I've come to make an announcement. Shadow the Hedgehog's a bitch ass motherfucker. He pissed on my fucking wife. That's right. He took his hedgehog fucking quilly dick out, and he pissed on my fucking wife, and he said that it was "t h i s b i g" and I said that's disgusting. So, I'm making a call out post on my Twitter.com: Shadow the Hedgehog, you got a small dick. It's the size of this walnut except way smaller. And guess what? Here's what my dong looks like. (explosion noises) That's right, baby. Tall points, no quills, no pillows. Look at that, it looks like two balls and a bong. He fucked my wife, so guess what? I'm gonna fuck the Earth. THAT'S RIGHT, THIS IS WHAT YOU GET! MY SUPER LASER PISS! Except I'm not gonna piss on the Earth, I'm gonna go HIGHER. I'm PISSING ON THE MOON!!! How do you like that, OBAMA? I PISSED ON THE MOON, YOU IDIOT!

Lachesism [Great Calamity -- Azami's Response] Large

Azami's eyes shot open as the dream came to a sudden end. Her alarm clock screeched into her ears as she awoke and her fist instinctively rose into the air -- slamming down on the snooze button at full force and sending the alarm clock crashing down to the ground below. Pulling the covers over herself once more and rolling over to the other side of her bed, the woman attempted to return to her slumber. As she flopped over, however, her eyes would catch a glimpse of a small black butterfly perched on her windowsill. Upon glancing at it, the minuscule insect would take flight and exit via the window which it had presumably entered through.

Though it was the black butterfly that had first caught her attention, there was something else visible through the window that Azami hadn't expected to see. For a moment she thought that her eyes were deceiving her. She sat up within her bed and would turn her attention to the sight laid before her: aghast and speechless at it. It almost seemed like something straight out of a story. It was as though the sky had been drowned in a bucket of purple dye and with this radical change came an ominous atmosphere. While she couldn't see everything that was going on through her mere window alone, her eyes caught a glimpse of a red gleam that, upon further examination, seemed to be coming from a star of sorts. Yet almost as soon as she touched the star with her eyes did it disappear. The stars and their light emerged and vanished rapidly seemingly without any pattern, rhyme, or reason.

"Don't tell me... Am I still in that weird ass dream?"

No... No. That wasn't it. This was definitely reality or at least it certainly felt like it. But if she wasn't dreaming then what was going on? For a moment she was clueless, flabbergasted, bewildered... What conceivable answer was there to all this? In the span of a few seconds, however, it all came flooding back to her. The contents of the dream itself came to her with almost perfect clarity and, with them, came the words that the other her had spoken. She remembered the warnings given to her -- warnings of a Great Calamity, of an inevitable disaster which would befall the islands and all who resided within them. Was this what the other her had been trying to convey? Was this the tragedy they spoke of?

There was no mistaking it. This had to be it. It had to be.

Scrounging around her covers for the remote, she'd grasp onto it and aim it at her television. With a click of a button an image would flash onto it and Azami's eyes would gaze at it. What appeared on the screen was the minister of the islands herself: Isla Mullochin. For such a dire and sudden situation, she appeared rather calm and collected about the issue facing them. Then again, this could very well have simply been a front. Most leaders and politicians relied on poker faces and facades to some degree. Honesty and politics were oxymorons, after all. It didn't take a masters in political science to decipher that.

"...certain organizations are working to solve the issue, however for your safety and to those who value their life, do NOT go outside."

The broadcast would swiftly cut to a series of PSAs instructing the populace to do as Isla said. Grabbing onto the remote once more and lifting it into the air, Azami would turn the television off and close the open window beside her bed. Following this she would casually toss the remote to the side and roll out of the bed onto her feet.

"Understand that you alone will be able to stop it. Humans, Gods and Demons alike are nothing without you, the only one who can stand up to this cause."

The words of the other her echoed through Azami's mind as she strode toward her closet without hesitation. For the first time in a while she felt as though she had a clear path to walk, a role to play... a purpose. She didn't fear what was to come next. Not anymore.

"You can now wield a power called Persona. Unlike others however, you have the potential to summon multiple. You have the ability to resist certain powers that others could not. However, you will have opposition, and it is your job to crush them and do what you will with the islands."

Putting her typical attire on, she would walk forward to the door. As she grew closer to it she could feel her lips curl into a small grin. Perhaps the masses would be right to fear what was approaching. Hell, the her from a mere day ago would likely be doing the same. But she wasn't like them anymore. She had the power necessary to do something about her circumstances -- a power she had been devoid of her entire life. The populace may have been helpless, but she wasn't.

For the first time in a while, the day was hers to seize. And no one was going to take that away from her.

