Appearance:Mastar Reginald as you can clearly see is a red about 1.5FT Starfish who has a gapingly sharp mouth, often sporting a black tophat and a cane that is attached to him. He has no opposable thumbs to carry this cane with so often it is seen dangling from one of his limbs. The Starfish only sports about one good eye right in the center of his head and a black smoothly trimmed mustache right below it. His way of moving is rather flamboyant and top notch as if he is a established member of society. Reginald even sports a fancy monocle which many would wonder how he even puts it on.

Personality: Mastar Reginald is a simple starfish with a simple desire to live a quiet life, however he never did get the chance to live that quiet life. Mastar Reginald is a very eccentric and upbeat martial artist, who doesn't hesitate from a situation to get into a potential fight he will enjoy. This does not mean the starfish will outright attack people, but is more likely to attack people he considers would be a good match. At times he can be altrustic and will help those in need, and at other times he can indeed be a real pain in your ass. Despite the fact that he is a Ex marauding murdering starfish who participated in the assistance of slaughtering several people and destroying their city, Reginald can actually be a "decent person", as he tends to think beyond the bare concepts of killing and plundering unlike many of his kind.

Reginald is surprisingly a very diligent starian demon, as he emphasizes the ability to defend yourself in such a dangerous and unpredictable world being the most important thing you could never have. He has a strange habit of talking very fast and in a very happy mood regardless of the situation, maintaining a in control happy vibe that may cheer up those who are down or feeling hopeless around him. In a way it is Reginalds way of shining like a real "star" to others.

When greeting others Reginald can be very formal and pleasant, but in a moments notice he can change from that to very wild,eccentric and annoying. As due to his nature Reginald can be very unpredictable and hard to really get a read on. Acting like a gentleman in one moment with his hat and cane, and in the next moment coming at you like a violent starfish fidget spinner with a loud jabbering mouth and quite the attitude to boot. Overall Reginald is not a "bad" person, just one of those wild types.

However "bad" is a very subjective term depending on where you really come from, as Reginald is used to a life of looting and killing several living creatures, and you know what they say....

—Description:Reginald due to past experience is capable of shooting accurately just about anything that is a seed, pearl or a bullet even straight out of his mouth like a projectile. To add to that he is also rather proficient with unusual trick like shots with his mouth gun.

—Description:This guy doesn't just own a martial arts dojo for nothing you know. Due to being adept with martial arts Reginald can attack 2x with dex in PVS combat instead of 1, in PVP he is simply noticeably faster when he attacks with dexterity.

—Strength Name:The Weirdo
—Description:Due to Reginalds unusual mannerisms, physiology and behavior he gains a 15% boost to mutated skills in his arsenal.

—Strength Name:The Living StarBag
—Description:Reginald is capable of temporarily consuming items or objects inside of his body as a way of storing them, however he cannot obviously fit anything that is too big for his small body. In practice this is how he store bullets and to "reload" Reginald has to actually load the bullets up from inside of himself into his mouth.

—Description:Reginald comes from a literal species of demons that devour and eat people, as you can imagine he has quite some experience killing and eating others. Couple that with having to adapt to a very chaotic fish eats fish environment where you could die at any moment for several years and you get a pretty seasoned Starfish Killer.

—Description:Reginald due to his species capabilities is capable of floating about 4 meters off the ground at all times and can manually lower himself down between that range however he likes, being able to manuever in water as easily as he can on land. The starfish can also breath in air just as easily as he can breath water.

—Description:Because Reginald is a literal starfish, he is weaker when dealing with fire oriented attacks of any kind. As a result of this he takes 15% extra damage from fire based attacks.

—Description:Reginalds very martial art revolves around him being very fast, quick and rapid. However this in turn makes him more fragile than others when actually taking a hit, causing him to take an extra 15% damage from dexterity based attacks.

—Description:Reginald has a unusual habit of flipping his personality around at unexpected times or whenever he simply gets bored, causing his behavior to scare away most people that try to interact with him or mess up social interactions in general.

—Description:Reginald despite all of his capabilities is a very small creature who lacks any form of hands or ways of interacting with the world, while capable of fighting if someone were to say grab him this would put the starfish in quite a pickle.

The Background

History:All stories have their...Humble Beginnings.

Reginalds however had a rather chaotic beginning.

It all starts in the land of Murklock, a very scary place that was 75% Ocean, 15% Swamp and 10% city. The planet pretty much resembled a swamp, but was utterly sanitary and clean. Life outside of the cities was rather chaotic and violent, you had to be quite killer, strong, or quite smart to actually survive out there. This brings us to Reginald, a young Starian demon born to a MaStar and a PaStar. His parents were rather rabid serial killers, who preyed upon anything they could find as long as it was weaker than them... Reginald's species were a quite massive and quickly producing species of Starfish savages who simply attacked whatever they could manage to eat.

Reginald as he grew up adapted of course to the chaotic environment he had lived inside of with his family, anyone could die at any moment in such hostile waters and Reginald's star people were certainly no exception. Over time as he grew up Reginald created a rather bizarre way of fighting which the starfish dubbed his MaStar Martial Arts, and used it to subdue the creatures and denizens of the ocean he had devoured. However the young starfish was seemingly more "intelligent" that most of his species, and was not simply a blind brute who ate aquatic creatures.

One day, Reginald and his family came upon the large city that took up about 10% of the entire planet. At first the idea of attempting to pillage it seemed rather good, who did these people think they fucking were living inside such a comfortable and safe place while the poor starfishes ate and devoured people to live. It's not like it was in their nature to just kill people... The Starians had no means of actually getting inside the city, so they would simply hunt around and kill people like they had always done. The starfish had waited until a chance presented itself to get in.

However at some point, the walls of the place had begun to crumble down and give way which led to several species storming into the city and devouring/killing the inhabitants within, Reginald was one of the first few to actually bust inside of the city and did not hesitate to collect his "share" of the goods within. Instead of bothering with the rabble that made up most of the city however, Reginald traveled to one of the fancier parts of the city he could simply make his way into and then begun to prey on denizens in that area. As the dangers of the outside began to spread to the innermost parts of the city, Reginald had already been there collecting his fill.

The Starfishes first Victim inside there had appeared to be a very well off man, who possessed the very cane, monocle and top hat Reginald now carries on him to this day. With all the interesting objects in this city, Reginald developed a small habit of collecting them and gathering them. Little baubles that looked nice, tiny trinkets anyone enjoyed staring at really caught the young starfishes eye. So he began to prey on those who had a large amount of them before the chaos that was coming inside of the city consumed them. In a sense you could say Reginald really had it out to eat the rich and well off.

Soon after the city fell down into utter ruin, and was quite the land bathed in blood. Reginald continued his ordinary life style, having collected many trinkets and rosen to some form of a "respectable level" amongst his people. One day when checking out the city for more of these trinkets to loot, the starfish saw a strange and unusual tower appear, with curiosity leading the way for the young starfish he promptly rode off to investigate it. After all what if there were more of the shiny baubles inside?
