**ALERT!** After a rather eventful evening at Maksim's Party, three teenagers seems to have gone missing. The doors of Vault Olympia have been breached due to a to this day unknown assailant, who sabotaged the doors locking systems, allowing demons to make entry. Thanks to the excellent defensive capabilities of the Vault's Security drones, the Attack was put to an end, and the invading monsters fled to the outside. Right now, the Doors of Vault Olympia are currently open, allowing any survivors of the fall to seek shelter within the Vault's safe halls. What Vault Security officials think of this development remains unclear as the Chief of Police and Security of Olympia refused to leave a comment. This is Rianara, of Olympia news, signing out.

The site is entering a new era as our team of mods works tirelessly on updating old and obsolete information threads and links. Over the Summer, we aim to make many changes to the forum, including writing a comprehensive beginners' guide to help new players accommodate to the combat and other rp systems in place here.

Tagging along with Naito for the trip, Hibiki would arrive to the place, simply standing aside while the silverhaired teen conversed with the young girl that opened the door, apparently his sister, so it seemed. Proceeding forward, Scarlet was left behind in a guest room to recover from the bout, while they went down to the basement. And that place was sure big. Hibiki looked around as Naito suggested they train there while he does his stuff waiting for Scarlet to wake up. Sounded like a good idea. Getting better in battle would definitely be useful for the trials that were sure to come in the future. ''You up for it?'', he'd ask Kahn, who most likely followed them nearby. Hm, this room sure seemed like it could hold a lot of people. It made him think that maybe they could have a sort of a group training too. Naito left off though. Maybe...''Hey, would you mind if we had some more company? I know someone who could help us with training. We do need to get used to different styles after all.'', he'd ask Kahn, remembering something he almost forgot about.

He had talked with a friend before, so maybe she would like to come and spar with them. Besides, they could always use a hand in this. Whatever would Kahn say, he'd wait till either something happened, or they agreed on a fight to start.

Hibiki had asked of her to join him on a little event. Apparently he was going to spar with other people who most likely also had Personas. While it was out of her comfort zone to be going to other homes, it was worth noting that she had a lack of strength as of late. And it would be good to get some more power in. Given the directions from Hibiki, she would follow them into Nokawia and find a large estate with the silver-haired man she had seen once before as well as Hibiki staying right behind, as well as another girl. She would follow behind Hibiki on the way, and if allowed, inside the estate and down to the large area where they could train. She would look at Hibiki and look around, rather worried about it all. Her safety was important, but at the same time, it could be compromised quite easily by going to this foreign area. She would grasp her arm lightly to check its status; which seemed to be normal while speaking. “Are you sure this is alright Hibiki?” she asked. She was not the type to rush forward without being sure about it. So if he had any suspicions, she would hope he would speak them now just to be safe. Apart from that, she would wait until the training began or if someone else spoke.

Kahn followed behind his classmate, who carried Scarlet, to his estate located here in Nokawia, which he found a little odd. If he lived relatively close to the academy why not stay here than the dorms? Surely life was more relaxed, and it was more comfortable. Though knowing Naito, he had his own reasons and Kahn would not pry. Eventually they were led into the basement where The Tsurinai explained that they could use this place to spar, and "Wendy's kun" would let out a low whistle at the size of it, "What are you gonna store in here? Tanks?" He would say at first before adding, "Yeah, we could train here it might not be a bad idea.". He would take a few moments to take in his surroundings. Plenty of room to move around and dodge an enemy's attack, well that was good. So if his opponents proved they were faster than him, he could use distance as one of his good friends.

"Of course I am. Don't count me out of a chance to become stronger, after all things aren't going to be getting any easier. As for company, I'm up for meeting a friend of yours. We will never know how many enemies we may encounter at once." He would reply, it was a possibility so they may need to be ready to handle attacks from multiple people or directions. Minutes later a woman would appear, she would see very concerned. Well she had no idea who she was sparring with. She would ask Hibiki a question, and the red haired young man would allow his comrade to respond before introducing himself, "You must be the one Hibiki mentioned, my name is Kahn Azame and it is a pleasure to meet you." He would say offering a smile and a polite nod. She seemed a bit skittish she he chose not to offer a handshake, assuming her to be the kind of person that would be very cautious around stranger.

