If you're new to Shin Megami Tensei, this place can still be for you, so no need to dash towards the doors! Your first stop should be the introduction board so we can introduce ourselves. Shin Megami Tensei and Persona belong to ATLUS. We own nothing, and have simply used their data to create a world of our own. They are the true geniuses behind the scenes.
First impression: The first thing you would notice about Julie is his eyes. He has a pair of blue eyes so pale and vivid that it makes you think of electricity or a laser beam. It has a dark-blue rim around the iris and then an even mix of pale blue and white rays in the iris. His eyes tend to reflect lustrously sometimes, which is the cause of the strong emotions he holds deep inside that causes tears to well up and coat the surface of the eye, which causes it to catch the light or become more reflective than usual.
Body build: Julie has pale skin color, which helps set off his hair and eyes. He does not contain any blemishes or facial hair. He contains the body frame of an athlete, similar to the famous athlete Lance Armstrong. Through the years of his life, Julie focused first on boosting his flexibility and strengthening his “posterior chain”—a series of muscles that includes the gluteus, hamstrings, lower back, and others that support the spine and provide power, speed, and stability. He would call this the foundation of his body’s true core, focusing more on the definition of his muscles instead of strength training. Julie has a small pointy chin and a snub shaped nose, which most researchers say to be the most appealing nose type. He also has a perfectly proportioned mouth. Julie always seems to maintain a serious facial expression full of a strong conviction and will. He also contains a fabulous bone structure along with mile high cheekbones. Julie has white teeth, long eyelashes, and full eyebrows. He has broad shoulders and his posture is never slouched.
Attire: Going over to his clothing, Julie wears a black suit and tie. Going more into the outfit, it is a satin-faced notch lapel enhances the refined style of this all-black formal wear staple. Flat-front slacks add a modern touch to the timeless look. The jacket is single breasted, containing grosgrain silk facings on a notched lapel. A notched lapel is considered less formal, so it is able to be worn on any occasion. His trousers contain a single silk braid covering the outer seams, they are also fitted. His outfit also contains a white dress shirt with white buttons; The dress shirt has Portofino cuffs along with silver cufflinks, with a detachable turn down collar. Julie's outfit also contains black dress stockings, a black silk tie, and black patent leather oxfords. He either wears this outfit in white or black. If not that, he would wear his infamous Mercenary outfit.
Personality: Creating order out of chaos" is one way of describing Julie’s volition. Some of the words to describe Julie's personality is determined, logical, and critical, he also loves a challenge, especially one that will allow tangible improvement in productivity, efficiency or profitability. Julie is direct, finding the quickest, most direct path between what is and what should be.
Julie excels at implementing ideas and are often on the lookout for good ideas worthy of their attention. He is quick to organize, orchestrate, find resources, coordinate, and follow through to the end of a project. Julie loves a problem, especially one that will make full use of his competencies, his logic and sense of order, justice and fair play.
Julie usually finds competition to be stimulating and fun. "These are the rules of the game now let us play." Fairness is sharing and respecting the same set of rules, so may the best one win. And since he readily acknowledge that there will be a winner and a loser, he would simply much rather be the winner. So Julie has great dedication to hone his strategies on the fine knife of experience and sharpen his skills to meet the next challenge head on.
One again, Julie loves having greater challenges bestowed on them as a result of having successfully met the last, as this attests to his competence and skills. Julie can appear dispassionate because of his impersonal and objective approach, but close observation will reveal deep passion and enthusiasm as well as sensitivity, especially to cherished ones. However Julie would expect others to roll up their sleeves as they do and meet the task in spite of personal hardships or discomfort.
He has little tolerance for personal whims that threaten a smooth running operation. Julie can be direct and honest with most things that displease them and expect others to do the same. His humanity shows in their sense of fairness and justice as well as his love of humour.

—Strength Name:Athletic Physique —Description: : His entire physical build is equivalent to a track star. Caius is an amazing sprinter and can run at top speed at any given time, and run through great distances without tiring. going across 7.5 meters per second. *Its humanly possible if usain bolt can run way faster than that*
—Strength Name: Systemia —Description: Caius was trained in the russian matrial art that is used by the Spetznas. He is highly trained in hand-to-hand combat, grappling, knife fighting, fire-arms, and improvised weaponry.The matrial art itself focuses mainly on controlling the six body levers (elbows, neck, knees, waist, ankles, and shoulders) through pressure point application, striking, and weapon applications.
—Strength Name: Camoflauge —Description: Julie contains a coloration suit that has the abilitu to blend with the coloration of his background to avoid optical perception. If Julie was to remain stationary in one spot, he would blend in with the surrounding and be undetected by sight. *Would have to explain what the cameo looks like at the beginning of his opening post, or provide a color sceme in a spoiler*
—Strength Name: Sleight of hand —Description: Julie contains the ability of prestidigitation ("quick fingers"), which is used to manipulate objects secretely, usually within three or four metres, possibly in physical contact. In addition to manual dexterity, sleight of hand depends on the use of psychology, timing, misdirection, and natural choreography. This skill follows the seven principles of sleight of hand.

