Appearance: Tamsin is a little tall for her age at 5'6", and weighs 113 lbs. She has a round, childish face that seems offset by the serious expression she usually wears. Her shoulder-length blond hair she usually keeps up, and often wears an old worn out ball cap.

Tamsin's Alt appearance resembles a roguish matador or perhaps something that resembles a conductor, considering her Persona. It is brightly colored, but still with prevailing dark hues. Her mask is a tight black bandana that covers her nose and mouth. In this form she also has a pair of Goggles which fit over her eyes.

Personality:
Tamsin is a Gentle soul. Or was, at one time. Like most, the Divide tore her world apart and she will never forgive those responsible, if she ever finds out how to retaliate.

Tamsin is the type of person to take matters into her own hands. When presented with a problem, she looks at it from every angle to see the best and most efficient way to solve it.

Tamsin can be arrogant, but usually only in things where she is certain of her own skill through practice. Having been raised into adolescence in an orphanage, she has taken on a "big sister role" to many of the children there, and though young herself, is often seen working about the place doing cleaning or maintenance as needed.

Tamsin defines herself as, and strives to be, a proper and upstanding citizen, and as such, struggles immensely with her Psyche Terrorist existance. She knows that by using her skill she is breaking the law, but at the same time...bu Using it she can finally fight back against the demons who took her family from her.

The Background

History:
Tamsin grew up in Endymion before the fall. She had a happy family. Her father was an engineer, and the basement was a maze of toy trains and little model cities that she, her father, and her brother had built.

She used to spend hours at a time down there playing with the trains and watching them go. She was in the basement when the the Divide hit. A wave of destructive force, that she could not have known the source of, tore the upper layers of her house apart in an instant. Her mother and father died instantly. Her brother died in her arms as she went searching through the wreckage afterward.

When things finally settled down under the Rule of Queen Isla, and Tamsin ended up at the Orphanage, it took her a long time to open up or talk to anyone.

At length, an older boy named Isaac, who would let no one sit outside the group without a friend, taught her that one could still smile, even alone.

That same boy would grow up to teach her to fight. Lots of the boys and girls wanted to learn how to fight - but they were all playing. Tamsin wanted to join the Cadets one day. Even as Isaac told her she should leave that stuff to the professionals, and only use her own martial arts in self defence. She'd show him one day when semhe showed up at the school and joined up with the Cadets. She'd show him, alright.

Character app is fine but you'll need to list the range of the blades on your Soulbound, if it was just guantlets we can just assume "fist length".

Also something I want to bring up in the Weakness department. Glass Cannon is a pretty crippling Weakness, if you get crit once you're basically guaranteed to get chain-crit for the rest of the fight until something takes you out. This is the kind of Weakness that can lose fights, so be sure you know what you're asking for.