"I think we could go for a free for all if that is okay with everyone. Also as for ground rules if someone yields then they simply get out of the way, and don't attack them anymore. If they hit the floor unconscious, then stop the fight and get them to safety before continuing. Also try to avoid over doing it, I'd rather not bring the building down on top of us." He would suggest, and offer those rules before looking at his two sparring partners, "Anything I missed?"

PostSubject: Re: Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited]   Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] EmptyMon Dec 23, 2013 5:59 pm

To say the day had been anything close to normal would’ve been an utter lie. Destiny had been thrust into a world full of supernatural occurrences, nearly died at the hands of a “Shadow”, been given an odd power that she had no idea how to use, informed that Ueitawa was on the verge of destruction, and ultimately had her nice, quiet life uprooted in the span of a few hours. Not to mention that the person who’d introduced her to all of that had gone off to help “comrades”, leaving her alone.

…Oh well. At least Naito had had the decency to send her a text message after his business was done instead of allowing her to stand like a fool across the way from the shrine, wondering what in the world was going on and worrying herself to pieces. Granted, all he’d sent was an address to somewhere in Nokawia, but at least it was a sign he was alright.

Arriving at the place indicated in the text, Destiny checked the address at least four times before she dared walk to the entrance. Heavens, why was this place so big? She felt small in comparison and horribly out of place. Despite a large part of her wanting to turn around and run away, the blonde took a deep breath and knocked at the door. She smiled and bowed to whoever answered, taking care with her pronunciation of each word so as not to stutter. “Hello. My name is Destiny Endeux. Tsurinai-san told me to come here. Is he here at the moment?”

If all went well, Destiny would be led to what seemed to be the basement just in time to catch the words “free-for-all”. // What in the world…? // Stepping just inside the doorway, the girl quietly studied the other three teens gathered together. Oh dear. She didn’t know any of them. Listening to the redheaded boy outline the rules for what seemed to be a fight of some sort, Destiny tried to keep calm despite the anxiety starting to gnaw through her nerves. She really didn’t belong here; combat was not her forte.  Besides, listening in on this conversation made her feel like she was intruding, and she desperately wanted to go. But if she did that, with her luck she’d just end up getting lost in the estate and making someone angry. With this in mind, the blond shifted so she was standing just to the side of the door, her hands clasped in front of her while she watched the small cluster of teens. While it didn't seem like she had much of a choice except to stay in the area, she shied away from the group and kept quiet. It wasn't as if it were her business what they did, after all. But that didn't stop her from observing. Perhaps if she was patient enough, the reason she was called here would become apparent.

PostSubject: Re: Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited]   Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] EmptyMon Dec 23, 2013 8:35 pm

After being baffled at the size of the room they were currently standing in, Kahn quickly voiced his agreement with the spar, agreeing to a company for the upcoming fight as well. That was nice. As gruesome as the idea of a big fight might be, they did need to get used to it if they wanted to keep going forward with this case, as it did practically guarantee more fighting in the future. Meanwhile, Ruo made her appearance, immediately going over to him. Hm, she was fast for sure, he expected to wait a bit longer. ''Yes, it's fine. Not like we're killing each other here.'', he'd say after she voiced her concern. They weren't having a death match afterall. It was just some training, no? No need to be seriously worried.

Kahn made his introduction after, and soon laid down some general rules of the fight. ''I don't think so. That is just about enough, I guess.'', he'd say to Kahn's question whether he missed something. More rules, and they would forget half of it anyway. He noticed another girl standing in the door from the corner of his eye. Looking over that way for a moment, he pondered whether to address her. Hm, might as well. ''Um, hey? Are you here to join too?'', he'd ask towards the female. ''If not then you might want to stay back.'' Hibiki didn't plan on getting someone hurt without knowing whether they were okay with this, so he thought it would be better to make sure in advance.