As Azami began to walk out, she would see the Demons flying over the air, many of them heading towards Standasen. They were a flock, but no one knew what they were after. Everyone was among the streets, however one in particular would be running straight towards Azami herself as though she had not a care in the world, and was just happy to see the Wild Card.

Lachesism [Great Calamity -- Azami's Response] Tumblr_n765wiTGFw1r2heyno1_500

"Helloooooooo~☆♡!" she said, bounding to her and tackling her in a huge hug. The smell of fruit and sugar filled Azami's nostrils along with a crushing feeling around her waist, like that hug was less of a hug and more like a vice. She would let go eventually and stare at her with a strange face. She had colorful clothing, with purple hair, like she was something out of an idol catalog or a children's show for girls. She was about her height and apparently seemed like she was not aware of the current crisis, though she did look up at the Demons before back at her.

"You walked out at a good time☆♡! We should go check this out right☆♡? No time to explain, but if you noticed, there are bunches of those things in the air☆♡! Now who are you☆♡?! You aren't safe out here, not with nothing against those things☆♡!  So, are you coming or not☆♡?," she grabbed her shoulders again and lightly shook them, seemingly eager to move on ahead to the source of this madness. She clearly wasn't taking no for an answer, as she began to pull on her body a few feet until she gave an actual answer. She was eager to get a move on, and hopefully this girl was too!

PostSubject: Re: Lachesism [Great Calamity -- Azami's Response]   Lachesism [Great Calamity -- Azami's Response] EmptyMon Feb 22, 2016 7:25 pm

"Jeez... They weren't kidding when they spoke of a calamity, were they?" Azami would mutter to herself as she stared up at the sky above. How many of those things were there even? Whatever the case, it didn't matter. She was drunk on the sweet nectar of lachesism and had already resolved herself to this path. However offputting it all may have been for her, turning back now was not an option she'd spend even a mere second of her time considering. Just as she prepared to tail the trail of demons in the sky, however, an unfamiliar voice would reach her ears -- a foreign sound which greeted her with such enthusiasm that it was almost as if its owner was an old friend.

"Helloooooooo~☆♡!"

Looking down to meet the voice, Azami would almost immediately find herself tackled by the strange individual before her. The aroma of diabetes would suddenly permeate the air whilst her spine was simultaneously pulverized by this... cosplayer? Was she a cosplayer? It'd explain the strange outfit, although perhaps this was the latest fashion craze or something. Azami had never really kept up with that sort of stuff.

"C...Cr--crushing me... Can...can't breathe..." She'd sputter out desperately in a frail voice. The reaper was looming over her and with his scythe would come death's embrace! It seemed as though this would be the end for her, and what a pitiful end it was... Thankfully, the stranger decided to stop murdering her via hug and spared her life. For all her eccentricities she seemed to be offering assistance... or something like it, at the very least.

"So, are you offering to be my escort or something?" Azami would ask before continuing. "You don't have to worry about me. I've got my means of dealing with them." She'd assure the woman before her. If anything it seemed as though she was more in need of protection than the Wild Card -- although judging by a book by its cover often proved to be a flawed method of analysis. "Besides," Azami mused silently within her thoughts, "I don't think even those monsters could withstand a hug of that strength." The thought brought an amused smile to her face. Perhaps the Great Calamity that she had been warned of was not the demons, but the eccentric young girl before her.

Whatever the case, it didn't seem like she'd take no for an answer. And besides that, this whole situation was rather unfamiliar to Azami. It wouldn't hurt to have an ally to fall back on if things got rough. So, with a simple nod to the girl, she'd accept her offer. "If we're both heading to the same place we might as well band together. Just don't get yourself hurt, alright?"

The woman grinned and pulled tightly on Azami's arm. "Great! Then let's get moving! I got my own powers, just like you. We gotta go get to Standasen now so we can see what the big deal is!☆♡" With that said, she would run off ahead of her and the every few meters or so, she would stop to turn back so Azami could catch up and continue again. Azami on the journey to the station would notice that the demons would fly over her and not appear hostile to her....upon closer inspection in fact they seemed to ignore Azami entirely as the two walked. Azami could choose to fight them of course, as some were attempting to attack others, and some were causing destruction to various houses around them. Would Azami still retain their heart or was their only goal in mind Standasen? Furthermore, did they have another destination in mind? "I've never seen anything like this before! Things are so lively in your world huh? My name's YumiAmi☆♡! Nice to meet you!☆♡" she said, pronouncing the StarHeart in her name. She seemed completely disconnected from the situation. What was up with this woman? "I heard the stations are shut down, but we can probably walk through the tunnels through to the other islands. Is this world important to you?? I want to know!☆♡"

"Standasen it is." Azami would remark with a nod of her head. Almost as soon as she had spoken, however, was her eccentric ally gone; the woman sprinting off toward the horizon. "H-Hey! Wait up!" She'd cry out into the distance. What part about the word together didn't this girl understand? With a sigh, Azami would rush after her in the hopes of keeping up and getting to their destination as soon as possible. Maybe if she was lucky she wouldn't be completely left in the dust by the purple-haired ball of energy accompanying her. Oddly enough, however, it seemed that the invading demons were ignoring the both of them. She had expected some form of resistance from them, but they simply attended to other affairs and let them pass right by. Strategically speaking, this was likely for thee best. Nevertheless, Azami couldn't help but feel a little disappointed at the lack of any sort of opposition.

