Pandora stands at a height of about 5 foot, so she is relatively human-like in appearance, except sickly and decrepit.

Persona Background: According to Greek Myth, Pandora was a being who was created by the gods for use as a sexual object to torment Prometheus for his crimes. Pandora was eventually given the freedom to commit her ultimate sin, opening a box containing many evils upon the world. She lives with this mistake to this day and is constantly searching for a way to reverse her mistake.

Fusion Attack:

Fusion Attack Name: Orgia Mode - The user is granted the ability to use Persona skills without wasting HP or SP for 3 turns, along with the ability to attack twice in one turn in PvS battles or a 15% boost in PvP battles. After the use, the user must cool down for 4 turns, during which she cannot attack or defend. Due to her being an experimental weapon, she gets an extra turn of cooldown due to overheating.

Type of Damage: Fire
Description: Partisan either uses the rockets attached to her jetpacks to propel herself forward in a fiery explosion, or launches one of them from her wrist to cause an explosion somewhere else. Either way the explosion would be about 4-5 meters in diameter, and she would normally not damage herself when she blasts it below her, unless she sets off the explosion way too close to her. She can usually travel an extra five meters from this blast, and launch her rocket about the same distance. The downside being that she loses one of her rockets and cannot fly as fast for the rest of the thread, usually losing about 5 MPH per rocket fired.

Since it's Tier 1, be sure to add that you can only go so far, probably at most about 5 meters for the skill before the actual explosion. Same for the distance of the rocket should you choose to fire it. And just for clarifications sake, if you want to have it lower your speed, just specify by how much you are slowed down. Edit that, and you're approved.