''Well, we should get started, right?'', he'd say after taking a few wide steps away from the two to get a bit of distance. He'd summon Byakko right after, the azure light flashing for a bit. The tiger would appear beside Hibiki, before rearing up on its hind legs a bit for a moment, sending a widespread wave of lightning that would be at around waist level towards Kahn and Ruo with a soft growl. It was just a start off, so Hibiki chose to go for a non complicated thing, just attacking without pulling strategic moves yet to set it off. While the wave started to make its way, he'd summon his weapon too, holding it in one hand, prepared for a close fight if his sparing partners chose to do so.

PostSubject: Re: Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited]   Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] EmptyMon Dec 23, 2013 9:08 pm

Looking at the man named Kahn Azame, she would nod and give a half-friendly, half wary smile. “A pleasure Kahn. My name is Ruo. I wish you luck on this, though I fear you will have little trouble taking me on,” she said politely. Looking at him as he gave his suggestions, Ruo would nod. “It will also help those who still need practice get as much in as possible,” she said. She did not admit she was one of those people, for no particular reason. They probably could guess if they knew one another. But another blonde woman would walk in, asking for Naito, who apparently was the name of the silver-haired man. Ruo would shake her head lightly. “I believe he went upstairs. I do not know why,” she explained as best she could to Destiny. She would walk over to her, and at least hold her hand out to give her a handshake. Her hand would be a bit shaky, feeling fear herself. She felt that this girl Destiny was none too eager to do this, hence why she looked as though she was backing up. Were she to take it, she would give her a light smile. “My name is Ruo. A pleasure. Good luck,” she would say before returning to the two, and beginning to move away around fifteen feet from Kahn and Hibiki as Hibiki made even more distance.

Ruo was paying close attention to Hibiki, as he seemed to have a plan. Her sharp sense of focus could help her pay attention to what he was doing. She would watch him summon his Persona, who would back up on its back legs and return with a blast of lightning coming up to her waist. By the time his Persona had leaned back, Ruo was prepared to jump when the wave was going for her, narrowly missing it. It was a good thing too; as Ruo was rather susceptible to that element. In response, she would activate her Persona, her equipment heating up, and causing her to overheat, which activated her coolant, which was her left eye concaving and revealing a blue flame that would remain emanating from her eye so long as she was using her Persona. She did not have time to judge whether everyone was surprised or not. Her Persona Maya, would appear behind her. She was a little over ten feet high, but she was knelt over, which made her almost a foot higher than Ruo. Maya would quickly tap Ruo’s arms, and she would hold them out, firing two speedy projectiles the length of her forearm at Hibiki, attempting to hit him, then the second shot would again go for him after. She would clench her hands after the fight and move further away from Kahn just to be safe, so she could maintain focus on both people, including the blonde woman just in case.

Kahn shrugged, "Never underestimate your enemy...they might just surprise you. A lesson that I've been taught more than once. Though it is a pleasure to meet you Ruo, it will be interesting to see what you got." He would comment and not saying much else. Then another woman showed up, but she seemed timid and shy. Nor did she appear to be related to his classmate like the younger girl. Ruo nor Hibiki really explained what was going on here, so he would up his hand a gesture which indicated he would need a moment. He was going to explain what was really going on here, since it appeared that she either did not know or was too shy to say anything.

"Naito is upstairs in one of the guest rooms perhaps, but if he called you here then chances are you are a persona-user or he trusts you. If you are the former then we're having a little bit of a sparring match to better ourselves for the up coming challenges. In which case, if you do not feel suited for combat then perhaps you have other skills that could be used to keep the combatants going? If so try to use it fairly often so you get some benefit, after all just using your power will help you in the end." The red haired young man would say, before adding, "However, if you are uncomfortable with that then perhaps Naito could fill you in on the recent discoveries." With all that said he would give her a friendly nod before quickly moving away from her. He would lower his hand, and see Hibiki finishing up his few wide steps. His persona would appear and unleash a wall of lighting toward him and Ruo. The wall of lighting was coming at him at a decent pace, and he would bend his knees as though he was back at the gym squatting. Moments before it would hit him he pushed off the ground, and pulled his legs as high as he could manage. He dodged the wall, but just barely. He saw that Ruo seemed to be focused on Hibiki, and Hibiki would hopefully focus on Ruo as well. The tarot card of justice appeared before Kahn, and he would crush it in his hand. Richard appeared behind him, sword in hand and saluted his sparring partners, however as he lowered his blade twenty crosses appeared behind him and launched themselves at his opponents. Though they were not directly aimed at Ruo or Hibiki as they fell wide and formed a circle around the two persona users with a radius of fifteen feet.