Contains a pair of binoculars within his helmet "See mercenary outfit" that allows to look ahead 10 spaces.
Weaknesses: (You must have the same amount of weaknesses as strengths. These weaknesses pertain to you and not your Persona. IE: Physically Weaker, lack of attention span, etc.)
—Weakness Name: Rest Period —Description: Sometimes, Julie’s body can’t keep up with all of the advanced training and skills he possesses. After continuous high profile actions, he would need a rest period of one post due to the buildup fatigue. High profile actions include extensive combat, and a lot of top speed running.
—Weakness Name: Paranoid —Description: Julie is overly cautious and has these small quirks that make him a little jumpy. People being behind him, things that he cant see, They always throw him into a small state of disarray if there is lacking information that he doesn’t possess involving a specific situation, and then he would start to obsess over it.
—Weakness Name: Detached —Description: Julie is often shown to have attachment problems. He is unable to have that connection with another person simply because of the life he lives, the military garuantees short lives.
—Weakness Name: not that Strong —Description: Julie's punches hurt because he knows where to hit you. But it doesnt nessarily say that his punches pack some abnormal strength behing it. His entire physcial structure is based off of a track star, giving him endurance and agility, but leaves him with no strength training whatsoever. Julie is limited to the strength of a normal human being, with no exceptional quality behind it. Having a tree fall on him and being able to lift it off him would be near impossible if he cant squeeze himself out.
—Weakness Name: Superficial —Description:
Julie values his body in high regard, and often uses it as his own form of intimidation. You might even say that he cares too much about what's on the outside, rather than the inside. As intelligent as Julie can be, sometimes he can tend to lower his comprehension of things and have it more targeted to the more apparent or obvious factors.
Soul Bound Weapon: (This is the weapon you'll be able to summon to your hand while in combat. This weapon is special for your character specifically and allows you to fight Demons without the need of summoning your own. This can be anything but a Gun (Or gun related weapon)) unless stated otherwise.

Weapon Name: All purpose K Bar Weapon Description: Its basically a millitary knife with a metal wire, which he uses as an offensive weapon, or a grappling hook. In addition to the wire, it also has a carabiner attached to the end, which allows the wire to anchor to any object that it wraps around. Weapon Image:

The Background
History: Sakamoto Julietta was born in a foriegn land. His father was Kael Julietta, and was in charge of a travelling circus called “Kael’s Circus” IT was secret an underground smuggling operation, composed of the best thieves and gangsters that served double as street performers with a professional background. Sakamoto was one of them, having the great ability of keeping his balance while running on a thin rope and running through other things as he performed the “obstacle course of death”. On other occasions, he would perform robberies with the other carnival people under his dads orders and steal from wealthy individuals. Being taught by an ex Russian operative named “Big Bear” , who served as the carnivals strongest man, he was also skilled in combat , taking down guards twice his size. Eventually he grew tired of the same routine and thought that there was more to his life than just the usual scores. He wanted to be apart of something greater, and thought that being a gun for hire would benefit himself more. He hardly keeps in contact with the people he was raised with, and seems a little detached about family, but he is always in search of a place he can truly call his own.
After migrating to the The Tokonosu Region, he had hoped to start a new life working for the millitary while going through his studies as well. Things seemed to be looking up untill the lockdown occured, this also changed his outlook towards life. The necessary brutality that has the millitary ontop has caused them to perform offical background checks. Being related to a crime family and doing a few scores on your own could have him in trouble, he he didnt have the right connections to compose a fake identity as well. He is at the mercy of the military because of this, using his background as a form of blackmail and reason to arrest him.

Demon Background: Kaizer found his way to Julie's side as the assigned demon selection was announced. Kaizer felt drawn to Julie and has been cooperating with him ever since.

Weapon Name: .454 Casull Auto Weapon Description: The Casull is a classical semiautomatic handgun, based on pre WWII handgun designs by Colt, most notably Colt's popular handguns, the M1911 and the M1903. It is 10 inches in length (engraved on the slide), weighting approximately 6 kg unloaded and bears a six plus one shot magazine of the .454 Casull caliber that gave the gun its name.
The overall look of the Casull is simple and recognizable, but what draws the attention is the abnormally long barrel, used to control the heavy recoil during shooting.
