An Unplanned Tour of Hell [ Nyar/Phil, Open ~]

Since the strange murder related happenings at the academy, Akuma had been spending most of his time at his apartment in Nokawia, keeping himself entertained by doing random chores and coupling that with his usual daydreaming. He was still bored quite a lot, and briefly wondered about the idea of checking out just what the hell is wrong with the school, if only for the mysterious arua it gave of. However, since his parents heard about it, they wre adamant that he is not to attend anything of the like, and thus he was holed up at his place, with only occasional walks outside, when it got too boresome to handle even with his dreamy mind.

Until one day, when he suddenly realized that it was eerily quiet, no noises being heard from the outside, which was an amazing feat, as his attention was generally at a freezing point. That alone prompted him to get up from his mindless doodling he was currently engaging in, and stride over to the window to take a look outside. And needless to say, he was surprised by what he saw. ''Eh? What is this now? Did I fall asleep and dream for real this time?'', he muttered to himself, while blinking at the strange red and green display visible through the glass of his window. After pinching himself a few times to make sure he definitely did not take his daydreaming to the next level without being aware of it, he frowned a little, trying to collect his thoughts. 'How strange, I wasn't aware this was possible outside of fairytales...', he thought, still a bit bewildered, before being himself, and deciding to check this strange phenomenon out, even though it seemed like cut out for a horror show, which should have at least made him register that it might not be the best idea ever made. Alas, Akuma was anything, but not cautious, and therefore risks like this were a second nature to him.

Walking out of the door, he was once again assaulted with the same scene. A red sky, bright green smog, and literally no human activity. ''Well, at least I'll be entertained.'', he said aloud, while looking around. He was still uncertain as to what this could be, but he liked unusual challenges, and he was sure as hell not passing the opportunity. With that in mind, he strode around the nearby street, intent on seeing just how far this creepy colored scenery stretched out, and if it the whole of Ueitawa was involved. Maybe it was a sort of prank? He wouldn't put it past some brats to think it funny, although it probably would be hard to arrange. Either way, he would keep on walking through the streets of Nokawia, looking around to see anything of interest, or anyone to ask about this event that he was not aware of prior to this moment.

((OoC :Well, I have no idea how will the awakening part go, since he's supposed to be a Child, but I'll take it anyway you wish ^^, and I'll be awakening at Rank 6, btw))

The Shadow of Cyril would be walking on the streets, practically clapping with joy to see the moment that Nokawia had turned red from Limbo’s leakage into this world. “Hmph, took them long enough,” he said. He had decided to hang around Nokawia since his defeat at the silly woman’s hands. Maybe next time he will be a bit more careful than jumping ahead. No, to get revenge, much planning should be in order. He did not want to revert back into his other self. That’d be such a pain. He would be walking until he came across a young dumbass with blue hair just roaming along like nobody cared. He would simply walk to the other side of the street and down the road to pass the man, and when he was out of his sight, turn back to follow him slowly, to see where the man intended to go. He was most likely human. Cyril could use a punching bag to vent his frustration on.

A female figure ran up the streets of the town that turned into a red wasteland, a male figure followed. As they closed the distance between the lone male and them, the duo looked to see if that same man had the golden eyes shadows usually had, for if he did they would be forced to either fight him or try to run. With the city being over run by shadows, it seemed they were going to have to abandon it, but if this boy was a real person, standing in limbo conditions unharmed, they would have to bring him along. As they approached, Sagami gave his little sister a glare before she spoke to the boy who was walking alone. "There is no time to explain, you even know something is wrong, please come with us if you want to live." Looking behind the boy, she noticed figure pass, when she gave it a look, her heart would stop a bit. It looked just like her friend, although, she knew this wasn't him...

Akuma kept walking around for some time, and so far he had not seen anything out of ordinary, aside from the green mist and all that accompanied it. This wasn't even funny anymore, and the colors were starting to make his eyes hurt. At one moment, he had a feeling he saw someone, but he was too distracted by his thoughts as usual, so by the time it hit him to look harder, he couldn't really see anything anymore. And he didn't get to explore further, as a loud female voice cut him out from his plotting. Turning his head around, he indeed saw a girl, accompanied by a guy as well. He blinked at the girl a few times, processing what she had just blurted out at him. Well, yes, he was aware that something was wrong, although so far, nothing had happened, and yet she spoke as if it was a life or death situation. Maybe he was missing something there? Hm, either way, this looked like quite the exciting prospect. Not that he had ever been in a real life situation that speleld such danger, but he sort of liked the thrill of the idea.