They would begin to glow moments after landing, and if the two persona-users did not find an escape or a way to block or stop the attack then they would be engulfed by a searing light that formed a ten foot tall cylinder. After a few moments the searing light would fade, yet the crosses that created the searing light would remain where they were. Regardless of the outcome, Kahn would summon his Zwiehander and began to move around Hibiki, hoping to get a flank on him before unleashing his next attack. The knight that stood behind him had vanished, indicating it too was waiting for the right moment to strike.

Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited]   Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] EmptyWed Dec 25, 2013 12:00 am

It didn’t take long for one person out of the little group to call her out. Join? Join what? He—it was a he, wasn’t it?—couldn’t be talking about the fight he and the other two were discussing. But, then again, what else could he have meant? Destiny nodded slightly at his advice, taking a small step backwards so she was close to the wall. If they were trading blows, she should be out of their range; there was a good deal of space between her and them, at least thirty feet or so. This also meant she wouldn’t interfere with whatever they were doing.

The blonde was a little surprised to see the other girl in the room walk right up to her and hold out her hand. Being polite, Destiny extended her own hand, smiling lightly at the girl’s introduction. Brief and to the point, wasn’t it? Then again, she supposed Ruo didn’t want to keep the other two waiting. Rather considerate of her.

…Wait a moment. Did Ruo just say “good luck”? Oh dear…that wasn’t good. That was a bad phrase. Very, very bad. Did the others think she was going to fight with them? Maybe her panic was noticeable, as the redhead offered an explanation that somewhat settled her nerves. It was still odd to hear the word “persona” tossed so casually into a conversation, but she understood. So these people had the same strange ability she did? In that case, maybe she did belong here after all. When she thought about it, this was a good opportunity. Maybe she could learn how to use her own persona if she stayed and watched, or even participated in some way. So even when she was given the option to back out, she shook her head lightly, a shaky smile on her face. “It’s alright. I’d prefer to stay here, if you don’t mind.”

The other three didn’t waste time to get the fight underway. The first one who’d spoken—the boy-who-could-possibly-be-a-girl—launched a very impressive attack at the other two, who dodged rather neatly. // Glad I’m not over there. I’d be lucky to walk away from that…! // Destiny squinted slightly at Ruo’s counterattack, trying to determine if what she’d just seen had been real. Did she just…shoot something from her arm? Observing the girl for a few more moments, she caught a glimpse of her face. Were those…flames…? …No, that wasn’t possible. …Then again, these “personas” seemed to defy common logic. Maybe what she was seeing was a side-effect of sorts. Would the same happen to her if she used her persona? The other two hadn’t changed, even though both had summoned their personas. The redhead was even using his own persona to—// Good heavens that’s bright…! //—cast an immensely brilliant light. Maybe the odd things happening to Ruo were because she was hurt? The thought was a bit distressing. If Ruo was injured, shouldn’t she stop fighting? That was the logical thing to do, wasn’t it? …Oh dear. Destiny could march over there and force her to quit, but walking out there didn’t seem like a very good idea. Goodness, why couldn’t she do something helpful…?

At that thought, a card floated in front of her. It looked almost exactly like the ones the others had been crushing to summon their personas. Was that how it worked? Crush the card, summon the persona, magic happens? It was worth a try, at least. Cautiously the girl reached out her hand, slowly closing it and marveling at how easily the card shattered. To her side, a woman appeared—the same one that showed up after she Shadow had been defeated—and grinned widely, twirling neatly on one foot before pointing at Ruo, causing the girl to glow for a moment. Afterwards, the woman locked her fingers behind her back and rocked on her heels, watching the match. Destiny smiled slightly, hoping that she’d done some good before she focused back on the fight, watching to make sure she wasn’t accidentally hit.

Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited]   Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] EmptyWed Dec 25, 2013 1:23 pm

With the introductions continuing, Hibiki had only listened to what the rest of them said, as there wasn’t really much need for him to budge in. Ruo had greeted the new girl, and Kahn explained what they were doing here, so it was all in place. No need to interfere. The blonde girls still seemed a bit uncomfortable with the idea, but he didn’t blame her for that. Fighting can be a scary concept, especially for a newcomer. He guessed that she probably didn’t have a Persona for a long time yet, if she did have one, as Kahn suspected. Well, as long as she didn’t run out screaming, it was going to be fine.

The lightning wave was pretty fast, but nonetheless, Hibiki could see Ruo successfully jumping over it, just as Byakko dropped fully back on its four legs. Moments later, Ruo’s eye would start emitting that strange flame that he had seen once before, which meant she was going to attack with her Persona. Not knowing what exactly to expect, he crouched down a bit, his weapon ready for a strike if needed. She held her hands out, which looked reminiscent of guns, which meant some serious firing was on the line. With the first projectile coming towards him, he’d lower himself even more, as much as possible barely managing do duck under the shot, with it almost messing up his hair. After that, he’d push himself off the ground to the left towards where Byakko was standing to get out of the way of the second one. Getting there, he would grasp onto Byakko’s fur to help himself back up quickly, just in time to see the blue light and Kahn’s Persona summoning some weird crosses. ‘What is that supposed to…’, he’d think randomly, as he would hoist himself over to sit on Byakko’s back, originally planning for it to help him move out of the way quicker, but the crossed didn’t go for them, and rather circled the area in which he and Ruo were. Well, he sure wasn’t going to wait to see what they were going to do. Lowering a bit, Byakko would release a pulse of Lightning from its body, that would go in every direction, like a circle stemming from its center. Hibiki himself wouldn’t get hit as he was on top of the Persona, even though it wouldn’t have mattered much, as he was immune to his own element. The electricity would spread quickly, and if Ruo and/or her Persona didn’t get out of the way, it would send her towards the crossed that were around them, smashing her into the light wall that just began to form, before vaporizing the shiny attack in its way. Hibiki couldn’t really locate Kahn at that moment with all the glowy stuff around, but the pulse of Lightning would continue forth until it went about halfway through the huge room before dissolving into air, thus most likely hitting Kahn too, if he didn’t dodge, as it was doubtful that he would be that far away from them. Whether either of those two got hit or not, Hibiki would stay on top of the now crouching Byakko, his scythe in front of himself, ready to strike if anyone or anything approached close.

Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited]   Spar at the Tsurinai Estate [Users invited] EmptyThu Dec 26, 2013 1:38 am

Ruo could not be in a worse predicament. Not only did Kahn surround the two with crosses that would soon give off some sort of attack, Hibiki also prepared a blast of lightning to go into a full radius to end that light. She had no way to avoid both. And even if she could avoid one. She may get hit with the other. She had no particular options, until a quick decision came to her head. Maya would appear in between her and Hibiki and curl up in a defensive stance, blocking the electricity from hitting Ruo as it went around her to break the light attacks. Maya was about eleven feet tall, so she could easily be a shield between her and the upcoming attacks, but that would make her a bigger target than Ruo. She was able to avoid getting hit by the lightning, and at the same time, avoid damage from the light circle because Safi had completely shattered its power. Though there was one downside; being Maya taking a hit, and Ruo would feel a sudden moment of absence of her from her conscious state. It was perhaps only a millisecond, but she felt it. If Maya was hurt a few more times, Ruo may find herself without a Persona for some time in the battle. She had to be wary of that, if she was going to live through this.

