Appearance: Archibald's figure is a lean one yet well defined, built for dexterity and flexibility, he stands at 176cm tall. He posses a tan skin, his hair is of a shade of gray and of medium length reaching the base of his neck, it is mostly concealed by a red bandana and a black and gray cap, on his body he wears often a black coat with golden buttons and one single belt. On his bottom he wears a pair of torn jeans, and finally on his feet black boots.

Archibald:

Alternate Appearance: Once he becomes the Laughing Rogue, Archibald is covered from heads to toe in a jester outfit. The outfit is mostly red and gray with yellow details, the outfit contains patches across it's cloth. On top of his head there's cap with bells, they ring as he moves. On his face it's attached one of his many masks, hiding his true identity behind it.

The Laughing Rogue:

Personality: A carefree individual, he attempts to make the most out of life while dealing with things as they come. We will all die someday, no need to rush it after all. During social interactions he carries himself with a smile, and upbeat personality. He does not hesitate to make jokes when it feels appropriate to do so, be it slapstick or puns, as he is very passionate and dedicated to his arts and crafts. While not open about it, Archibald is disdainful of authority or similar figures, be it religious or political as they are "too serious" for his tastes. Additionally, he fancies himself as a trickster, plotting pranks or plots to cause annoyance or pain to his victims.

Storytelling is also another hobby of his, after the Eternal Divide happened he fears much of the past has or will be lost, he sees it as his goal and duty to collect and preserve the myths of old and the history of the human race. It's important to note that he is pragmatic, cheating is just as valid as any other tactic.

Once he becomes the Laughing Rogue, his jokes and trickster nature are cranked up to eleven and take a more malicious direction, some would say even psychotic. His mad laughter echoes as battles rage on and delivers one liners with sadistic glee as the enemies fall.

—Description: Nimble and quick in and out of combat, the Laughing Rogue will dance around the battle field, confounding his enemies. Thanks to his grace and swiftness, Archibald receives a 15% Boost in the Lk stat.

—Description: Archibald is first and foremost an entertainer, illusions, humor, acrobatics, string instruments. But perhaps the area he is most skilled at is acting, having a good range of voices and mannerisms, and at times being able to mimic people if he watches them for long enough.

—Strength Name:Concealed Weapon
—Description: The Laughing Rogue's Demon Weapon is a rather unorthodox one, it takes the shape of a set of theater masks that empower the owner, however the masks may be shapeshifted into daggers should the Jester choose to.

—Strength Name:Lovable Rogue
—Description:Archibald carries some sort of rascal charm, maybe it's his streetwise or his roguish ways, the young man posses his own social magnetism and a sharp and silver tongue. Charisma rises at double the rate.

—Description: Thievery is part of the trade, pick pocketing, lock picking, sleight of hand are all covered by the Laughing Rogue. His Understanding rises at double the rate.

—Description: The Laughing Rogue presents himself as brave and dedicated, that's his character. Archibald is in reality a self serving individual, he does not wish to risk himself very often. His Courage rises at half the rate.

—Description: Bah, who needs fancy cyber gadgets and hacking? Leave it to the brainy people, his heart belongs to thievery and the art. His intelligence rises at half the rate.

—Weakness Name: Reckless Stance
—Description: The Rogue dances around the battlefield with reckless abandon, trusting his agility will save him from the blows from enemies. His hubris gives an opportunity for the those smart enough to know how to strike. Dex based attacks deal 15% more damage.

—Description: The Masks are the tool of his trade, his Demon "Weapon". Yet noneffective for combat, unless they are in dagger form the masks are incapable of dealing damage or using skills and the Demon Weapon only remains in dagger form as long a he is holding it.

—Description: Grim situations are met with jokes and humor, not all companions appreciate such callous sense of humor. It's stressful even.

The Background

History:A family of artists and entertainers roam the world, they bring laughter and joy to the faces of those who are visited by them, everywhere they go the collect and codify stories, tales and the history from the places they have visited into one book. Though their blades are more than tools for dazzling displays of finesse, as they have tasted the crimson liquid of life more than once and have more than a few times.

In quiet secrecy of the night, the family had attempted many times to create the "ultimate entertainer", many failed attempts but at last one worked. Archibald, one of the newest member of the family, had been successfully bounded to a Demon. The boy was kept away from the darker side and only taught how to defend himself and how to be a successful entertainer.

The bloodline was to settle themselves in Endymion, yet the Eternal Divide happened. The only remnants were pages of their book, the Rogue join the bloodline's Dance without end?

As long as the Dagger can't use skills when shifted into a mask, I'm fine with it.
