| "It's coming... This Shadow is coming for me. I need to just clear my thoughts for a minute. I need to just get away for a bit..." Hikaru meditated on his thoughts for a moment as he found himself wandering into the Lunapa Forest. Whenever he needed to think, he tried to find a quiet place to think and express his artistic abilities, like the beach or forest. He wandered farther down the path and found a secluded clearing to rest. Hikaru found a stump to sit on at the outside edge of the clearing.
"Finally... A nice, quiet place to rest and meditate. Now, what to do..." Hikaru sat cross-legged on the stump and reached for his notebook and pencil. He looked about for a suitable subject for his sketch, and his eyes fell upon the top of the Lunapa Oak that could be seen even from the forest.
Hikaru began to sketch the top layer of the trees until he heard a twig snapping in the distance. His eyes shifted across the path until he saw somebody approaching him. He dropped his notebook on the stump behind him and waved to the person.
"Hey! Are you, um, lost? I know the way out, if you want." |
