Current Events
Updated: 20/07/2020

**ALERT!** After a rather eventful evening at Maksim's Party, three teenagers seems to have gone missing. The doors of Vault Olympia have been breached due to a to this day unknown assailant, who sabotaged the doors locking systems, allowing demons to make entry. Thanks to the excellent defensive capabilities of the Vault's Security drones, the Attack was put to an end, and the invading monsters fled to the outside. Right now, the Doors of Vault Olympia are currently open, allowing any survivors of the fall to seek shelter within the Vault's safe halls. What Vault Security officials think of this development remains unclear as the Chief of Police and Security of Olympia refused to leave a comment. This is Rianara, of Olympia news, signing out.

The site is entering a new era as our team of mods works tirelessly on updating old and obsolete information threads and links. Over the Summer, we aim to make many changes to the forum, including writing a comprehensive beginners' guide to help new players accommodate to the combat and other rp systems in place here.

Be sure to constantly check the update thread for any changes to the boards. You can find it ->Here<-

PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptySat Sep 06, 2014 5:02 pm

So, Shunnosuke felt way better after his success in incapacitating one shadow, his confident smile wouldn't deny it. Who'd have thought he would manage to be more useful than a background support? Even better is that Sharaku took the words right of his mouth and said what the younger thought about her. That girl was making it rather difficult to protect her and fight at the same time, glad that this time it wasn't him to bitch about it.

When Rinna started yelling, though, Shunnosuke's mood changed considerably and he would make the deepest of the silences to focus his gaze on her. Whether she was behaving like an ill-mannered guest again or really going through some serious hardship this time, he couldn't know for sure. As much as his past experiences with her would indicate the first option, something seemed quite off this time. Shun could feel an inner dread growing inside of him, almost like guilty for treating her like she deserved, but it was then a womanly and fearful apparison came in the midst of her despair. — Is that a...? — The teenager would mutter in amazement, watching with some sort of caution feeling.  She appeared to have summoned a Persona, leaving the boy completely astonished. Did she awake just now or was she hiding her abilities all along? Probably not; after all she tried to attack twice and had her assaults doing no damage to their enemies so far...which meant, she went through too much stress and awakened her Persona abilities. The same stress who made her completely wrathful.

Andromeda, now! — When he came back to his senses, Shunnosuke made his hurried command and the Greek princess materialized right after he touched his brooch. Waving her arms and fingers, she used her healing power to try and soothe whatever any mental influence Rinna had upon her.

Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptySat Sep 06, 2014 6:04 pm

(I will allow Naomi to control Rinna since they are great friends, and also because it benefits us all a bit more, if Shuny's question is answered!)

Sentinel heard Rinna yell out questioning what they were doing, but suddenly she began yelling for them all to shut up multiple times. A little rude, what was going on with her!? He would have to ask when suddenly he heard a bloodcurdling scream, and that made the android drop his concentration on the battle, and turn to the young woman. What he was greeted was her golden eyes and a figure of hideous beauty. It's smile disturbed the android a little bit, and that took a lot as machines don't feel emotions. Was she just summoning it now? ....no that didn't feel right, the way she was acting right up before she summoned her Persona seemed more like an explosion of emotion rather than a calm and relaxed summoning like Sentinel's group did. Did she just unlock her power? Not that Sentinel was complaining, but she seemed to be under great distress.

He felt clarity come to his mind, and glanced over to Kurosawa who had summoned his persona, whatever he cast upon Rinna affected the rest of the group. Excellent, then now was the time to use this clarity to handle both explosive situations. Odeyssus came to his side and would take advantage of the downed creatures and would run them through with two bronze tipped spears each time. The android wanted it to end now so he could to Rinna's mental state, her awakening was or sounded traumatic. While his Persona attended to his bloody work he would move back to Rinna. "Rinna, are you alright? That sounded painful, take a few deep breaths and gather yourself. You're alright." The android would say his eyes looking at her with concern before turning back to the downed shadows as the Greek Warrior removed his spear from the last one. The warrior would then disappear giving everyone else a clear shot at the shadows.

"By the way, good job, I wish I could have done that well earlier. Though come on, we got friends to protect and Lune to save, let's press the advantage while we have it." The android was being rather friendly trying to help Rinna lighten up a bit, hopefully Kurosawa's power helped her calm down at least a little bit.

Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptySat Sep 06, 2014 7:15 pm

Ugh, Sharaku couldn't help it but Rinna was somewhat starting to get on his nerves. She made no sense. First of all, why the hell did she have to yell at them. Second, she was doing the same as she accused them of. She bitches at them to not protect her, yet doesn't listen when they tell her not to try and do the same. They never asked her to take the hits in the first place. Sure, she was obviously stressed, but still, she was overreacting too much for comfort. She just ups and goes taking hits for them, without stating just why should she be the one to do it, and is pissed when they do so as well. And she even goes as far as saying they don't know. Well, duh, how can one understand if they aren't even told anything. She had avoided fully answering any questions that were given from the start, so how the hell are they supposed to know anything...? She had no reason to go and boss them around, that's what. Not after acting like this.

When she screamed, he would turn around with a slight twitch, and while he had not expected seeing what he did...his only response would be a blank stare with his own golden eyes. Maybe he should have felt in some way about this whole thing. However, after all the damned yelling, and everything just...not going peacefully enough, he just couldn't care too much anymore. He was starting to have enough of this stupidly useless drama, and the fact that Rinna just summoned a Persona, a rather unseemly looking one nevertheless, just wasn't enough to cause a reaction anymore. Tch, maybe it would at least make her happy. She could fight now, right? Isn't that what she wanted all along? To actually kick some ass and save Lune? Well, she was free to do so, if she simply couldn't bring herself to consider anything or anyone else before doing her own thing. As long as she didn't try to mess around with him. After all, teamwork's definition was definitely not this. She just did what she thought was right, and now it seemed to have gotten even worse. Someone apparently snapped. Great, the last thing they needed. Sharaku did feel Shun casting his spell, which would make him turn around again, to stare the other way again, at the very least. Honestly, he didn't really like the feeling of that either. Sentinel was trying to talk her down again, all concerned and everything. Maybe it was the right path, maybe not, but he himself was done. If he were to speak aloud right now, it would probably only turn the whole situation for the worse. ''Wonderful...'' That was the only thing he would mutter under his breath, rather stiffly. Though it was quiet enough, so only those closest would probably take notice. Even if not, it was rather obvious from his stoic and blank faced acting, that he wasn't taking this well either, in some way or form. Without moving much more, he would just jerk some more wind towards the Shadows. At least those could go down, even if it would most likely not brighten his own state of mind much. Hopefully, Rinna would end up being the only one losing it....

Naomi would get a mix of annoyance and joy across her face when the others started their own lectures toward Rinna. Her intention had never been to make the girl feel bad. Simply to have her realize that she needed to take care of herself and not just worry about them. It was nice to see she wasn’t the only one worrying about her. Though, they had a funny way of showing it. Rinna seemed to be really angry though. Naomi had been expecting that. She knew that Rinna didn’t want anyone to defend her, but she couldn’t just sit by and do nothing. As she found it in her to stand up again, she would give her an apologetic look, “I’m sorry.” It was odd though. Rinna seemed to be taking it very harshly. She almost seemed in pain over it. She could have sworn she’d seen this before, and not that long ago. She had to think back on it, but she knew what was coming next. Rinna had one too… One of those Persona that was summoned by pain. Her theory would only be proven correct when she saw it first hand. When had she gotten that? It didn’t matter now. They just needed to fight.

Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptySun Sep 07, 2014 5:09 pm

Shadows Defeated - You May Continue Forward

After the final blast from Rinna’s flames, the Shadows would be destroyed, and Rinna’s Persona would disappear. Her eyes subsided back to their original deep blue color as she fell forward on the ground, landing on her knees and propping herself up with her hands. Even in her weak and vulnerable moment, she still kept pushing as hard as she could to keep herself from hitting the ground. A few drops of blood would leak from her wound and drip to the ground. Rinna groaned of annoyance and pain as she forced herself to stand on one foot, though still remaining on one knee. She took a moment to breathe before pushing herself up with her other leg. “I’m….fine. Sorry…” she said to Alphonse and the group. She had unleashed what she wanted right? Her way of saving Lune. She could do it…right? She spat to the ground, and brushed herself off. She looked both exhilarated and yet horrified at herself. “We’re almost there. I can feel it. He went this way. I just want to see her alive. He can’t be taking her out here to kill her…” she said. She couldn’t tell herself if it was her way of justifying her possibly being alive, or if it was genuine logic to her current well being. In any event, she would stick with Naomi this time, instead of walking ahead and stay with the group. She seemed less in thought and more spaced out. She moved to tighten the shoulder wound patch again, but it didn’t last, as blood was making a decent spot in the fabric. Soon the blood would ruin it and the bandage would be useless. Her face was hard, both full of worry and full of resolve. She had to do this for her. Just to get out of this hell.

((Rinna will be travelling with you, so unless you speak to Rinna, I shall not post.))

Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptySun Sep 07, 2014 6:19 pm

After the whole showdown, Shunnosuke's Persona would gradually disappear in air, and the same would occur to his Soulbound weapon. The shadows were totally destroyed, finally. The teenager let a brief sigh escape from his mouth, as a lament at how hard that rescue mission turned out to be, and how harder it would become from that point on. He wasn't expecting that level of difficulty.

His eyes would turn to Rinna immediately after. He was still impressed with her ability to summon a Persona out of nowhere, to the point he had nothing to say for this tiny moment. Only giving her a rather blank stare with hints of the previous feeling of surprise...until his eyes met her wound.
Gross...
Judging by the amount of blood flowing and dripping to the ground, that bruise was turning quite ugly. It was unavoidable for the boy to let his disgust become obvious in his facial expression, when he covered his mouth with one hand.
Rinna's state... She was really a fierce girl, there's no denying it. Even with her shoulder in pain, a cut that seemed to have deepened with the physical effort and struggle the girl just went through, Rinna was still able to keep on track. As much as he despised her previous demeanor, seeing her in such a fragile condition and yet so determined to accomplish her goal for someone else, he couldn't help to admire the girl a bit for the very same strength he would like to possess...even though he still felt in a superior rank than her, so to speak.

He wouldn't kill her, I'm mostly sure of it. —He moved a bit close to her. Not too much, though, but...enough to check her more carefully and make sure she was able to move. If his theory about everything was right, Lune probably was still alive. — I highly recommend you to try and not push yourself from this point on. As far as it goes, we're right now a team who needs each other, which means you need us as well. If we want to succeed in retrieving your darling girl friend, we gotta reach an agreement and start acting like one. — That being said (not in a stern fashion, however), the teenager wasn't opposed to let his differences with Rinna behind and cooperate with the girl, despite still sustaining the negative opinion he had in regards to her rude, ill-mannered attitude. All in all, the student could give her some credit due to her bad shape and her decisive participation in the previous battle, but not before directing her one last remark: — And...I forgive you. — Shunnosuke said, with a self-assured, rather cocksure chuckle before turning his back to her and going forward to their objective, arms still crossed. It was nice to see the girl had relaxed a bit, probably thanks to Andromeda's healing abilities and the fact she wasn't under a stressful, life-risking situation anymore, and even nicer she put her pride aside to apologize to the group for her unsociable deeds, but it wouldn't be Shun if he didn't say it.

Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptyMon Sep 08, 2014 2:15 am

When Sentinel glanced back to the shadows he noted that the last combined onslaught wiped them all out. Good now they could progress forward to save Lune, he noticed Rinna had collapsed and knelt down to see if she required assistance. She appeared to be toughing it out, but from what the android could see that bandage wouldn't last that long. In fact, it was just about done, and she would need a new one. The android had no concept of martial value, a shirt was just something that he used to cover his more obvious robotic parts. He would lift one of his hands to one of his sleeves' and there would be a loud ripping noise as he tore a section of the sleeve off to create a new bandage. He knew making the portable med station upgrade would have been a great idea, but nope he decided to put it off for another time.

"You're makeshift bandage is about to go, Rinna, hold still for just a brief second and I'll replace it with this one." The android said as he watched her stand up. If she accepted then he would remove her old bandage and briefly inspect the wound before placing the new bandage on it. If she would not slow down then he would hand her the bandage so she could put it on herself, she should accept it if she wants to remain conscious while saving Lune. This was going to be dangerous, and most likely the most difficult part of this mission. The group would need all the help they can get at this point.

