Shin Megami Tensei and Persona belong to ATLUS. We own nothing, and have simply used their data to create a world of our own. They are the true geniuses behind the scenes.
Empress Arcana: +15% to healing skills. Rearguard: The team at the backlines. In this formation, you'd usually want to put your support oriented members. Support skills (tactical skills, healing, buffs and debuffs) receive a 5% boost in terms of potency (if they refer to percents in how they work.) and your SP and Luck will be raised by 40%. However, in the Rearguard your attack stats will be lowered by 50%.
Strength: Parental Instinct - +15% bonus to Healing. Strength: Evacuation Orgia (Inhuman) - During Orgia Mode, if not attacking, Rui can move extremely quickly while carrying a very heavy weight, even briefly flying.
Weakness: LEED Certified Batteries - +15% to all electric damage taken. Weakness: Glitchy Recovery (Inhuman) - During the three turns after recovering from Orgia mode, suffer a 15% penalty to dexterity.
Susan quickly ducked out of the way of the knight's sword as she took stock of his swings, predicting where the slowed, lumbering giant would attempt to cleave her. She was nearly cut across the head, but she was not afraid. Susan was still in control.
"Get off of me!"
Seshat appeared between the two of them and launched more trails of radiance toward the knight's helm in order to stagger it, as it did so the short woman hopped backward to gain some distance. Azami was down, just as she had warned of in an earlier fight. It did not matter how tough anyone was, no one was untouchable. This is why she took every fight with the utmost seriousness. She would nearly attempt to use her newfound power... but it could not happen in time. And the art of leadership came from intelligent delegation of responsibilities. "Terui, take care of Azami!"

Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

The longer the fight went on the more apparent the fervor. Cadets were fierce when they were backed into a corner, she was no exception at times. Fierce and reckless and cocky and haphazard. Did it get results? Yes, yes it did, but at the cost of strategy. There was a time for being reckless and a time for being careful. Susan would naturally err on the side of caution. Aggressive but with a plan. And Susan had a plan indeed. "Seshat, Ramah 'aldaw! ...don't get too careless, remain on guard. We need to fight smartly. I have a strategy in mind. Officer Jackie..."

Not effected by his 'Don't waste bullets!' strength, or 'Weapon jam?!' weakness.

The short woman was ready to initiate her plan. Just as the Knight attacked Susan would throw her body in front of Azami to take the brunt of the strike. What Susan wanted to do relied on mental energy, she did not need to be in a physically sound stance before making her move. Azami did. She stumbled a bit but ethereal bandages caught her and held her upright. Seshat began to fill with life, and with a flash of her eyes her comrades could see all possibilities of their next actions. As long as they put in the right amount of effort and acted at the time they knew to, their attacks could not be shrugged off. "Engage the larger one with your full capabilities. Terui, remain on standby for medical assistance in case of failure. I cannot account for its ability to parry attacks, it is doing so on reaction."
Maria makes a Dex attack against Dark Knight for 80 Pierce damage.