Though, in the midst of that attack, she would feel a sudden small light filling her body, as whatever energy was drained from her from her previous attack was returned to. Making a quick look, the source seemed to be from Destiny, who chose to heal her. Giving Destiny a nod in acknowledgement after turning her head, she would quickly return the counterattack, seeing as how Kahn was now pulling out his weapon; a sword, and a large one at that, and moving to Hibiki’s blind spot. So both of them were now in her line of vision. But her target would not be Kahn. Ruo would feel similar strain on her arms as though she was going to perform the same attack from before, but instead Maya had chosen to administer this attack herself. From her two pointer fingers, two small black projectiles, shaped as though they were thick arrows, the size of Ruo’s arm would be fired. One would be aimed at Hibiki, the other would be aimed for the Persona he was now on top of. Maya was indeed large, so being not only close to them, but even closer to them in distance by extending her arms, they would have little to no chance of avoiding this attack, no matter how fast his Persona might be, just because of a lack of distance between the beginning of the attack, and the targets they were aiming for. Whether or not the attack hit, Ruo would be backing up as quickly as possible to gather as much distance between the two. She would be around twenty to twenty-five meters away from Hibiki, and even further from Kahn. Maya would also vanish and reappear to Ruo’s left, ready to defend hr if need be. She was sitting up lazily, so she would be much taller than her normal stance of being on all fours.

Kahn kept moving as he watched Hibiki's pulse of lighting foil not only one attack, but both attacks! Well...that was an unfortunate side effect. Now he had to jump over another hurdle! He would come to a stop, and bend his legs once more to jump over the pulse that Hibiki had summoned. After the jump he continued flanking Hibiki until he was behind him. From there he would summon Richard the Lionheart ,who appeared with an English bow. The persona would knock two arrows and aim them both at Hibiki, after a moment it would loose the arrows, which made a only the slightest whistling noise as they cut through the arrow with deadly intent. After that the knight would once more fade away from sight. If Hibki managed to dodge it then perhaps Ruo wouldn't. Who got hit didn't matter, just that he managed to hit them.

Goodness, this was a lot to take in. Destiny could barely keep up with the volley of attacks and dodges, and her breath hitched every time one of the three summoned their personas. This seemed horribly intense for it being just a sparring match. ...Then again, the huge, otherworldly creatures beside each of the teens probably had a hand to play in that. Still, the blonde couldn’t help but worry. A few of these attacks had come awfully close to hitting, such as the dark haired boy’s lighting strike and the redhead’s light show (although Destiny still wasn’t sure how the latter was supposed to work; maybe she’d ask him later, if she remembered).

A hand flew to her mouth as Ruo concentrated on the dark haired boy, and Destiny looked away for a moment as the redhead used his persona to fire arrows at the others. She had thought that maybe this match would help her become a little more comfortable with the idea of personas; instead, she was starting to worry about how much damage the others were going to do to each other and their surroundings. Lowering her hand from her face, the blonde started to fiddle with her fingers in an attempt to take her mind off of the probable injuries flashing through her head. Now wasn’t the time to panic. This wasn’t a real fight after all, right? Maybe she should focus on what she could do to help, or become familiar with her own abilities. Was there something she could do that would be beneficial to the others...?

Turning her head, Destiny caught the gaze of her own persona. The woman beside her had cocked its head inquisitively, as if listening to her thoughts, only to break into a large grin and nod. // Yes? Yes...what? // Before the teen could get her voice to work and ask, the blue-skinned figure grinned even wider and turned to the three fighting. Blowing a kiss to the three,  Destiny’s persona tilted its head back and laughed gaily, clapping enthusiastically as Ruo and the two boys seemed to glow for a moment, just as Ruo had before. Destiny couldn’t help but laugh lightly at  the entity’s expression, returning her gaze to the other three with a light smile on her face. Perhaps things were going to be just fine.

Byakko's attack had cleared the light out, but unfortunately not everything in its way. Ruo had chosen to have her Persona take the attack at the last moment, thus letting her stand right where she was without being thrown away by the force, as her Persona was quite big and sturdy. Which meant trouble. There was no way he could effectively get out of a line of attack with the sparse distance between them at that moment. And of course, she did attack and it seemed she was going for the same thing as before. Well, there was no use trying to avoid that. Then again, that did not mean Hibiki was just going to stand there if he had to take it.