''Ah, well, if you say so. I don't have anything better to do after all. As far as I remember, dying isn't on my list, so I guess that is a reason enough for me to come along, whoever you guys are.'', he'd say calmly, not really bothered by the dreadful atmosphere as of yet. It appeared like quite the interesting game right now. With that, he would follow after the two, glancing at them thoughfully, sort of hoping they would tell him at least something, even if the female said there wasn't the time for explanations. Hey, it was normal to want to know who you're ganging up with, at least, right?

Watching the girl meet up with the boy, Cyril would remain quiet, masking the anger seething within him. He knew Salmane very well, the fact that she ruined his chances for survival, and did not care one bit for him. Had she come in earlier, maybe Shadow Cyril wouldn't have such an instinctive hatred for her and women in general. But at least she wasn't bothering him. He learned his lesson about jumping into situations after the foolish ninja attacked him, and recalling how stupid his other self was when he rushed in to save Kahn and fools. But nonetheless, he would remain watching them for the time being. Maybe he should travel out of here if the Shadows that would inevitably appear attacked him too. Shadow Cyril would give a small sigh, hating the idea of letting Salmane live for longer than a second, and began walking to Nadashiki's direction, as it was the safest place to be at the moment, and his life superseded all else. If the Shadows came and fought him, maybe he could lead the other scapegoats to them and have them killed instead. He would make slow steps in the direction to Nadashiki, savoring the scenery, as while it did spell doom for everyone but him, he was rather pleased with how lovely it looked.

The man would disappear as Salmane handed the blue haired man a gun shaped object. Although she wouldn't say what it did until the time came. This gun was her brothers old evoker, the one he didn't need anymore. This boy would need it more than him. "This will protect you. I know you'll be able to use it" Her and Sagami would slowly walk down the street, trying to be quiet as their feet silently moved throughout the city, hopefully the man would follow. Sagami would pull a pair of headphones out of his pocket and put them around his neck, waving his hand in the air as red holographic screens would appear in the air in front of him. The information screens just showed stats of his current allies and one was a map of the area they lived in. "We're heading up the main road and into the other city, although we could head for the hills, we'd be better off going ahead." He would place the headphones over his ears as a woman's voice began to speak. "Son of Man, I dislike you strongly, but I will protect you until you fail me." He would smile as his sister held her evoker in one hand and the scythe in the other, ready for anything that came her way. Sagami's head tilted backwards to look at the man if he followed. "This area is owned by shadows, creatures that only seek to kill humans. We're trying to get out of here along with you. That gun is an evoker, a item specifically built to summon a creature called persona, the only creatures that can fight these shadows. If you see anything, you must tell us. And I want you to watch my sister here before you do anything, you may not believe how we use that item unless you see it for yourself..."

Akuma walked along the two strangers untile the female handed him a gun shaped object out of the blue, saying that it could be of help. He would stare at her for a bit, slightly confused about the situation. He sincerely doubted that the thing was a real gun, considering it had been held by a teen before it was given to him. And since it most likely wasn't, just how was it supposed to protect him? Hm, this day kept getting stranger by the minute, but Akuma wouldn't be seen complaining. It was sort of refreshing, if he was to compare it to what he had been doing prior to these sudden happenings. Besides, it gave him an opportunity to explore something interesting, and he wouldn't pass that up.

The guy that was accompanying the girl took out a pair of headphones and was saying some directions, and Akuma simply followed the two, his mind otherwise occupied. He kind of wanted to know what the thing that he was holding right now was really about, but he hadn't figured out a way to ask without sounding like an idiot, and therefore he was lost in thoughts concerning that particular subject. He only focused back on his surprise company when the male spoke up again, and was saying words that caught Akuma's scattered mind. Well, now it made some sort of sense, if he was to believe that the guy wasn't babbling nonsense. Things like Shadows and Personas, what was this, a science fiction movie? Then again, out of the conrner of his eye, he caught the female holding a real looking weapon in her hand. 'When did she get that...?', he thought vaguely, as he blinked a few times, to make sure he was still in reality. Lately, he wasn't really trusting his mind to stay out of dreamworld, with so many strange things happening. Gathering his bearings after a moment, he would speak up a bit too cheerfully, considering the situation they were in. ''Well, I'll see about that. I like trying things out on my own, you see. And this Persona stuff sounds pretty interesting. I wonder...'', he would trail of, thinking of how awesome it could be, even though he didn't know many details about it all yet.