"We're going to save her Rinna, I doubt he plans to kill her. If he wanted to do that then he could have done it after he fled from you. If his goal is to kill her then he doesn't have to discriminate where to do so, Did he perhaps mention anything about his plans while you were fighting with him Rinna? Something that would cause you to worry about Lune's fate?" The android hated to inquire as to what Lewis was planning, but if she was feeling cooperative enough to work with the team, then perhaps her release of emotion had cleared her mind enough that she could focus a bit more clearly. Hopefully, she would recall something that she couldn't when Naomi inquired earlier. Then he would be able to make a more accurate speculation of what exactly awaited them, and what to expect.

Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptyMon Sep 08, 2014 3:30 am

The Shadows were finally down. One annoyance out of the way, at the very least. On the other hand, Rinna had stopped yelling at them, which made it easier to handle. Though, Sharaku would figure it was mostly becasue of her wound getting even worse. She could have been more careful about that. At this rate, her courage and will to push forward might not be enough if she keeps stressing her already poor condition the way she had up till now. Sheesh, she was quite the contradiction. She did seem to have quite the determination, but didn't act on it very rationally. Most of the time. For a while, he would simply stare at her, not really bothered by the amount of blood. Still, this wasn't good if they were to keep moving forward.

Shun was being himself, although a bit nicer this time, surprisingly. Perhaps seeing such an injury up closer made him change his view somewhat? Who knew.....Either way, it wasn't going to change much in general. Sentinel was still on his caring mode...then again, when wasn't he? For a team, they were rather weird. ''I suppose it is most likely that he isn't planning to kill her, at least not in a conventional way. However, sometimes there are worse things than death that can happen to a person. There must be some deliberate reason for this.'' Well, there probably was. Still, it was up to Rinna whether they would know beforehand or not, since Sentinel had asked her about it. That is, if she knew. However, the way she had been acting did sort of imply it. Either that, or she was really close to Lune...enough to just be frantic to save her without knowing what was in store. That was a possibility too. Whichever it was, they would definitely find out once they dragged themselves there. It would be helpful if Rinna answered, but at this point, Sharaku wasn't exactly depending on it. She seemed reluctant to disclose information...even though she had calmed down some. And he himself was still not in a mood to argue with her. An argument was something he did not want to face right now.

Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptyMon Sep 08, 2014 5:29 am

When Rinna got rid of the rest of the Shadows, Naomi would look at her with a smile, “You’re so cool. I was nowhere near that strong when I started. Actually, you’re about as good as I am right now.” That fact was a little depressing to her. She was happy Rinna was strong, given how much the girl was willing to put herself through, but it made Naomi feel a little insecure about her own power. All her pessimism aside, she was happier than anything, “Well, we should keep rushing forward then. I’m sure that’s the best plan right now.” She was happy that Alphonse was willing to change her bandages though. Rinna really needed that.

She would rub the back of her head as the thought she’d been going off of this whole time ate at her. The reason she hadn’t asked about Lune this whole time and worried more about Rinna, was because she was positive Lune was still alive and likely less injured than Rinna had been. She didn’t know anything about Lewis, but she did find that article he was in. The seemed so concerned with saving his home, even saying that he was looking for someone who could help. This entire time, she had thought Lune was related to that, so she didn’t consider that anything ill had happened to her. Nothing as bad as what her imagination could think up, anyway. Not they were all questioning it, and if they got an answer she may not be able to hold onto that faith anymore. Naomi knew that at her very core she worried about every little thing, which is why se had no interest in knowing if something bad were coming. Some of the others were giving it much more thought than she had, and that made her feel like an awful person. She was worried about Lune, she really was, but believing that she was going to be okay no matter what is what had kept her going. And Sharaku was the worst one. He was acting like they would fin her being tortured or something. Yes, she knew his past (more or less) but that was no reason to bring everybody down when they were hoping for a successful recovery. She’d shoot him a glare that he was certain would kill him if she kept it up long enough and turned back to the path ahead. They were on a tight schedule. She wanted to end the gloom unless something would be accomplished. She just wasn’t the doom-oriented kind of person.

PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptyMon Sep 08, 2014 10:23 am

Rinna would accept the bandage, but would put it over herself on her own. Though if Sentinel had an eye on her wound, it was a large gash on her shoulder near her bone, to above her chest, which would start leaking blood almost immediately after the old strap came off. She quickly took the new shirt to the wound, it soaked up a little more of the blood, but it would hold together more when Rinna tied it together. “I am worried about her period. When he and I fought, he had her unconscious already. He said something about needing her, constantly when he attacked me. If it’s not to kill, then maybe it’s even worse. I don't understand any of this shit, and I don't want it doing something horrible to her.” Rinna thought for a second, and stood back up with her new bandage. She gave an almost smile to Naomi before nodding and continuing with her and the team.

Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread)   Saving (Private) Lune (Mission Thread) - Page 6 EmptyMon Sep 08, 2014 11:53 am

Hm...exactly as I thought. — He would cease his steps and mutter right after Rinna confirmed what he's been thinking the whole time, with a light chuckle ending that sentence. This restrained laugh would probably be taken with a grain of salt by his peers, but he wouldn't mind: even in a situation like that, Shunnosuke's ego would manifest itself. Such a nice feeling to know his intuition was on the right track. — I didn't tell you up to now, but I've seen Lewis once. A while ago, when I went on a trip to the Rocky Caverns, in Penecia. — The teenager took some breath before going on with his story and turned to the rest of the team. Now they've settled their differences and there was virtually no disharmony in the group as well as shadows lurking around requesting their integral attention, he considered it was a nice opportunity to speak out everything. — However we didn't met personally, before you get the wrong idea. By then, some freak occurrence made the time stood still, my cellphone wouldn't work properly either and the next moment some shadows came out of the cave's walls to assault us. That's when I developed this..."power", much like you. — He said this looking right at Rinna, over his shoulder, before giving continuity. — Once those monsters were done, the hologram of a man appeared, though it was rather fuzzy and hard to distinguish. And we were probably too...shaken to try to analyze it deeper, but it was definitely Lewis and I believe he didn't know he was being observed at that occasion. — The student would stop for a second and assume a somewhat reflexive posture, leaning his hand against his chin. — Otherwise, he probably wouldn't mention his urgency to find "Dally" nor that he had to do it before being arrested. This led me to think not only he's a criminal under investigation but also Lune is of some unknown importance to him. And judging by the way he sounded quite disturbed and desperate, I'm positive he wouldn't dare to harm someone who plays an important role in whatever he has in his mind. I'm counting on this hypothesis. — Unless, of course, he planned to offer Lune as a sacrifice to summon a mysterious chaotic entity into their world. It's a possibility crossing Shunnosuke's mind but the boy wouldn't voice it. Perhaps he've been watching too much sci-fi movies lately...that and for sure Kurosawa didn't need Rinna and whoever else to go apeshit on him because of a bloody and dreadful suggestion.

Sentinel smiled as she took the bandage, but when he saw the wound he frowned. He was taking her to the hospital after this regardless if he had to carry her there himself. They had already been through a lot, sure there were some ups and downs, but there was at least a small sense of camaraderie among them. Small being a key word there, however when Rinna began to explain how Lewis repeated that he desperately needed Lune....well that was concerning. However, it might be evidence to her theory that Lewis is unlikely to kill Lune, granted unlikely means that he still might. However, what would cause that to be in his interest? Unless there was some spirit in her that needed to be released....could that be it? That seemed far too fictional, but then again here the group was in another dimension fighting with supernatural powers of heroes or gods from the past, and fighting creatures of darkness while trying to stop an antagonist.

....was this a comic book? No, that would be breaking the fourth wall, like that hero character Deadpool, who Sentinel thought would not make a very good role-model for Maria. The violence, innuendos, obvious display of vulgar language and attitude...would not be good for her. The last he needed was her happy world ruined by the crude humor meant to target older audiences. However, when Kurosawa mentioned how he awakened and he used "us" quite a bit. In other words there were other users than themselves, that was a resource to employ for future missions. "Well we know that he has dark intentions for her, but I'd rather not give him the chance to anything further. Let's put an end to this."

