First Time in Limbo

Kogami entered the City through the glowing crimson door. Once entering Limbo, he smiles as he looks around. "So this is supposed to be limbo huh? The place that the student council president shown me in that vision. If I should even call it a vision, tch… ” Kogami Shibuya was here on official business, he was here to test the might of his new found strength and power, he wondered how far he could go by himself. “I should test this out, this power that is called persona, I should test out the power that is finally mine. “ Kogami started to look around some more as he continued walking around the area. “So what is the point of this I wonder? Is this where the disappearing people are heading off too? As a matter of fact, why are they disappearing in the first place? Is it random? Another question is… why should i even care when the people of this town don’t? Kogami then decides to not even bother heading out to solve the mystery behind disappearing people, the only thing that was important to him was learning how to use his persona better and gaining the power to control the school.

“Now that I finally have it, the question is… what to do with it? “ Kogami’s mind was all over the place, he was curious as to what limbo had to offer and and what he had to give in return. Yes, this was the hardest part that Kogami had to think about. Nothing was gained without something being given back in return. That was equal exchange, it existed everywhere. It also existed in Kogami’s life. He gave all the hard work, blood, sweat and tears to get into the school. Suddenly, a sword appeared in Kogami’s hand, he began to wonder what this was. “A weapon of some sorts? What is it for? What can I use it for…I wonder….” Kogami then practices waving it around continuously, he was impressed at how light the sword felt even though the appearance made it look like the sword was heavy. Kogami also remembered the persona that was granted to him, he then starts to utter his name. “Raiza… guah!!” Raiza then appears as soon as a headache starts to act up. Kogami immediately held his head as Raiza appeared and looked at him. “So your my persona huh? “

Kogami sees two corridors and wondered which way he should head off too. He decides to go left, walking through and tucking his hood down. “This place has a very odd feeling, an ominous feeling. It was as if this place was a never ending labyrinth, this place called limbo. Suddenly, Kogami started to feel a jolt down his spine. He was wide awake and alert, looking around him. “Whose out there?! Is there someone here other than me?!” It wasn’t usual for Kogami to overreact like that, but being in an unknown place can do that to you. The presence was getting stronger; Kogami would soon know what that is. Kogami had the weapon firm in his hand, he was totally prepared for what was going to happen. “Show yourself…”

-Initiating PvS Combat Phase-

The world of Limbo began to groan as buildings broke upon themselves and twisted into various illogical ways. The windows began to bleed a thick black liquid that closely resembled tar. This thick substance began to clam together, forming a sphere of darkness before finally taking on relevant changes in color and appearance. Suddenly the tar would split into two separate entities with wide grins and a long tongue. The Shadows protecting the pathway had made their presence known to the human entering their domain. The two Slipping Hableries would lick their lips towards the human before them. They obviously were anxious for a bite of their prey. Since the Tainted Persona-User approached the Shadows first, he had the first attack against the two shadows.

"Alright , I guess its time that we started huh? I have no idea what you on, but for starters..just in case i am on the menu...i am going to give you a really bad stomach ache. " Kogami lifted head and held it tightly as he called upon his persona, his persona then inflicted a small amount of wind damage to one of the enemies .He then jumps back and waits for the slipping harable to make their move.


The Personas of the Fortune Arcana are well based in Wind based skills. Users have a latent 15% boost in wind-based skills.

The Shadow would simply brush off the attack from the Persona-User that had entered its domain. He had a ways to go before doing any sort of real damage to these enemies. The Shadow the child had attack would being to give a mad laughter before a thunder cloud formed above the opponent. A small bolt of lightning would strike Kogami thanks to the Shadow's ability to perform a Zio skill. The other Shadow, through this, simply floated in place. Lifting its tongue up, it'd begin to shield itself for the opponents next attack. With this done, both Shadows would continue to hover in place. They were probably the weakest Shadows within Limbo at this time, but they were more than a match for the Persona-User that attempted to force his way pass them. Perhaps he should train before attempting to brave the depths of Limbo alone without any sort of assistance or help.

