How did we get here? (Callie)

Ducking, dodging and weaving, Callie would move with extreme precision and agility as the pair sprinted down an ally away from all the loud angry people who were chasing close behind them. She'd had much experience running down most of the allies around Endy, usually under completely different circumstances of just enjoy having a place to run down where people didn't disturb her with fun stuff to try and avoid and what not. Yet it was definitely a useful thing to know how to do for times like these!

"Mmmhm!" Callie would suddenly find herself be pulled off to the side into a hiding place by 8D, despite the sudden and jarring pull and her want to tease him about it, the vixen would stay quiet so that the rest of the people in the crowd would run right by them. "Aww, that was fun... We could of totally out ran those guys!" Callie would complain jokingly once they were all far out of ear shot. "Why were they chasing us anyway?" She'd wonder, staring down the path that they had all now disappeared down before turning back to see 8D slumped on the ground. She'd begin listening to what he had to say, but interrupt mid way through without letting him finish. "Hey! We did have fun! Just cause it wasn't the fun you originally planned don't mean it wasn't fun, random fun is always way better anyway! Much more unexpected n stuffs! And also, if ya hadn't come back and made those meanies appear, I would of never got Terra back! And I love having him around just as much as I love being around with you!" The girl would say cheerfully, picking up her big brothers mask and hat, dusting them off and then holding them back out towards him whilst trying not to giggly. It was so funny to see him without his mask on, he looked like an entirely different person! "Now come on, we both know we're gonna have tons of fun, even if one night didn't go to plan we still got the rest of forever to do anything we want to!"

"Callie?..." 8D felt a pang of... something... flow through his circuits as Callie smiled and laughed. He listened and hung on to every word she said, feeling his joy come back more and more as she spoke. Slowly but surely his smile returned and spread across his face."Ehe..hehehe...Ehehehe! Ehehe!" 8D carefully took his mask and hat back muttering a small giggly thank you. "Ehehe... Eheeee... Thank you Callie, I forgot myself for a second there." With a loud laugh and a bounce in his feet, 8D sprung to his feet and pulled his hat down over his brown hair, each light blinking happily as he placed his mask back on it's perch.

"You're right Callie!" 8D yelled as he bent down and pulled Callie into a tight hug and twirl."We still have all the time in the world to have fun! We have tomorrow,ifitevercomes, and the day after that! And the day after that and so on and so forth! Ehehehe!" It was moments like these that reminded 8D why he came back, why he left in the first place, and why he needed to do what he did. 8D's giggles died down as he set Callie back on the ground and grabbed the bag of money."Now... what do you say we cut our losses and CASH out! EHEHEHEHE!" OH... OH!... Oh it feels good to pun! "Fallow me Callie, I have ONE more plan... Ehehehe!" With a giggle and a pep in his step, 8D took off back into the night.

Callie would leap up at her big robotic brother once he stood back up and looked his cheerful self again, giving him a big hug. "Never forget yourself 8D! You're perfect just the way you are!" The girl would say cheerfully as she wrapped her arms around 8D's neck, hanging on to him in a kinda carried cuddle for a few moments before dropping back down to her feet. "Exactly! We got plenty of time to have fun! No bad thing should make everything a bad thing! Cause no matter how many bad things may happen a good thing will always come along later on!" With that, the girl would give the bag a slightly concerned look when she realized it was still with them before an idea of her own sparked into her head.

"Oh! Oh! We should go give this back to, uhm... The police or something! They'll know where its meant to go right? Or just give it back to that guy at the ice cream store, if he's still there. Or else we could give it to the guy that works there to look after it until the guy who gave it to us comes back!" That seemed like a solid fool proof plan to the naïve Callie who didn't fully understand the concept of how the money came to be there. "Or... Better yet, we could just leave it here and head home." She'd say with a half giggle half yawn. She was beginning to feel tired after all that running around and how busy her day had been. "Whatever you decide though, I'll follow right behind ya!"

"Doooon't worry Callie, I know exactly who to give this money to!" 8D chuckled as he picked Callie up piggy pack style and took off towards their final destination for the night. She would no doubt fall asleep during the trip, but that didn't matter, so long as they were together nothing could keep 8D down.


The Day shift manager of Maid in Heaven would wake up to a very different alarm then what he was used to. Instead of the normal blaring of his alarm clock, he would instead stir to the muffled sound of sirens from his front yard. This was only mildly perturbing and he wrote it off as the kids today's new form of hipity hop music, undoubtedly filled with satanic backwards lyrics and subliminal messages...

He rolled over to greet the morning and his horrible wife, only to find that she wasn't in bed. A sigh of relief passed through his lips as he knew this meant he wouldn't have to deal with her morning nagging... Perhaps today would be a good day after all.

After getting dressed and ready for his day, he decided that now was as good a time as any to take up jogging again. It had been a few months sense the last time he went for a morning jog and it was starting to show. SO! With his running shoes dusted off and his ipod set to shuffle, he threw open his front door and greeted the brand new day...

He also greeted the three squad cars and two cadets who were currently speaking with his wife in a hushed tone."Mr.Warren, may we have a few words with you about this?" asked one of the officers holding up a totebag filled with cash."Your wife found this in your closet this morning... care to explain?"

In the distance... he swore he could hear the horrendous laughter of that damn clown....
