Lv 1-3 FC: Lv 4 FC: Persona Background: Jinguu-Tenno was a Japanese empress who expanded the land under the pretense of revenge and fighting the rebels, she now dons the garbs of one who upholds the law and will not stand to see chaos ravage the streets of her city. She is an exemplary student of war and method, calm and calculated, but ferocious when necessary. Arcana Boosts: +25% boost to Mutated Elements Reflects: Slash Blocks: Ice Weak: Pierce Skill 1: Tsurinai Iaido Special - Time Alter | Increases Jinguu’s speed by 50% and Attack by 30% for 3 turns. While in effect and for two turns afterwards, Jinguu cannot have any other buffs on her. Canceled by using Form 3. | Tier 3 | 25 SP (Unlocked immediately; Gain 24 HP and SP, 8 in all other stats, 8 to distribute)
Skill 2: Majoulega | Deals moderate Energy (mutated Fire) damage to all enemies. | 12 SP | Tier 2 (Unlocked immediately; Gain 24 HP and SP, 9 in all other stats, 9 to distribute)
Skill 3: Dominion Strike | Deals heavy Dex Slash damage to a single target. | 16% HP | Tier 3 (Unlocked immediately; Gain 24 HP and SP, 9 in all other stats, 9 to distribute)
Skill 4: Tsurinai Iaido Form 1 - Snap-Pivot | Increases Jinguu’s Critical Hit Rate and Dodge Chance by 30% for 1 turn. | 25 SP | Tier 3 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the Plug to Level 2; Gain 25 HP and SP, 10 in all other stats, 10 to distribute, 2 to Dex, 1 to Pmstr)
Skill 5: Energy Boost | Increases Energy-based damage by 30% | Passive | Tier 2 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the Plug to Level 2; Must have used this Persona Plug an additional 15 times in PvS combat or suffered the backlash from its Blind Law; Gain 25 HP and SP, 10 in all other stats, 10 to distribute, 2 to Dex, 1 to Pmstr)
Skill 6: Dekaja | Remove stat increase from all enemies. | 15 SP | Tier 2 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the Plug to Level 2; Must have used this Persona Plug an additional 20 times in PvS combat or suffered the backlash from its Blind Law one more time; Gain 25 HP and SP, 10 in all other stats, 10 to distribute, 2 to Ppstr, 1 to Pmstr)
Skill 7: Tsurinai Iaido Form 2 - Charging Time Break | Reduces damage dealt to Jinguu by 35% for two turns. Stops Jinguu from acting for two turns. After two turns, deals Energy damage equal to 3x damage dealt to Jinguu during this skill’s duration to all enemies. | 25 SP | Tier 3 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the Plug to Level 3; Gain 26 HP and SP, 11 in all other stats, 11 to distribute, 3 to Dex, 1 to Pmstr)
Skill 8: Tsurinai Iaido Form 3 - Calm Mind | Clears all buffs and debuffs from Jinguu. | 12 SP | Tier 2 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the Plug to Level 3; Must have used this Persona Plug an additional 25 times in PvS combat or suffered the backlash from its Blind Law one more time; Gain 26 HP and SP, 11 in all other stats, 11 to distribute, 3 to Dex, 1 to Pmstr)
Skill 9: Physical Boon | Increases the power and crit rate of Physical-based skills and Soulbound attacks by 10% | Passive | Tier 4 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the Plug to Level 4; Gain 27 HP and SP, 12 in all other stats, 12 to distribute, 4 to Dex, 1 to Pmstr)
Skill 10: Overload Time Break | Can only be used when Blind Law is in effect. Deals massive (Tier 4) Energy damage to a single target, double if they were guarding (ignores guarding damage reduction). Only usable once per Blind Law. | 150 SP, 50% HP | Tier 5 (This skill is unlocked by upgrading the Plug to Level 4; Gain 27 HP and SP, 12 in all other stats, 12 to distribute, 4 to Dex, 1 to Pmstr)Special Ability:Special Ability Name: Blind Law: Tier 3 Burst Description: A Persona of twin nature, not fully categorizable as an Order or Chaos Plug, Jinguu’s own power of the Blind Law manifests as her Special Ability, combined with the Tier 3 Fusion Attack. A special attack unique to you when wielding this Order Persona Plug. When using this, your Order Persona Plug’s limiters are unleashed, gifting you with the capability of performing a powerful attack. The attack does Tier 3 amount of damage. Before using this attack, doubles user’s stats except HP, SP, PEnd and MEnd for 3 turns, but reduces their PEnd and MEnd by a flat 50% permanently until the Plug is recalibrated (for example, using a Module Terminal). This flat reduction can stack infinitely. This Special Ability has a cooldown of 7 turns. [This Ability evolves into Blind Law: Tier 4 Burst upon reaching Level 3 with the Plug].
