Appearance: A large imposing man he has six arms, and a tentacle beard/mustache completely bald though other wise, his skin is a Magenta color and he has dark blue eyes with Green Sclera. He stands a rather towering 6'8" tall and his all muscles arms are quite dangerous if he decides to put them to use in a fight, His species has more strength then a normal person,his species also have no bones in their arms so they are all simply muscle.

His build is one that makes him look quite formidable, Not overly muscled but toned and well looked after, though if he flexed he would definitely show more muscle. Despite his age he doesn't seem to have any wrinkles or anything that would physically give away his age to others, looking to be around his late thirties rather then the late forties that he actually is.

He is a very still man, standing sometimes perfectly still like a statue when thinking, except for some small movements in his beard. On Top of this he always holds himself with an Air of Authority commanding the attention and the ear of most people around him.

Octavius Tends to always wear his "DJ Octavio" Outfit which he had fitted and remodeled as true armor, including his helm and armored Faulds, Underneath he wears something akin to a Kimono top though with six sleeves for his arms, the long sleeves of which poke out from under the armor. The helm, as is tradition in his family, has an Motif designed to look like a mass of tentacles with a start pattern on it. as foot wear he tends to wear simple Wooden sandals, as well as cloth leggings wrapped at the mid shin to keep them from flapping about to much.

From his life as a pirate Octavius actually has a few battle scars, two on his forearm of his left front arm in a cross pattern, one on his right hip, and a large scar on his torso.

Personality:

Despite what his sordid past was Octavio is a rather Jovial fellow these days, always ready with some advice or to help people, his becoming a father has mellowed him quite a great deal and changed his outlook on life. though he looks scary and intimidating he is quite easy to get along with. Though his body does show that he once lived quite a harsh life indeed He seems happy enough to simply play music or listen to his Daughter preform for her own slowly growing audience.

He loves the family Tradition, So much so that he even carried it with him on his own path through life, Holding it with great esteem, and once he learned of his soon to be first born he calmed and mellowed to be there for her as she grew.

His Daughter Maruki Means the world to him and he would do anything to ensure her safety. Even if it meant picking up his weapon once more to defend her, something he was forced to do with the situation that has occurred.

When it comes to the younger people around him he tends to try to be a role model of sorts, He firmly believes that the Older Generation should lead and protect the Younger so they can learn and grow and become more then their elders were.

The Potential

This can be anything from better eyesight to stuff like telekinesis or telepathy. Generally, these abilities are separate from the Potential as they stem from the Aliens' biology. —Description: As his race is born with multiple limbs they are quite skilled with their use and manipulation, This allows him to make two actions on his turn in combat the actions must be different

—Description: Due to his time playing Music and how much it's featured in his families past, Octavius has a massive affinity with Sonic energies, When hit by Sound element Attacks he gains a 15% boost to Defence for 3 turns

—Description: From a long time of fighting and conflict Octavius knows how to hit so it hurts, all Strike attacks/skills deal 15% more damage.

—Strength Name: Wasabi/Ink Coating
—Description: Octavius doesn't fight fair covering his weapons with a mixture of his ink and Wasabi, all physical Strike attacks/skills have a 20% chance to deal ether Searing Burn, Panic, or Blind (roll to determine at time of attack)

—Strength Name: My body as a shield
—Description: Due to his more fatherly nature, Octavius doesn't like seeing young people get hurt, throwing himself to their defence when he can, allowing him to take an AoE hit for multiple people (taking damage from each hit) can only block one AoE a turn can not take anymore hits on the same turn

—Description: When Taking a hit for another Octavius reduces the Damage by 25%

The Background

History:

Octavius Octarius Octamus Takoyaki, Grew up on a planet known as Aquaria, in the "Octarian Conclave", called that due to the high number of Aquarian subspecies known as Octarians that lived there, it was also where the first "DJ Octavio" was born and started his Career, and so it has also become more of a traditional homestead for the family. Growing up he was raised learning of the Name and tradition of the family, his father being the "DJ Octavio" before him and handing it down to him as he himself took up the family instrument and learned to play it with a great deal of skill.

Sadly Due to a misunderstanding Octavius' father was taken from him arrested and executed by the Empire since he "matched the description of the Criminal they were looking for", unknowing to Octavius that the Empire officals in question were quite corrupt and where actually payed off by a rival of his fathers'. This experience turned Octavius against the Empire and the world in general and so he carried his Fathers name, his Families Tradition, to the Void as a pirate. Plying the Trade ways and planets for plunder and attacking the Empire where ever he could. Later in his Career he would meet his future wife, a title she called herself, Marika, Doplin woman that had, unknowingly to Octavius, been living in the same area as him when they were growing up, and had simply followed him once he left.

She joined his Crew at the time, and it was through her that he learned of the treachery that had taken his father from him, the corruption of the Empire officials of his home World, and the Man that had done so to simply get rid of a rival. in a red eyed path for revenge he made his way to Aquaria once more, but the Years it took to arrive brought with it another surprise as his new companion and now wife had informed him that she was actually pregnant. Realizing what this meant for the family Tradition, a thing his own father held in high regard, he turned to a lieutenant in the Empire, an old friend of his from childhood on Aquaria.

The two worked out a plan to expose the corruption and if not restore Octavius' family name then remove it from record for the safety of him and his new family, Working with Lieutenant Cuttlefish, Octavius Ferreted out the man responsible for his fathers murder, discovering he had actually risen through the ranks of the underworld on Aquaria, getting admission to see him under the guise of a partnership he used his reputation as a pirate and a hater of the Empire to gather the needed information, and with that he Through his friend Cuttlefish exposed the ranks of the Empire Officials on Aquaria to Their Higher ups, explaining that it had been their plan all along to expose the corruption.

Sadly This still left the matter of the accrued bounty on Octavius' head and a deal was made, Octavius would be stricken from public record however he would also be banished from Empire space for his crimes, rather then given a death or imprisonment punishment. his contacts with other pirates made the beginning quite easy for him as it meant he could find safe port and acquire some means of making even a small living in the employ of others for a time.

After a few long years, he came to Libertaria, and he settled down to raise his family it was going to be hard, but due to his banishment from Empire space this was the only option he could see, by this time Cuttlefish had risen to captain and the two parted ways as Octavius leaving his other family to keep the main holdings of their family name in Octarian Conclave.

Once his first child Maruki was born he sadly lost his wife in child birth, so he devoted himself to caring for her and teaching her of the family history and traditions, being the one with the Name of "DJ Octavio" Passing down the name was a duty left only to him, and so he planned to pass it down to his daughter, the name now clean of his wrongdoings He now works to teach her as his father had meant to do for him before he was taken from him, A swelling of pride in his chest as he sees his daughter take to the stage and preform her shows for people with the family Name restored to a proper Entertainers role, or at least he hopes that is where it will lead...for now lifting the moral of the others on Libertaria seems the best they will do, having kept the name for now till his Daughter can inherit it.
