Place of Residence: The Velvet Room, Collective Unconscious. A formless demiplane that exists in quasi-limbo only taking form when a particular person makes contact, forcing upon it an established appearance which varies from guest to guest, sometimes an elevator, sometimes a limousine, sometimes a prison, but always a softly lit, deep velvety blue with calming piano music.

Appearance: A tall, lean stature, Sebastian stands about six foot tall with a modest build. Defining the classic description of unnaturally handsome, with perfectly symmetrical features and an enigmatic air of otherworldly calm and poise.

I am currently struggling to properly articulate Sebastian's appearance so I shall use a substitute to give a rough generalization of what he looks like, though I will also list the differences from the above reference.

Sebastian's eyes are a pale gold colour and not pale blue.
Sebastian's outfit is similar to the pictured, but his blouse is a deep blue shade, not gray.
The sleeves are wrist length and he wears black gloves on his hands.
The tie he wears is pale blue.
The suit vest he wears is black with two of the same circular "eye" motif as other attendants have.

Personality: Sebastian is a mature and stoic gentleman, unerringly polite and always with a measured, deferral, cordial tone. Sebastian is also a very, very, very patient person, never really showing aggression, anxiety, fear or anger, instead he seems to be confused or curious about things that normally would be dangerous, abnormal, perfectly normal or mundane. Sebastian has an odd mannerism where he will call anyone he's talking to as "Favored Guest" as opposed to their proper name. He also seems to be suffering from a mild case of Depression ever since he was found, muttering under his breath about how he, and by extension, the Velvet Room had failed in their mission.

The Potential

Racial Bonus: Coming in all shapes and sizes, Aliens tend to have specific abilities or boons relating to their biologies. This can be anything from better eyesight to stuff like telekinesis or telepathy. Generally, these abilities are separate from the Potential as they stem from the Aliens' biology. However, if the Alien species' biology is somehow directly connected to the Potential...
As such, the bonus granted to Alien characters is the following:

[Alien characters gain an additional Strength associated with them that doesn't require a Weakness connected to it. As such, they start off with one Strength more than they have Weaknesses.]

This Alien Strength will be graded case-by-case, so do have fun when making these~

—Alien Strength Name: Tome of Shadows and Souls
—Description: Sebastian always carries around a large hard covered tome with intricate engravings and embossing. He claims this is a "Persona Compendium" and claims to be able to record Persona within it's pages.
(1.) Sebastian is the only one who can make use of these Plugs.
2.) He can record any Plug owned by a Player Character that he has a Social Link with and that has given him permission to do so.
3.) He can summon new Plugs during Dungeon Traversal as well. However, regular Module Capacity and Module Rating rules apply to Loading them.
4.) The price to summon these Plugs should be 1.5x the price of buying Plugs of their respective Rating *. This means 7500 for 1*, 15,000 for 2*, 22,500 for 3*, 45,000 for 4* and 75,000 for 5*.
5.) The current state of the Plug is taken into consideration when replicating it. For example, if a Plug he registered has an upgraded or replaced skill, it will be reflected.
6.) Replicated Plugs have half the stats of the registered Plug to streamline the process.
7.) Replicated Plugs are summoned on the Level and with skills they were registered with. They don't gain new ranks and cannot level up or otherwise change though.
8.) A Replicated Plug can be replaced with an updated version of it for half the price.
9.) Replicated Plugs can use their Special Abilities but only in their weakest form, for example Tier 3 Fusion Attack for Order Plugs.)

Revolver - Single Shot - Accuracy is increased by 20%. Consumes only one type of ammo per use. Can shoot only one enemy at a time.

History: As far back as Sebastian can remember he has always been apart of the Velvet room and it's mission to help humans overcome the shadows of their hearts, and prevent the destruction of the world over all... Something Sebastian has been hit hard by ever since he managed to breach the barrier between the Conscious world and the Collective Unconscious.

As one of the older residents of the Velvet Room, Sebastian generally was the one who kept watch over the younger members and was also one of several who trained the youngers on how to properly use the tools afforded to them by their masters.

However, at some point the door between the Conscious and the Unconscious mysteriously vanished and the connection with their patron, Lord Philemon, through Master Igor, similarly disappeared. It was eventually decided by consensus that as the most senior member Sebastian would venture to the Conscious World to investigate. After an undetermined amount of potential time, since true time doesn't exist on a quasi-demi-plane, a ritual was constructed that would allow for one resident to pierce the wall through a one way gate.

(If people allow him to, Sebastian can take their plugs and "register" them in his compendium, which allows him to resummon the item if so desired... For an exurbanite price. The plug is also reverted to Level 1 if summoned from the Book. Sebastian cannot register or resummon any of his plugs through this method)
