Part Time Job: Ramen Shop Waitress & Singer .
Appearance: Standing at the height of five feet and five inches tall, she is head and a half shorter than her father. Mei is very lanky with a very slim waistline with roughly no muscle on her bones despite actually doing Kendo. Don't be fooled, she is rather rough when it comes to kicking someone's ass and throwing them out of her father's restaurant. The noticeable thing about Mei isn't her dark pink hair; no it's her bright bright cyan coloured eyes that have an odd glow about them. Supposedly her father had the same kind of eyes when he was younger, but they became dull as he got older. The other noticeable trait of Mei is the fact she has long waist length pink hair that is usually frizzy and never kept nicely. Both of Mei's ears have been pierced, multiple times by a friend whom works in a piercing and tattoo parlor.
Other then her school clothes, on casual days Mei enjoys wearing comfortable and loose fitting outfits. Even during school Mei wears a black and purple choker necklaces with funny little shapes that are on the beads, while wearing a silver studded bracelet on her left wrist. Usually Mei's day off, she wears a purple tank top that has been ripped to show an under black lace on top under shirt that only covers her chest and part of her belly button otherwise her mid section tends to show off through the lower ripped parts. The faded blue jeans that Mei wears is in no better condition, the right pant leg looks as if it's struggling to hand onto the final threads that hold it together meanwhile the left one appears like the poor thing has been mauled by some type of rabid dog. Otherwise Mei wears some simple rather dark and bright shoes that are mainly black with a lime neon shoelaces and ultra violet like outline trim. During the colder months Mei is usually seen wearing a heavy black sweatshirt that has a soft fur inside to give her more comfort.
Personality: Very stubborn and is never going to let that trait of herself go. Mei dislikes when someone tries to change her mind, even if she is originally not sure about it in the beginning, deep down in her heart Mei is already more aware with the fact that she has settled on a choice that has been dished out. Even though she doesn't take no for an answer, Mei is a very compassionate person and always wanting to help people no matter what or who they are. She sees the good inside of people faster then most people seem to figure out.
Even with a notable stubborn problem and seeing the good in people, Mei carries around a rather nasty temper that is rarely set off unless someone seems to find the correct buttons to push. She becomes a big hot head when someone mentions the car accident if they remember anything or know anything about it at all; this is also her weak point of feeling extreme and gutter painful guilt. Mei tends to fall into a depressed state when this happens, rarely coming out of her dorm room or disappearing for hours without giving a notice to someone else.
Mei has a very humorous side and is always looking for ways to find some type of fun in a normal everyday life. Though it sometimes means she finds herself in trouble, Mei doesn't seem to mind and almost appears to enjoy finding some type of trouble; only once has she commented that it reminds her of how her mother used to lecture her about getting in trouble and finding danger in the most innocent of places.

—Strength Name: Lullaby .
—Description: A very talented young woman when it comes to singing, her voice carries any intentional or unintentional emotions that are build up inside of Mei; if not most of the time managing to show her emotions even if she can't through normal words.
—Strength Name: Martial Arts .
—Description: Originally it had been Mei's mother's idea to have her join the club outside of school which has helped the young woman often throughout her life. During her free time, Mei enjoys to visit her old instructors and still take side lessons on days off.
—Strength Name: Vixen's Tongue .
—Description: For all the trouble that Mei has gotten herself into, she seems to have grasped the idea of telling people what they want to hear and actually getting out of the trouble.
—Strength Name: Artwork .
—Description: Unlike singing this is a small hobby of which Mei keeps secret from everyone else. Most of Mei's artwork is all dark and consisted of lines that continue to overlap each other that appear to be a complete and utter mess; but yet from far away they make a much bigger picture then what they originally seem to be.
—Strength Name: Odd Colours .
—Description: Emotions are something that everyone has, but yet since the car accident Mei has taught herself by showing your true emotions, then there are higher chances someone can take a hold of them. Since then, Mei covers up her actual emotions with something else by distracting someone or changing the topic.
Weaknesses:
—Weakness Name: Distraction .
—Description: Anything can really distract Mei from her everyday activities, from the shrill of a strange and usually unheard sound to the oddest neon kind of colour that she catches with her eye. Sitting by the window in her classes usually aid to the distraction.
—Weakness Name: Laziness .
—Description: Deep down, Mei has the potential to apply herself further in her academics, yet she chooses not to do anything of the sort. The only time that she does apply herself is during Kendo .
—Weakness Name: Forgiveness .
—Description: It is a strange factor, but it rarely seems that Mei forgives someone for what they have done to her or someone else. She may give off the sense that she no longer cares about the event, but deep down she really doesn't forgive them and begins to hold a grudge.
—Weakness Name: Video Games .
—Description: Ah, yes she is in the Anime Club, yes she does watch a couple of shows but most of all, Mei is obsessed with video games and finds herself unable to put down the remote control long enough to do her homework.
—Weakness Name: Food .
—Description: If someone else is paying for it, don't be surprised to find that Mei has tagged along with the people or the single person whose decided to go out for a meal.