"Guag!!" Thunder struck Kogami, the passing of electricity make him shake a little bit. "Magic? Oh.. i wasn't expecting this to be easy, but the power that they contain...." Kogami then looked at his weapon and figured that it was time for him to use it. But that wouldn't be smart, since his persona was working well for him"Alright Monster.. here i come!" Kogami then attacks the monster that he injured, he summons his persona once more and Raiza appears with its blade in hand, lunging at the creature with a swipe, creating a small typhoon behind its blow.

The Shadow would once again take the brunt of the attack, however it would still be alive and capable of fighting. Instead of casting a skill this time around, the first Shadow would shoot forward and perform a basic strike attack with its tongue. The secondary Shadow would do the same as the first, and would hit the Persona users with a small strike attack with its tongue. Both attacks were relatively weak and perhaps not even worth noting at this point. It was almost as if the Shadows were playing with their food.

Kogami was pushed back but he had no intention of giving up this battle, he was going to continue the fight. That was what his first instinct, and he was not going to give up now. The saliva was dripping from his face when the monsters attacked Kogami, those attacks surprisingly hurt. He was really feeling it now, and he had to finish the battle quick somehow. He would have to turn this into his victory one way or another. Sticking to what works, Kogami summons Raiza again. Raiza goes on to attack the weakest shadow once again, Swinging his mighty blade and coming down on the animal.

The first Shadow would begin to give a mad laughter before causing a small bolt of lightning to rain down upon Kogami for a small amount of damage. Once the attack was over, it would begin to roll across the ground, obviously damaged from the fight so far. However, the other Shadow was completely fine and still in the fight. Mimicking its partner in crime, it would begin to give a loud laughter before another bolt came down upon Kogami for a second taste of lightning within two seconds. Unlike the other Shadow, it continued to float with full strength. For being two of the weakest Shadows on the entire roster of Shadows within Limbo, this fight was dragging on surprisingly. Perhaps this Persona-User would need to train abit more before diving deeper into the fold of Limbo. Or atleast return with a partner or team. At this rate, he wouldn't last thirty minutes.

Kogami was obviously tired but he was almost there, if he could just beat one of them, maybe he would have a better chance against the other shadow. Kogami was seriously endangering himself, but he had to push himself to his upmost limits or else he would not survive. He breathed heavily and he tried his best to stand up. "This cant be my limit, just a little more. Just a bit more and ill have a chance. " Kogami had still a little bit of persona power left but he did not want to waste it. But it was working so well, he needed one more push. "Haaa!!" Raiza appeared and cut down on the weakened shadow.

Chattering its teeth, it would cause a small bolt of lightning to rain down upon the Kogami to deal small damage. Once the attack was complete, it continued to hover in place without worry or fret. After all, it was in a winning position and its opponent was already weakened. With the first Shadow destroyed it would no longer play with its food. It was going for the knock out from that point on.

Kogami was shocked once again and fell to his knees. He would have figured that he was reaching his limit. But even though it seemed like the end, he was not about to let it end here. "Raiza.... heal me..." Raiza appeared and did a strange sword dance as his feathers started to fall on Kogami. A little bit of his strength started to come back as Raiza did so. "Hmmm... so thats how it works? I thought i was a goner, I should brace myself for the next attack. I need more power!!!! I cant last long like this!!!!"

Healed with dia- 30% of 50 is 15. 15 + 6= 21

“Tch I need an opening….” Kogami heals with dia once again after he was shocked. Kogami was not looking too well, he was trying to find a way to escape now. However, the escape plan was not working too well for him, he had no idea how to get away. “Alright, ill just heal for now. Be on the defensive until he gives up. Or, I am not sure.. Until an opening shows .."

Shocked for 8, 15 hp left
