Welcome to Persona :: New Arcana! A Persona RPG site!
Welcome to New Arcana!
Welcome, Welcome! You've probably guessed by now, but this is a text-based Persona RPG site for Atlus fans, by Atlus fans. If you're new to Shin Megami Tensei, this place can still be for you, so no need to dash towards the doors! Your first stop should be the introduction board so we can introduce ourselves. Then right after that, feel free to go through our vital information to get a good feel of the site. We hope you enjoy your stay, and if you have any questions don't hesitate to post them here. Ciao!
Shin Megami Tensei and Persona belong to ATLUS. We own nothing, and have simply used their data to create a world of our own. They are the true geniuses behind the scenes.
Empress Arcana: +15% to healing skills. Rearguard: The team at the backlines. In this formation, you'd usually want to put your support oriented members. Support skills (tactical skills, healing, buffs and debuffs) receive a 5% boost in terms of potency (if they refer to percents in how they work.) and your SP and Luck will be raised by 40%. However, in the Rearguard your attack stats will be lowered by 50%.
Strength: Parental Instinct - +15% bonus to Healing. Strength: Evacuation Orgia (Inhuman) - During Orgia Mode, if not attacking, Rui can move extremely quickly while carrying a very heavy weight, even briefly flying.
Weakness: LEED Certified Batteries - +15% to all electric damage taken. Weakness: Glitchy Recovery (Inhuman) - During the three turns after recovering from Orgia mode, suffer a 15% penalty to dexterity.
Matarunda | Lowers all enemies' Attack by 30% for 3 turns. | 12 SP | Tier 3
Virus Breath | Inflicts damage equal to 25% of the target's current HP with a 25% chance of inflicting Poison. | 40 SP | Tier 3 -- Susan Miss if 1 to 3.
I forgot to mention Susan was in Mainline at the start of the fight even if her passives said Rearguard. I still gave her the Mainline stats and didn't get any benefit from Rearguard.
An overflowing wave of ichor flooded the battlefield and she could feel her strength leaving her. The opponent resisted her beams of light, as a luminescent creature she should have expected that. But now she find herself coughing on the prismatic gas, wheezing, struggling to draw breath. "A-hack ack ack ahuuu-u-u-u-h....!" Her struggle to breath was cut short by the tight bandages weaving around her throat, strangling her, preventing her from taking in any more toxins. Her lungs spasmed emptily as a voice entered her mind and washed it clean like warm water over a chalkboard.
Perform.
Her face became red as her hands struggled against yet more binding preventing her from clawing at her throat, to getting that much needed oxygen but the moment would pass and she would breath deeply and slowly. Calmly. And Susan crossed her heart again.
Make a coordinated assault. Officer Jackie, prepare to strike it down with fervor and enable us to swarm it. We will not fight with honor, we will fight to win.
Maria uses Pin for 109 Pierce damage against Yurlungur.

Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. Damage Correction Notice:
7 + 42 + 55 + 69 = 173 x 3 = 519 x 2 = 1038
Alternatively if Maria's dex also factors in:
7 + 42 + 55 + 69 + 80 = 253 x 3 = 759 x 2 = 1518
Rui's calcs did not factor in Oracle's Blessing or buffs/debuffs. These calcs do not factor in the latter either as the guidelines have no description on how those affect it, what order to go about applying them in, etc. They are simply the normal stats and process for it with the doubling from Oracle's Blessing.
Vile Assault | Inflicts a large amount of Pierce damage to one enemy with even greater power (50%) if the target is knocked "Down" or recovering. | 18% HP | Tier 3 -- 160 Pierce Damage to Dogzami. Miss if 1.
Yeah, Maria's dex is included to AoA. Also for multi-hit attacks, if one of the previous hits manages to down the enemy, the remaining hits automatically hit. So the rest of the Kill Rush hits Yurlungur.
