Appearance:

Homura can be mistaken as female at times, and even wanted to be a woman at one point. He still has those feelings. Homura usually wears many different outfits. Under the alias as Kim, when working as an assassin. He wears a fancy black suit, his hair is of a jet black color. His hair reaches can touch the center of his back. He has violet colored eyes, often giving off a cold, hard gaze.

His alternate appearance, gives him an appearance of a phantom maiden. Homura's entire face is covered with a mask without a mouth. There are red, blood like streaks coming down from the eyes of the mask. Looking as though the user behind the mask is bleeding from its eyes. He wears a pure white kimono, with a red sash. Underneath the kimono is a red shirt.

Personality:

Homura is usually quiet, and reserved. Showing little emotions at times. They're not quite fond with physical contact with people, including people that are close friends, if Homura has any. Homura isn't considered a shy person, as they're very well able to communicate with others. Showing that they have good communication skills. In battle Homura is always serious with their actions, always thinking logically, and letting all needles feelings aside that gets in the way of their goal.

They're very well capable of putting their life above others, but isn't hesitant to people's lives on the line, playing strategically. Homura can be obedient, and knows how to obey orders when given to. Even if he doesn't agree with them. Homura can be seen as an overly shy person, and doesn't like to approach others. He would rather have people approach him first.

As an assassin, he puts useless emotions that will become a hindrance to his objective aside. Coming off as a cold person, who has tossed away his humanity for the sake of one mission. He is pretty focus most of the time, but often he trails off in his own thoughts. Homura can grasp an understanding of one's emotions, but forgets to consider the idea of him hurting someone's emotions.

—Description: Homura is on a pursuit of knowledge, and likes to acquire information on anything, and everything. Homura focuses on his studies, and rarely has time to slack off.
Can have their intelligence start at rank 2.

—Description: Homura is nicknamed the silver blade, because of his effective use of a famed sword passed down from generations of a prestigious family bloodline. It is rumored that the silver blade never misses their target. 10% dexterity for his soul bound weapon.

Weapon Description: The sword passed down in the Kawamoto family. It's true name is Kusanagi no Tsurugi. It is the sword that gave Homuras mother, a nickname. The silver blade, because of the bright silver light that emits from the sword, whenever it's out of its sheath. It's blade is 28cm long.

The Background

History:

Homura lived with his family near a small town by Endymion. They were alien to the place, and hadn't bother venturing out of the house. Only to go, and get food here, and there. Homura's father is often on business trips, so they hardly see each other. Homura began his life as a sword practitioner at a young age, because of his mother's past history as a rumored urban legend of a woman who wielded the silver blade. Always protecting the lives of others, when demons began to act up. His grandmother would warn her about a great tragedy will occur, and humanity will be in grave danger. She had called it the eternal divide.

His mother spread the news to her family, but only her husband didn't heed the warning. He was too caught up with his own experiments at the time when he was in Endymion. During the events of the eternal divide, there wasn't any word about Homuras father, and with a great deal of training. He wanted to go, and look for him. Unfortunately, his mother stopped him, and went after him instead. Keeping homura locked up in a shrine, until everything was over with. After the events of the eternal divide, Homura lives with his grandmother in Endymion, he couldn't remember what happened to his parents. Sometime during the event, he had suffered amnesia. Wishing to avenge his parents, by continuing the family legacy of the silver blade, while keeping it a secret from any outsiders of his clan. In endymion, Homura works in secret as an assassin. When he took the as an assassin, Homura has been given many aliases. His most common one, amongst his clients is Kim.

No.

As a Velvet Attendant, you do not start with a firearm. Your starting soulbound is a Persona Compendium of some form, as detailed in the description of what a soulbound weapon is. Even if you were playing another class, you could not have a firearm as a soulbound.
You may save up your money to buy a firearm if you really wish to have one, but you cannot replace your Persona Compendium with a soulbound pistol.

You may increase the potency of your healing skills, to boost the % of health they heal when used.
You may not have the ability to heal everyone, on command, without a cost.

Other considerations:

Ignoring that one of your strengths currently cannot be approved, you have 4 mechanical strengths, and only 3 mechanical weaknesses. If you wish to gain a mechanical benefit, you have to take a mechanical penalty elsewhere for each one.

What did you mean, by this? Do you just take more damage from Light skills? Do light based instant kill skills have a higher chance to hit you? This is confusing.

Just going to warn you that this weakness could get pretty harsh for you. Being crit is bad news.

Lastly, you need dimensions on your soulbound.

As I said before - can't have this on a chance. You have to have it so that you take extra damage every time you get hit.

You can lower the added damage to 10% and pick a specific element rather than have it be on all physical attacks, but you will have to have it affect every hit you take from that element.