Byakko would charge towards Ruo, taking the hit full in the face, the projectile tangling in its fur for a moment before it was shaken off by Byakko's movement forward. Hibiki had tried to hunch over a bit, although that wasn't enough to get out of range, and it hurt quite a bit as the second part of the attack grazed his shoulder. It definitely felt far from nice, being scratched over, along with his Persona getting hit too. Then again, what was he to do. He had not noticed Kahn attacking him from behind, and even though he had moved a bit, albeit for a different reason, one of the arrows would strike him in his right arm. 'Ow...'

He would pull the arrow out and throw it elsewhere with his left arm, as he wasn't holding anything in that one anyway. It wasn't easy to manage balance not holding himself onto Byakko with his hand as it ran forward, but he wasn't leaving that thing stuck in. He would have to pay more attention to Kahn later on. Right now the boy would be a far enough for him to notice an attack coming if he pulled another one. And he was going to pay more attention. But he was focused mostly on Ruo now, as she was easier to get to at the moment. She had started backing away after the attack, but since he bounded after her practically in the middle of her attack, it wouldn't take him long to catch up with her as she went on her feet, while he was still on top of a tiger, which would obviously be at least a bit faster. He felt the healing wave Destiny unleashed upon them, but he was too busy to acknowledge her, so he put that back in his mind to thank her later, if he got the chance.

When he'd get close enough, Byakko would stop and crouch down a little, letting Hibiki get off and march off towards Ruo. He didn't really like focusing on one target at a time, but spreading out his attacks didn't seem very useful, so he'd have to take a chance this way. Approaching her, he'd swing his scythe at her from left to right, making a sort of mock hit, not really planning on cutting her up. It was mostly to make her focus on him rather than whatever was going on around. Byakko being a bit behind Hibiki, sort of shielded form Ruo's sight as Hibiki was in front of her, would send a ball of lightning towards the two from its open jaw. Upon impact with anything, the ball would sort of explode, sending additional lightning around in a wave similar to the pulse from before, just a little higher than that. Technically, the attack would hit both Hibiki and Ruo as he would be standing close enough while distracting her with his weapon, but since he was immune to his element, it wouldn't hurt him in any way. The pulse resulting from the attack hitting a mark wouldn't go very far, so Kahn would only get hurt if he chose to come closer before it had been launched. Whether the attack succeeded or not, Hibiki would attempt to back away to the left, so he could see both Ruo and possibly Kahn if he were tried anything. Byakko would swiftly bound after Hibiki too, as to not stay in the range of a direct attack from Ruo, were she attempt it.

Watching Hibiki take both her hit and Kahn’s own strikes, she would prepare for their next move, when she felt a light around her similar to what she felt before. Destiny had healed her once more, which did help her overall. But what was odd was that Hibiki had gotten a bit closer to her, then decided to get off the tiger. That would be her time to strike. h would watch Hibiki walk with his scythe while she could clearly see his Persona behind him, as it was rather large, prepare for an attack. Ruo had plenty of time to move out of the way of Hibiki’s fake hit, as well as have Maya move to the opposite direction, and move out of the way of the ball his Persona had made and fired. She could see it rather well, so she had plenty of time to counterattack as well. Maya would push her two hands forward, sending a ball of wind, the size of a large beachball, at moderately quick speeds to the ground next to Hibiki, which would cause a shockwave from the ground which would hit him and his Persona if he could evade neither. His Persona probably could being a bit further and having a stronger attack. Destiny being rather far from the commotion wouldn’t feel it, and since the blast was so concentrated, the worse thing Kahn might feel was a bit of a shake to his feet. As before, Hibiki was rather close, and failed to account for Maya being near him. While Ruo was running out of the way of the concentrated blast of lightning, seemingly focused on the area Hibiki was currently and where Ruo had escaped from, so she had more room than she though earlier. After the attack was finished, Maya would disappear from view. Ruo seemed to have an edge in the fight. The humans seemed to need a sort of catalyst to summon Personas; namely their cards. But all she needed was to activate her coolants, which turned on instantly, and Maya would appear. It gave her an edge in case she needed Maya to take another hit for her. She would keep watch on Hibiki and her Persona, as he was the most dangerous in this fight, as he is proving time and again.
