Hono is a girl with fair skin, she often wears a bit of blush to stand out. Hono stands at 5'2 and has a rather slender build. Her eyes are yellow. She weighs roughly 102 Lbs. She has long light pink hair which she keeps up in two clumps. As for her casual clothes, she often wears a red and white top with a short purple skirt. hers shoe size is 7.5. Alternate Appearance:

When Hono enters the dungeon she resembles a devil, She wears a long black dress. She also has fake devil wings coming out of the back of her dress. Around her cleavage her dress forms a heart shape. At the bottom of her dress is some pink ribbons. Her hair remains the same but she does get some black horns on top her head. She also gets some pink socks with black dots. Her mask takes the form of the comedy mask of drama.
Personality: Hono is quite protective a trait she got from her mother. She's also very kind to people who she trusts. Hono is extremely blunt saying everything to the point. Due to the way the bullies treated her is is very hot-headed, She calls out anyone who gets on her nerves which is quite easy. She's pretty serious both in school and in battle. She can't stand being walked over and often hates people who do, which is why she doesn't like most cadets . Warming up to Hono isn't that hard, she tends to make friends easily as long as they don't annoy her. Hono is also easily annoyed. Having been into movies since she was little she loves movies, plays, and acting for a crowd

The Background
History: Prior to the Eternal Divide high school sweethearts were wed. The twos name, Avan Kaen the male and Cosette Hardins. She took his last name, the two were rather happy. They soon had a child, Hono Kaen, she got a lot of her looks from her father. The family was rather normal, they lived in a small city not far from Endymion. Growing up Hono was fascinated in movies and plays, an interest that stuck with her till today. She often acted out the scenes from the moives for her mother and father. She was quite different from how she currently is, She was much nicer and didn't have her temper, a "perfect" child. During the Eternal Divide Hono was scared out of her mind, her father comforted her throughout. Once it passed the Family headed towards Endymion, they moved into an apartment in Susie Q.
One day out of the blue Hono's father went through an awakening getting his own persona. Avan became a cadet. He changed a little bit, he was a little more strict on what Hono could do. Hono began to change when she was bullied, due to being bullied it caused her to change into her current personality. After getting aggressive with the bullies they soon stopped out of fear. Hono's dad was a cadet for about 3 years before suddenly went missing with out a trace. Hono was upset that her dad was gone. Hono's mom was depressed for quite a while. Hono comforted her mother. Hono did her best to help her mom around the house, She often did skits to entertain her. Now 16 Hono still lives with her mother also being enrolled in a new high school for the first time.

Good job. Everything appears to be in order, although there is a small problem with one of your weaknesses.

I assume this is intended to balance out the 10% boost to fire attacks? While I do think the basic concept works, it seems a bit too mild of a downside. I'd suggest extending it to all mental ailments as opposed to just Rage or increasing the number of extra turns it'd last from just 1 to around 2 or 3. Alternatively, you could give the strength a slight nerf and make it so fire attacks are only boosted by 5% instead of 10%.
Other than that there are no changes that need to be made. Are you certain you only wish to take three strengths though? You can have up to a maximum of five and if you want you can take some to strengthen a Social Quality of your choice. For example, you could have her start out with an extra rank in Expression, or have it so whenever Hono gets Courage points the amount she gains'll be doubled. Keep in mind that if you do opt for this you'll need to balance it out with Social Quality related weaknesses.

Alt Appearance: If possible get a Mask to go along with it. Masks are a big thing in this plot. But I guess you don't really need to address the issue since the entire alt appearance is a mask.

Doesn't necessarily happen. You go through a rehabilitation which makes you less of a threat to the government and join the Cadets. And be more law abiding. So abuse wouldn't be a thing really, since he's brainwashed.
