Lights flickered in the distorted laboratory as a team of ten continued to work despite their current conditions. With the fact the world was ending about them, the team of scientists seemed to neglect that in lieu of their current agenda. It had been about a year since Yachiru had pulled them together, and though it was a rocky start, they all seemed to be on the same page now. No matter what happened to the world, science remained. Even if all humanity was wiped clean, there would be undeniable proof that they existed through the truths they discovered through science. Yachiru had cleared them to leave of their own accord the moment the Red Moon had risen to the sky, but the team decided to stay and experiment on the test subjects they had had the luck of obtaining over the year. One could easily say the Red Moon was their fault, but they could not take all the credit for it. If it weren't for the specific instructions Yachiru gave them, and the Shadows provided to them aswell, it would have never happened...

One of the younger scientists stood by a broken capsule that seemed to be used to hold something not too long ago. It appeared someone had broken into the lab and removed one of the many subjects they had. That was a problem, but the Scientists didn't seem too worried on it. Their interests had shifted from Yachiru's interests to their own. What confused them was why someone would break into the Laboratory and steal a faulty machine such as Ruin_06. It perplexed this younger scientist, but the older, more experienced scientists continued on their research. They had an entire supernatural world at their fingertips, and soon a God to descend upon it. They wished to gather has much data and information as possible. Many had a firm understanding of the other worlds, such as the alternate realities and Limbo. Now they wished to gather as much as they could in regards to experimenting with a few theories they had revolving around these worlds. The problem was they had no one who was capable of going within these alternate realities. Atleast none of the scientists.

Alas one needed to have the potential of a Persona either given to them, or obtained themselves. Though there were rare occurrences, such as Shadows being able to cross the gap into these alternate realities aswell. It was over all intriguing and they wished to know more.

The Silver Haired woman sat at her desk and continued to type feverishly on her keyboard. Her round eyes looked at the screen infront of her, and she seemed to be researching any public information about the red zones that appeared within Ueitawa at that time. What also confused her was how they suddenly vanished. The stories were not clear, and it honestly intrigued her. Especially since they found her within the depths of Limbos with no form of memories to be found. Even that mystery intrigued the scientist. Who exactly was she? Was it possible she was like one of the lifeforms who were found in those other realities? Once her purpose was complete, would she shatter and fade away-?

The thoughts boggled her mind, and she raised her hand to rub her temple. The other scientists didn't seem too interested in that. Instead, they were more interested on capturing whatever was coming to descend upon them, and experimenting on it. You never know when the body of a God would come in use. After all, they had a hand in creating one of the catalysts of its arrival. That First King was born... rather created.. in the very lab they stood in. He was like their child, even though he did kill a number of them before being contained. You would think that would scare them off, but it only further pushed their curiosity on Yachiru's goals involving the boy. The moment the First King met Yachiru, he seemed to bend to the man's will like many others.

As the group of scientists spoke of their theories regarding the reality annihilator being summoned; the female scientist would continue to be watching her screen. This time she was watching footage. Footage of a young team of Persona-Users destroying her baby and leaving her for dead. By her baby, she would most likely be talking of the Fourth King. If Yachiru was her Father, she was her Mother. Though, these other scientists did help with her creation, the woman was the one to work out the defections in the early stages. She was the perfect ASSW and it was a shame to see her destroyed in such a way. But the amnesiac woman did not take this personally, as she never spent time with the ASSW. She built her, and released her to Yachiru so they had never personally met, so there were no tears shed when the Users put her down. Infact, she saw this as an opportunity. She may have not been physically capable of gathering sufficient data alone, but she could coarse them to do it for her. Of course, she would pay them back. But the first thing was first: finding a way of reaching them. There was literally no contact with the outside world from the basement of the laboratory that she knew of. After all, you could say she was a prisoner to a certain degree. Stay within the lab, or leave into the city and potentially be devoured by Shadows. The thought caused her to grasp her head in pain, as if she had seen her own death a long time ago. Well for now, she'd have to wait and see what would occur next.

They were not close to the top, but at this rate they could make it there in due time.. But at this rate the God would most likely be waiting for them. That would mean they would have been too late to stop Yachiru's ritual.
