving your Wish to an Angel, you only made it a real thing.'', he was curious about what Jack thought of his own actions. He personally, was fine with it. Yes, he did join Angel, but this did not bother him as much. He did not intend to truly carry the Wish out. He simply wanted to understand, and one way was through an Angel's power. She was the closest to what he could believe without forcing himself to join some literal stupidity. In the end, his own goal differed from any of the Angels...at the moment, at least. Jack just proved that it is perhaps possible to reason with them on some level. That was a thought. Maybe there was a way to accomplish something...even if Angel was technically different from the others...but, they could listen too, no?

Jack chuckled slightly before turning to look at the people milling about, not paying attention to the two strange men talking in the middle of the sidewalk."Perhaps I misspoke... I do tend to over romanticize things now and again heh... I don't mean that everyone suddenly becomes obsessed with pleaseing everyone or that you have to consider the next guy that might want milk when you take the last carton at the store... All I want is for the fatcats on wall-street to think about their minimum wage employees when they make decisions... For people to consider the beggar on the street as they pass by. There is so much unneeded hatred and pain in this world, when if we worked together we could end it all. And as for disagreeing... Those Disagreements are what make my wish work. You bring your ideals to the table... and I bring mine. Together we can forge a path that makes us both happy, and that new path is far greater then ether of our own separately."

Jack smiled and turned back to Shar to answer his second question."You mistake what happened... I didn't give her a wish. She simply saw merit in mine, and chose to join me in my journey. If I didn't think she genuinely wanted to help humanity I wouldn't have let her join me. As for the rewrite... I did specifically mention that peoples individual personalities and ideologies would remain unchanged. All that will be changed is we'll be a bit more keen on helping each other out heh..."

Sharaku would raise an eyebrow mildly. ''I don't see how, however. Every human is an individual with their own views on things. Now imagine a good billion of completely different people. Can you really see everyone working for the exact same goal? I just see some people having to go out of their comfort zone and agree to something they may not want just to put up the image of everyone working together.'' The concept was nice, but he didn't believe people were really meant to all focus on one thing. There were ways to consider others without making it a heavy goal. 'You gotta be nice too, cause you'll stick out like a sore thumb for not doing it in our reality. Oops' Now that would not be a nice thing to see, would it? And some people would possibly feel that way.

He would huff. ''Sounds a bit better, but I think I still don't follow the idea entirely. I didn't really mean things that concern boxes of milk. There are more important things and ideals people have. Everyone has things they hold dear, and it's something different for each individual. Would you be happy to have to compromise yourself for the sake of others all the time, just because it's meant to be the right thing? I do not support snobby selfishness either, but the exact opposite is not rainbows itself.'' The trait of selflesness was admirable, but only to an extent. Having to be considerate of every person that looks like they need it would be a big strain. ''Besides, people are not clear cut. Not every rich person has to be a greedy snob. At least, I don't think I for example qualify for that. Nor is everyone who looks like a beggar actually a poor person. You have those jerks that pretend just to scam your money. One could actually lose out by being considerate to someone like that. And since people are not always transparent, you can't easily distinguish between who is genuine, or who is a liar. Some may act selfish because they have to for a reason you may not know, instead of being actual assholes out of choice. I agree, pain and hatred are indeed present, but it isn't something that can be weeded out in a simple way.'' How do you make everyone work together? By having to force half the people into it. Consideration of wants already negated by the idea itself. If nothing else.

''Questionable. If our personal opinions were extremely different, a compromise would most likely not make either of us actually happy. You can't please every person by one action. Some disagreements can be worked out, but some may just lead to a disaster.'' It was a little naive to think that everything had a better ending. So, what if he actually hated Jack's ideals? Would he want to accept a path that is a combination? Of course...not. Every person has something that they simply despise enough to not want it at all. Yes, he was all for a try, because if you don't, you have no idea whether it is a possibility or not. But in some extremes, it could just blow up badly.

He would furrow his brows. ''Thing is. All the Angels claim that they want to help humanity. Regardless of what their Wish is. She just did not have one of her own, because she is different from the others. Either way...you're contradicting yourself there. Individual personalities would remain 'unchanged'. Is making people more keen on helping each other not a way of messing around with their personality and individual values? Because I think it is.'', he would sigh a bit. ''Perhaps we just think differently of this...but whether this Wish came from your initiation or not...it will be done by an Angel this way. You say humanity is the one needing to change. Explain to me why should it be an Angel changing our values in any way? Unless you want to imply that humans aren't even capable enough to execute a change on their own terms, without a foreign being making a rewrite and influencing their state of mind. A small change, is still a change that would be done. With the added plus of having to go through all this pain and suffering we are now just to get there, because we are so worthy. To have an Angel act like we are babies that can't do it alone afterall. That's my point there.'', he would look off into the crowd thoughtfully.