Weapon Description: What Mei has dubbed 'Skull' is actuall her old microphone which has the noticeable pink and black skull sticker on the old metal microphone. There is a rather vibrant cyan cord that is wrapped around her right hand; straight from the mouth of the woman who owns the mic, "Ow."

Fukuyama Eiji | Older Brother .
Fukuyama Mei is the younger sister of Fukuyama Eiji, whom is five years her older brother. Her parents were a simple and quiet kind of couple that lived and grew up in Hayabusa, Japan. They were long time childhood friends that did end up marrying each other into a happy relationship. Regardless, the married couple were glad that with the second birth of their child, they had a lovely and beautiful daughter. Eiji was a rather curious older brother and always carrying / dragging the little child around the house saying that he was helping his mother and father.
Mei grew up with an odd family, then again no family in the world could be considered or truly perfect. They had their jumps and down, especially with Eiji and Mei. He always wanted to show his little sister that he could take care of her and that he was supposed to be the big brother and that she shouldn't every worry about needing to protect him. Meanwhile Mei wanted to show her older brother, still quite young at the time, that she was a 'big girl' and could protect her Onii-kun from all the dangers that he could protect her from. However, Seiji and Hanako always found it quite adorable with the fact they were seeing who could protect who better.
She was a bit older, around her nearing puberty and teenage years when Mei found that she had quite the talent when it came to singing her heart out. At the time, Eiji had been the only one whom could hear his little sister singing the raw emotions that build up inside of her. He was surprised but yet as any good brother, Eiji supported her nonetheless. When Mei realized she didn't want to sing in front of other people; that had been the start of her messy scribbles that held hidden messages, despite the fact she was usually covered with lead and carol. Everything was content, everything seemed to be falling into place; especially when Eiji got protective of Mei when she went into Middle School.
Things changed roughly when Mei was sixteen. Her brother was on a scholarship to a University that he was very much excited about. Mei's parents opened up their very own Ramen Shop near the local Academy, moving slightly closer while staying in Hayabusa for the sake of remaining in their hometown. One day, Mei had gone out shopping with her mother as they idle chatted about Mei's school work, her social life and then ended up on the topic of her romantic life. Hanako had mentioned something, the one boy that Mei had a crush on. Mei turned a dark colour of red and hastily ran out into the road, meaning to cross it without having looked for cars or trucks that were known to speed by.
Hanako saw it though.
The last thing that Mei remembered was the fact her head hurt like bloody hell, even noticing the crimson liquid weeping from a cut on her forehead. things seemed slow, dramatic like in one of those movies or tv shows. Then Mei had noticed that a car stopped and the lifeless body of Hanako, her mother with all of the groceries flown about. Mei was sick because of the site and very much so because of herself that she was the cause for the car accident hat killed her mother. Eiji had returned home for the funeral, only have seen his sister the day of the burial and never then after.
With the second year coming around of High School; Mei moved into the student dorms that way she did not need to worry about passing by the accident site every single day. Yet the day off the accident, Mei returns to lay flowers near a telephone pole for the sake of remembering her mother.