When Naomi gave him her killer glare, Sharaku would give her a sharp look in return. '...What..?' He didn't like that kind of stare. What was her problem? It wasn't like he actually wished something bad had really happened to Lune. He was just saying that anything was a possibility. Optimism is great, but it is good to consider more than one angle. That was all. She was probably just assuming something from his words. Tsk, well, to each their own either way. Though, he was in no way fond of being on the recieving end of such unpleasant glares. Way to be 'nice'. That moment aside, Rinna had decided to give a decent answer this time. Had awakening her Persona calmed her down, or was it that skill Shun used? Either way, something seemed to have worked. She was actually more cooperative now, even though that wound was probably just getting worse with time, on the other hand. So, Lewis needed Lune? What for though? It was strange. One could assume that she possessed something he wanted...though what could a girl of her age...?

'Hm..?'
Shun launched a story soon thereafter. He saw Lewis? Why didn't he mention that sooner? Actually, nevermind. It wouldn't have changed much, had he done so. ''That would depend on what it is that he needs of her....Though, hopefully, it won't involve harm.'', he would shrug lightly when Shun suggested Lewis wouldn't harm Lune if he needed her for something. ''That hologram appearance is rather strange, however....'', he would trail off slightly. Honestly, he didn't even know anymore. This was too complicated for its own good. Again, they would find out more once they got to their destination. ''Right.'' Well, Sentinel was right. They were going to put an end to this at the very least. They were already there, no? Of course they were doing something. It would be a waste of time to leave it be.

Naomi was glad to see Alphonse offer Rinna something to change her bandage with. Her old one was starting to look like a sponge that had long since lost its usefulness. What she saw when Rinna went to change her bandage was another thing entirely. The wound on her shoulder was far worse than she had ever imagined. That cut was huge and leaking blood faster than a fire hose. How could Rinna even stand up like that? She couldn’t be here any longer, “We need to get you to a hospital.” Or if not that, then something else. Something that would stop the bleeding or at least slow it down. Then it hit her. She took off the hood she was wearing, the one she also had on her, and looked for any of the seems. As soon as she found a reasonably longer one, she bite off the knot that held the thread in place and began meticulously pulling it out, taking care not to snap it. Now that she had the thread needed for her plan, all she needed was something to act as a needle. She doubted any of them carried one, so she’d have to go with the one thing she knew she had on her. Slightly embarrassed by what that would mean, she ran off to hide just out of site of the group. A few moments later, she came back a wire. It was longer than the average needle and not as sharp, but it would have to do, “I want to objections for this next part. At the rate you’re bleeding, you will pass out long before we actually get Lune away from Lewis. Now sit down and hold still so that we can save her.” She was not going to put up with anything but compliance from Rinna.

If the girl would sit down on her own, or if Naomi had to force her to, the next part was going to happen, “I know you just put on the bandage, but it isn’t helping much.” She held up the wire, “You have fire, right? Mind taking a chance and just concentrating on the tip of this? If not, just stat one and I’ll take care of this myself.” If she did it or not, the next stop would have to happen. The thread was next would around the wire to secure it. She would hold up the balled fabric of one of her sleeves, “Bite down as hard as you can. Sorry I don’t have vodka or something to help with this next part.” She would then begin the work that needed to be done. Peeling away only one section of the fabric at a time as she worked, she would shove the wire through Rinna’s flesh and bring it out the other side to close the wound. Even though Naomi was fast and could seal it faster than most people, she was slowed down slightly because she needed to make sure she didn’t hit anything. Not only that, she could only take care of the gash at the surface level because she didn’t have the training to do it closer to the bone. She did make sure that she got as much as she could though. It would have to do. She would tie off the thread and step back, handing her what was left of the hood, “You need to apply as much pressure to it as possible and change the fabric when the old one becomes too soaked. That should slow it down, but the job I did is temporary at best and not professional, so you need to go to a hospital. I would like it more if I could get you to leave right now, but I doubt that will be happening.” She would give Rinna one last look to make sure she was certain about continuing, “I personally think it would be better to have someone waiting back and Azores so that Lune could have someone to trust once we get her away from Lewis…” The sentence would come out as a mumble under her breath. They were here though. The place Lune was supposed to be was just beyond here.