However, before he could create something amazing in his head, they were rudely interrupted by some grotesque looking creatures, that looked far from friendly. Akuma would stare at them for a while, wondering what was this all about, before remembering the other guy's words. Drawing a conclusion from that, he figured these would be those Shadows that are supposed to be lurking around. 'Now what?...These things are nice and all...but I don't think I want to get stopmed over...', he thought, looking at the approaching creatures before taking a glance at the object in his hand. Well, they did say it could do something. But, he was somewhat uncertain about using it.

''Heh, heh, who needs toys like those? I could help you out, if you want. And for cheap too. I have some manners you know?''

Akuma would make a pained sound as he dropped down to his knees, hearing a strange voice in his head. He was confused as hell, but it wasn't unpleasant at all, and he didn't want to look like a whimpering idiot, therefore, he would just shrug in response to the individual in his head. He didn't particularly care. The last thing he would hear would be a sort of a growl mixed with a chuckle as his body would be surrounded by a red mist, and a large hellhound appearing in front of him, before roaring in amusement and shooting a few icicles out of the ground at the nearby Shadows. Akuma would remain down on the ground, still unsure as to what the hell was going on.....He'd have to make sense out of it later....

Looking ahead as Cyril walked, we would catch sight of a sudden large group of Shadows. At first he smirked. “Just in time, I found some prey for you if you want some,” he said pointing a thumb behind his shoulder without turning back. Though he would drop his smirk at these Shadows, which did not move at all. In fact, the Shadows seemed to be ready to attack him. Why would Shadows attack a fellow of their species? Were they different kinds of Shadows…? “What in the world is your issue?” Cyril would say in an annoyed tone as he suddenly felt a strange familiar power behind him. Turning his head to look back, he felt Nyarlathotep’s presence in a man, who had now unleashed his Persona. It seemed Cyril’s father had some plans.  Especially when the boy’s Persona would shoot ice spears that went all this way to strike the Shadows. Ordinarily Cyril would either not fight and try to flee, but it hadn’t gone south yet, not when there was a perfectly good ally to use. He noticed the foolish bitch near him as well as another boy who now also seemed to hold his presence. Cyril didn’t care enough to try and look at them more closely a moment ago, as he was rather blinded for a brief moment by rage. But most likely he will have no choice but to fight with them, if only to preserve his own life.

Turning his head back to the horde, he would sigh in annoyance of the soon to be fight occurring. The thought of fighting other Shadows interested him enough, but were these really Shadows if they seemed so eager to fight Cyril? He would take a brief moment, being further away from them and not really in sight for them to see his transformation, he would turn into his True Self, the insectoid Pestilence. His wings would stretch from his arms and flap at inhuman speeds, and Pestilence would swipe his arms out, sending a flurry of wind to hit the horde. If he had to, he could always run away and find shelter somewhere. “Zzzzzzzzzzzz…” the Shadow hissed.

Akuma watched the scene a bit dazedly as he remained down on his knees during the small exchange of attacks. He still wasn't sure what to make of this whole situation, as his eyes swept over those grotesque Shadows that were grouping on them. He threw a few glances in the direction of his Persona, but decided to not with that yet. Besides the beast seemed busy staring the Shadows down with narrowed eyes.

Akuma only made a move to get up when he got startled by the bug like creature that attacked the Shadows too. Getting up on his feet sluggishly, he blinked at the strange creature curiously, wondering what it was. If he were to conclude, it resembled more of a monster itself, yet it was apparently on enemy terms with the Shadows too. Then again, the thing he himself summoned, did not resemble a human being either. 'Hah...confusing..', he thought vaguely, before taking a few cautious steps back, not wanting to get swept up in a flurry of attacks. Thankfully, those Shadows chose not to aim for him, and he watched in wonder as they went for the bug thing and the girl that stood nearby. 'That must have hurt...', he grimaced lightly, glad that he didn't get assaulted himself. Pain wasn't a phenomenon he was entirely fond of. Cerberus only growled, throwing Akuma an amused glance, before turning back and baring its teeth at the Shadows and sending another row of icicle spikes at the offending creatures.
