Description of Location

To enter the Velvet Room, there are various entry points spread across each location on the board. These locations are marked by blue colored "doors" that stand alone. Only those who have unlocked their Persona can see these doors and open them. Once entering the door, one is bathed in a bright blue light before being transported to a large blue colored room. Within this room are various velvet colored tables, a faceless man playing the "Velvet Song" on a piano, a woman singing the lyrics to the "Velvet Song", and an older man with three attendants. In this room are two doors and a mirror. One that leads back to the real world, one that leads into "Limbo", and the mirror that leads deeper into ones own subconscious. This glowing mirror allows those who cross into it to relive moments of their past, based on the memories of that time. This also allows others to see into the user of this mirror's past, and experience the memories aswell. The Velvet Room is the main location where people get information about the coming events, and weird happenings in the real world and "Limbo". Those within the Velvet Room wear flight attendant esc clothing. The room, itself, seems to be a first class cabin on a large plane. Lining the walls are various small windows that show nothing but darkness and clouds.

The Velvet Room in the Azores Islands however takes on a different form. They can be entered through blue doors, and will feel a light wash over them, however the scenery is rather different. It is the inside of a large sunken ship at the bottom of the ocean. One can still breathe while in this area, even when seeing the fish swim around their heads, and the hull is rather large. There is a hole near one of the corners of the ship that is not big to be safely moved through, but may have been the source of the leaked in water. Circular windows line the walls showing the calm sea and underwater cliffs of rock surrounding the ship. The Mirror to the Past in this room is located on the wall near the back of the hull. The Attendants here wear sailor or naval uniforms.
