Persona Background:  Chaos is a divine primordial condition, which is the origin of the gods, and all things. It seems that in Hesiod's opinion, the origin should be indefinite and indeterminate, and it may represent infinite space, or formless matter. The notion of the temporal infinity was familiar to the Greek mind from remote antiquity in the religious conception of immortality. The main object of the first efforts to explain the world, remained the description of its growth, from a beginning. They believed that the world arose out from a primal unity, and that this substance was the permanent base of all its being. It seems that Anaximander was influenced by the traditional popular conceptions and Hesiod’s thought, when he claims that the origin is "apeiron" (the unlimited), a divine and perpetual substance less definite than the common elements. Everything is generated from apeiron, and must return there according to necessity.  A popular conception of the nature of the world, was that the earth below its surface stretches down indefinitely and has its roots on or above Tartarus, the lower part of the underworld.  In a phrase of Xenophanes, "The upper limit of the earth borders on air, near our feet. The lower limit reaches down to the "apeiron" (i.e. the unlimited). Some of the passages in Theogony,. The sources and limits of the earth, the sea ,the sky, Tartarus, and all things are located in a great windy- gap , which seems to be infinite , and is a later specification of "chaos".  Primal Chaos was sometimes said to be the true foundation of reality

Fusion Attack: (The Ultimate attack between you and your Persona. When using this, your Persona gifts you with the capability of performing a powerful attack. However, once this is done you can not summon your Persona again for the remainder of the topic. The attack does Tier 3 amount of damage. If you're an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon this technique is replaced by your Orgia Mode. For more details on Orgia Mode, refer to the Character Types screen under Vital Information.)

Weird Persona idea for a Persona-User, but still good nonetheless. lol. Your Fusion attack is a little confusing however, as Ice does not have those kinds of properties your attack describes. May need to take a moment to rework it and see what you want it to do if it has Ice. Like maybe it could be an ice ball you shoot towards enemies for an AoE effect, or perhaps an ailment of sorts.

Apart from that, your Human Skill can have a 5% HP cost. Normally physical attacks have a percentage cost instead of a static number, so change the cost to 5% HP. Also, by Bash you Mean Strike as a strength yes? Once that is all done, you're approved.

You told me it was AoE, so put down that your attack debuffs attack and speed by 20% for three turns since your Devil Arcana will boost it to 35%, then you're approved.
