Here's the Current List of Available NPCs. Batch 1!


Igor's Stoic and Silent companion, Kristine acts as a guide for new persona users and other visitors to the Velvet Room, and handles the various side-quests you'll embark on during your journey. She also hands out Rescue Requests for when people are ready to Awaken. She's also the host of the Velvet Room Commodities this time around.


A Mysterious, wandering demon salesman who wanders around Paris. In addition to selling rare items and equipment, he also offers fortune-telling for those who give him some coin. Calm and Collected, he's one of the very, very few friendly demons you'll find in the Paris Desolation. While he does prefer to keep to himself, he won't refuse company, and he has plenty of wisdom to share.


Sonia LeBeau is the coined leader of the survivors from Vault Olympia. A reluctant, but ultimately strong leader, Sonia is determined to free France from the Demonic Occupation, and lead her people into a new age of prosperity. Her journey is a long and tough one, but with her Persona, Titan, and guided by visions of a White Tree, Sonia is ready and willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of her people.



Hugo is Sonia's younger brother, and the two have been sticking together through thick and thin. Since their father went missing outside the Vault, he's been looking to Sonia for guidance, and is reasonably lost in all this. He'd rather stay within the safety of the vault, but he cannot say no to the only family he has left.



One of the few surviving Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapons on the outside, Abzu's Plume of Dusk fractured after the fall, dooming her to live a life forever without a Persona. She's advocating for the use of Umbral Energy to survive, even though this new source of power is incredibly corruptive and dangerous. Abzu firmly believes that it is just another tool to be used, much like that of a Persona, True Self or Shadow Weapon, and insists on its qualities to do good, in the right hands. Abzu acts as your mentor in the use of these Umbral Skills, and it's from her you'll pick up new abilites to slot in.


Ever the lone wolf, Zacharie is one of the enslaved survivors on the surface, kept under the watchful eye of Demifiend Oryx. He's currently being used as a weapon against what remains of Mankind, armed with a sharp blade, ready to bring more slaves in from any stragglers leaving the hidden vaults. He does hold a strong grudge against Oryx for obvious reasons, and yearns for freedom, but for the sake of his own life, he stays obedient.

NPC Batch 2!


After a Demon assault on his home Vault of Lemuria, Rosario Galeas lost most of his family, along with his own home, like so many of his other, fellow Vagrants. After the loss of his family, Rosario has taken on a leadership role amongst the last remaining survivors of the Attack, and has against all odds established a safe haven within the Old Hotel Verlaine in the Napolean Highrise. After a lot of tinkering, they managed to get both the radiators and lighting working again, thanks to booting up an old, reserve generator. They live there on borrowed time however, and Rosario needs to find a way out.


Vault Olympia's very own bundle of energy and caffeine, Elenore is a very enthusiastic and bubbly security guard. Even at a first glace, one can easily tell she loves her job, as it makes her feel both imporant, wanted and appreciated. While she can be a bit overbearing for some, she's a genuine sweetheart who just want to do some good in this otherwise bleak world.


Ever since the disappearance of her husband, Colette has been struggling with raising both her children on her own. She tries her best to be accomodating and act out her role as mother, but with her duties needed elsewhere, she's torn in all kinds of directions, leaving her mentally stressed out and so fatigued that she barely has time to grieve. She has to stay strong for her two teenage kids, but feels like she's failed them.

Batch 3!


One of Oryx's Slaves, Bryn used to be the man in charge of Vault Lemuira since his father's own passing. He's held this position of power for nearly thirty years, of course he finds himself proud of the community he had cultivated inside the Vault. He liked the power he had... Perhaps a bit too much. Bryn was one of the very few suriviors from the attack on Vault Lemuria who didn't manage to escape. He feels left behind, feeling resentful towards Rosario, who left him behind in times of need... Who just abandons an old man, when there are demons right at your very doorstep?


Noemi is another Vagrant from Vault Lemuria. A troubled child who's always seemed to be a bit distant from everyone else. She fancies herself a poet, she used to be found sitting by her lonesome at the Cafeteria, writing her poems in silence. She never shared her work with anyone, claiming that "You just wouldn't understand it". Not exactly a people person, even though deep inside she craves company.


Vault Olympia's very own slick barkeep, Maksim is a rather fun loving and passionate individual who really loves his work. A Master Mixologist by trade, name any drink you know, and Maksim can most likely make you one. In this day and age, with what the world ending, his buissness is booming, and man, does he enjoy every second of it. Despite his rather aloof demeanour and appearance, the man often listens to the pains and qualms of any patrons who are drinking to forget. Part of why he likes his job so much is that he can help in ways others can't. That and mixing drinks is fun.

Batch 4!



Jasper's a Student at one of Vault Olympia's schools. Bright in terms of both mood and smarts, he's always strived to be the best version of himself, and tries to be a positive influence to those that surrounds him. Despite all this cheer and drive to push forward, when faced with strong adversity, he tends to chicken out, and later on dissapoint not only his parents, but himself as well. It's a vicious cycle that he's trying to break, so far with little success.


Another Vagrant who was forced to flee from Vault Lemuria, Armando Jiron is Rosario's best and closest friend. After the demise of Rosario's family, Armando has been a solid rock to lean on over the past few months, which has only served to strengthen their friendship. During the Attack, Armando's Persona, Hayk, awakened from its long slumber in order to protect both Armando and his friend, and the duo have done everything in their might to protect not only Rosario, but the rest of the survivors from any threat.


Kate Wells is the owner of a Coffee shop in Vault Olympia. A rather innocent-looking woman at first glance, Kate loves to eavesdrop on her customers in order to learn the latest gossip, and of course other people's personal problems, but never shares any of her own plights to anyone else. She does her best to wear a smile on her face every day, despite everything that's going on behind closed doors. Surely, she's a two-faced woman through and through, but there has to be some good in her, right?

A well-trained and ferocious hunter living in the Bellows, together with a small band of survivors, Zoé provides the group with food and protection from the beasts dwelling within the fog-ridden woods of the Rive Gauche Menagerie. She prefers to hunt on her own, being a woman of few words. She has a strong connection to the Menagerie, for reasons she'd rather not disclose to just anyone.


One of Demeter's various forgotten experiments, Les Matthews sits among the Loyalists under the watchful eyes of his superior "Cyril". Having to stay loyal just to ensure his survival, the young brit's been working with Cyril as a sort of recruiter, talking with the newly forged Experiments to join the "winning side". Les reluctantly agreed to this arrangement to save his own life, but now he's starting to question whether what he's doing is truly just. With his trusty blade Shaiga at his side, Les treads a thin line between good and evil, as he struggles to find where his own morals lie