''That aside, I do not intend to disrespect the Angels completely. They are living beings themselves, even if I do not agree with the essence of their actions. Perhaps a good initial intention, but a rather...uncanny way of executing it. My only aim is to understand them better...this is why I did what I did...but I do not like this Event. I'd rather it not exist at all. If we are really worthy of change, we can accomplish it without all this pain, and Angels babying us by giving us an abrupt rewrite. That is my view on things.'', he would state, looking at Jack calmly. Let's see what the guy says to that.

"It's more then getting my wish granted Sharaku," Jack said with a sigh, his head turned down. He for some reason suddenly found his shoes to be very very interesting... They were a nice shade of red and that tire pattern around the cuff did look nice... why did he go for the tire pattern again? He KNOWS he had a reason for it at the time but for the life of him he can't remember it now... Something about trying to look fast and how cars are fast... and they have tires and how that would make him fast cus he'll have tires or something... Whatever! Dosn't matter! What dose matter is this... There were a lot of reasons Jack Decided to let Miss.Divine hop on his wish... Most of them were selfish. He fully admitted to himself that he wanted to change the world in his own image... that he wanted a world that HE thought would make people happy and allow humanity to flourish. But there was more to it.

"Sharaku... I understand what you're saying... I know that it's not perfect... And I understand that these angels are NOT human. But... Some times you have to play by the rules of a game to end it quickly. I want to make a minor change that will not hurt anyone... One that will insure that who ever orchestrated this event will be satisfied that a change has been made and leave us alone. I shudder to think what wishes the other angels have... I thin-... wait..." Jack's train of thought stopped cold...."What do you mean... Did what you did... Sharaku, what did you do?"

Hm? More than that? ''What is it, then?'' Why else would he have made a Wish, and passed it onto an Angel? That kind of implies you want exactly that to happen. Considering how you took the measures to go to that length.

He would raise an eyebrow at Jack. ''Follow the rules? I don't know, have you? To make a Wish true, you would need to go and defeat the followers of the other Angels, as well as the Angels themselves. The last one standing gets their Wish. Considering how you don't even know the other Angels' Wishes, I figure you haven't really acted much. Trust me, having a Wish in mind and being aligned with an Angel alone won't make things happen. You running around in your red costume here is not what will make the game end faster. Definitely not if your intention is to bow to their rules. And I think any change, even a minor one can have a bad influence, if it's done wrongly. Not that I would encourage you to go fight them. I want the Angels to be alive for now.'', he would state before smirking a bit. ''Let's see...You wanted to know what was different about me. So I asked you about being with an Angel. Also, I know about your Angel's Wish.'', he would give Jack an amused look. ''That should be enough of a hint. Let's count how long it will take you to guess....''

"Well when you put it that way you make it sound like you joined Miss.Divine... But you've made you position on that abundantly clear...." It is often theorized by modern scholars that mankind has yet to reach it's zenith. That, even considering all of our technological marvels and feats of both science and art, we have yet to reach our inevitable glass ceiling at which we will no longer be able to progress. Some say that we will all die out due to our own negligence long before we ever reach a point of true perfection. Others say we will reach it the moment we create life equal to ourselves in intelligence, and finally overcome the last wall to godhood. Some say this point came and went with the PlayStation2.... Though in the far off future... All will agree that at this moment... This moment with Jack and Sharaku... Humanity took a few steps back in it's evolution...

"WAIT I GOT IT! YOU WANT TO JOIN THE RANGERS AND GOT YOUR TATOO'S IN ORDER TO FILL THE ROLE OF THE YELLOW RANGER! Can't say I;m surprised... But unfortunently we have a Yellow on stand by. You can still be the White Ranger if you want."

Hm. Was Jack only listening to the parts that interested him? It appeared that way. Ah well. But yes, he had his problems with the Wish at hand, but that wasn't the main issue anyway. No Wish was perfect alone, no matter how one looked at it. He would sigh at Jack's conclusion. That made little sense given the situation, but whatever.

''As a matter of fact, the first guess was the correct one.'', he would state with a slight roll of his eyes. ''Regardless, I don't really like yellow. It's meant to be gold. And while white is fine, you are not getting me to wear a lame suit. Nor do I have any reason to join your group. I work on my own terms.'' He would just butt heads with Jack if he were to work with the guy more than on an occasion.

"Oh... Yeah that dose make more sense..." Jack said trying to appear as if he understood Shar's reasoning. So wait... He DOESN'T agree with the wish... Nor dose he agree with the concept of joining an angel to change humanity, and most of all he doesn't want to join the rangers for their fight... Then why in the name of Zordon did he join Miss.Divine!? It made no sense. Then again nothing about Sharaku made sense... This was... Just insane! There was no logic here! Even by Jack's standards of logic and reasoning!

"But... Why!?" Jack's voice took an edge,"You've been perfectly clear about the fact that you don't like what the angels are doing. So why would you join one? I'd think you would be more interested in flying solo! I mean... I honestly believe in this dream... I honestly think that this could help humanity grow and progress down our own path. But it's clear that you don't feel the same way. So why?... Why accept a dream you clearly don't find merit in?"
