Persona Appearance: This persona appears as a large, nine tailed fox that stands about 5 feet tall on all fours.



Persona Background: Though the nine tailed fox, most commonly known as the Japanese Kitsune is a popular mythological creature in many Asian countries, the Chinese Húli Jīng is the oldest dated record of such a mythological being. This creature was believed to be an omen of prosperity, and if no fox spirit resided within an area, any town founded in that area was doomed to failure.

Description: Húli Jīng boosts Mei into a leap over the enemy before leaping at it, as Mei lands she charges it from behind and the strike it from both sides dealing high piercing damage.

Tier: Tier 1
Cost: 7% HP
Type of Damage: Pierce
Description: Mei chargest in and strikes close to a vital point on an enemy, intentionally missing them to apply light damage and a 10% chance of panic.

Most of it is fine.

For the Soul skill however you would not pay percentage of SP. Your skill would likely just cost like 6 sp or something. You can also just have it be a general agi attack with a 10% chance to panic. Since it's a soulskill you don't have to have your persona use it, it's a skill stemming from you.

Your Fusion attack is also tier 3 so it will do heavy pierce damage.

For your human skill you can't have it literally be 9 strikes. You can just have a regular strike that is tier 1 that would cost about 7% of your hp and have a 10% chance to inflict panic. It won't be a solid number like 5 hp. At tier one even though your saying the damage is light and dealt as one, it'd still only be like one strike.
