Summoning Device: A prototype glove-less gauntlet is under her left sleeve, and she pulls that side of whatever clothing she is wearing above it when in use. It is silver in color, and being a simple prototype model, on it, a touch screen containing only four buttons that give an indication when containing a demon, her Initial Demon taking one of them. Touching the button will summon the demon in that respective space, and touching it again will return it to the gauntlet.
Appearance: Standing at 5'9" and a weight of 147 lb. and pale eyes with hair down to her lower back. Irina also is relatively slim without being scrawny, and usually sports a neutral expression.
Personality: Being what you may call a bit of a contemporary cynic, Irina Staatsrat is generally a sarcastic, secretive person. Comedy is usually the spice of her life, and will make jokes quite often to either ease tension, or to possibly heighten her own mood. As such, that is perhaps the only time she is seen in a good mood, where other times, she ends up looking very neutral, no matter how good nor bad the situation is, as getting angry in a bad situation messes her chance of solving the issue, ad being ecstatic in a happy situation would cause people to forget the possibility of something going wrong. But on the other hand, she is not pessimistic. There is good to her, but only she will be the judge of what is good to her. Assuming that, when others that she does not trust suggest something, she will be wary of it almost immediately.
With the ones she cares for, or are closely involved with, she tends to be, actually a bit stiff around them, trying to keep up what is to their standards, at the same time, trying to help herself. In reality, she is not heartless, but she is very inexpressive, and usually, in any situation, happy or sad, will not have an expression, and keep her thoughts to herself. She is essentially an introvert, and while not being shy, perfectly capable of being blunt, in a social environment, she will keep to herself unless something comes up that she wants to talk on.

—Description: Perhaps of her cynicism, or her distrust in others, she does see herself a bit a step above others. Much more so her enemies in combat, either that, or in order to throw them off, she will taunt them, in order to anger them and throw them off balance, in order to give her a tactical advantage in battle. (+15% chance to inflict Rage when using Provoke, though has to be taunting in battle for the Strength to work.)

—Description: Learning with Sai's for much of her time in training, she can use them quite efficiently in combat, or other small dagger-like weapons similar to Sais if need be.
—Strength Name: Body of Steel
—Description: Enduring the elements in her journey to recruit Ala, she can take a lot more than a cut or bruise, and will shrug off pain reasonably well, that is, assuming it is not too extreme.
—Strength Name: Toned Ears
—Description: She has spent time to learn, and now has very sensitive hearing. She can hear quite well from afar, and can pick up some of the faintest of sounds.
—Strength Name: Quickdraw
—Description: Being a quick fighter and excelling at knife and sai-based combat, she is able to to attack more than once in a turn, once for each weapon.

—Weakness Name: Those Who Run Fight Another Day
—Description: She is a coward, and despite her sense of neutrality, and dealing with things in stride, she knows when a loss is a loss. If she gets the first inclination that the battle is not going well for her specifically, she will attempt to flee, unless saved, or convinced otherwise by a teammate. Depending on the situation, she may try to convince whatever allies she may have to join her in the retreat.

—Description: She is quite tight-fisted. In fact, very greedy. Should she ever come across money apart from battle, she will be the first running to it. Once more, if she ends up being the first to it, she will pocket most of it for herself. She certainly will share with her allies, if only to not lose them for combat, but she certainly will not split it with them if she can help it, which could in fact lead to possible conflicts with allies, if they have an issue, but hey, it's money right?
—Weakness Name: Antisocial
—Description: Being one who thinks to herself more often than not, she will not voice her actions, plans, etc. around people she does not know, much less in a group. In a group more than a few, she will stay silent, thinking for herself, whether going along with the plan or not, she will do her own thing, preferring not to reveal it to a bunch of outsiders.
—Weakness Name: Stubborn
—Description: She does not like taking orders, nor does she like being told her way is not a very good way. If someone were to tell her a strategy would not work, or her attack is not a great idea, or she should use something different, she will do it again immediately, just to spite them, and to prove her own semblance of a point.
—Weakness Name: Wimp
—Description: It is easy to rattle her and she will get frightened easily. She has a higher chance of panicking and will turn to a state of terror at an easier rate. (+15% chance to inflict the Fear status on her)

Weapon Description: A pair of sai blades that she wields in her hands after summoning any demons she may need. The hilts come to about a third, give or take of the rest of the whole weapon. The blade itself, reaches to the end of her forearm to her elbow. The weapons can be wielded like normal swords, or inverted, or a combination of the two.

Demon Background: Ala is native to Bulgarian, Macedonian, or Serbian folklore. They are demons that exist in the sky or high in the mountains, and create thunderstorms and bad weather, and are prone to eat children, unless approached with respect and trust. She was the last Ala in the mountains at the top, and to prove herself to become a member of the Primordium Cult, Irina traversed to the top as part of a test, and approached the demon, able to address her with respect, and appealing to Ala's personality and eventually, after almost a full day of talking to her straight, Ala decided to join her on whatever journeys Irina may take.

Passive Boosts: 15% boost in lightning based skills
Faction Perk: Those of the Primodium Cult have the perk of communicating with demons and swaying them to help their cause much easier than those of the opposing factions.