The purple-haired woman would introduce herself in a strange way that seemed rather fitting of her judging from her behavior so far. However, something she mentioned gave Azami pause. She spoke of the world in a way that implied she had never personally been to it before. It wasn't "our world" or "my world"; it was "your world." Was she perhaps a denizen of the Other Worlds mentioned within that dream? That could explain her abnormal reaction to the events occurring around her.

"I heard the stations are shut down, but we can probably walk through the tunnels through to the other islands. Is this world important to you?? I want to know!☆♡"

Before Azami could respond, her eyes would catch glimpse of a group of demons. Like the others they seemed to be ignoring her, but they were focused on... something else. Herds of people cowered and fled helplessly as the beasts pursued their would-be prey. Distress and fear covered their faces as they struggled helplessly to survive. The sounds of their screams, their sobbing... They filled Azami's ears. Yet no matter how much they begged, or kicked, or cried, no one came to their aid.

"...We're taking a detour." Azami would state in a demanding tone. It was practically an order the way she said it, but if Yumi decided to simply continue on her chosen path she'd encounter no resistance from the woman and would be able to depart without fear of pursuit. Whatever Yumi's choice though, Azami would not deviate from her decision and would continue toward the enemies in front of her -- whether alone or in the company of her purple-haired companion.

The closest nearby were a few demons attempting to pick up a passerby. She was an adult who unfortunately got caught up in the mess. They all were about to tug at her and make off, but they noticed the presence of two behind them. They all looked at her and began to approach them curiously. The Demons seemed to recognize them, and eye Azami suspiciously. If they wanted to separate the three from their victim, they'd have to make them by force. Meanwhile, YumiAmi☆♡ stood in the background watching with open eyes. They seemed to suddenly stop moving and bounding and was far more interested in how the fight would go. She stared at Azami as though she was a strange specimen, or a car crash she had to see. If Azami ever got in trouble, she could bail her out, but she wasn't going to do it unless she needed it. She had to make sure she wasn't lying when she said she had something to fight these Demons. She didn't say a word to Azami as she backed off to give her the floor. Did she have what it took, or was YumiAmi☆♡ wrong?

It seemed that the demons were intent on doing this the hard way. Regardless, it mattered not to the woman. She had never planned on letting them fly free in the first place. There was only one fate that awaited them: extermination. And Azami had no qualms about being the one to deliver them unto this destiny of theirs.

A familiar feeling shot through her as she gazed at the demons. Her head throbbed in indescribable agony, as though her psyche itself was being torn apart. Crying out in agony, she'd bury her face into her trembling hands at the sudden surge of pain! But simultaneously, another sensation would rise over her... Power. It was swelling up inside of her -- rapidly building and stirring within her. She could it feel ramming against the confines of her mind and driving itself through the cracks until eventually it came gushing out into the world around her. When the pain subsided, a towering figure would float above the young woman. The two entities, one in the same, would turn their attention to the demons in front of them and look upon them with hatred.

As Bhima disappeared, Azami would watch a shinai appear out of nowhere into her hand. It had seemingly materialized from thin air, which served to indicate that this was no ordinary weapon. Holding it felt... nostalgic. It reminded her of better days. Nevertheless, she couldn't sit idly by reminiscing within the midst of battle. Instead she would charge forward at one of the demons and swing the shinai at it in a downward strike.

YumiAmi☆♡ looked at Azami as she fought, tapping her foot impatiently. "Waiting over here! Let's get a move on! Do I need to do the work for you?" In all seriousness she was patient, to see her abilities. She could tell that the woman was weaker than she expected, which meant that Azami was going to have it a bit rough finding her way there, but of course if she needed to she could step in, but she didn't want to.

YumiAmi☆♥ 's words seemed to strike a nerve within Azami. While she harbored no ill will toward the woman for her remark, it stirred anger within her nonetheless -- a searing rage that'd she'd only further unleash upon the demons in front of her. "I can handle it myself!" She'd snap at her, head throbbing and blood boiling as she once again called upon her power. This time, however, it was not Bhima that would heed her call. There was something else inside of her... Another entity, another power, another self. This wasn't the only one though. She could feel it. There were more of these "Personas" dwelling inside of her. And they were hers to use as she pleased.
