Batilde stood outside the florist's shop with a thoughtful expression on her face. She had never actually gone out of her way to go buy something for someone else aside from family. This proved to be quite difficult... What was even appropriate as a thank you gift between aquaintances? Well, the first thing she actually thought of were flowers. Nothing too extraordinary, but in her opinion, it showed appreciation pretty darned well. Now, Batilde wasn't very good with what flowers actually represented socially, since she had never bought a bouquet of flowers before in her life. It had always been the maids and butlers back home that had done most of the work for her, so she really didn't have the slightest clue on what was appropriate for a gift like this one.

After staring at the flowers for a good 10 minutes, Batilde finally made up her mind. She honestly just picked flowers that she found pretty, and in this case, it happened to be roses. The bouquet was made up of white and red flowers, and it was actually quite a sizable batch she had made. (No need to be super stingy when you had pleeenty of cash to move around). The shop owner had of course asked Batilde if she needed any help, and of course, Batilde denied it. This was something she wanted to pick out on her own. It was her gift to Charlotte after all. After the arrangement was made, and Batilde paid for the flowers, she left the store with the eye-catching mass of flowers in hand. Now... where to go next...? If Batilde recalled correctly, Charlotte never told Bat where she lived... Great, another setback. She actually wanted to bring her this bouquet herself, today if at all possible. So, her search started right then and there.

A couple of hours spent searching yielded no results whatsoever. Now, Batilde found herself sitting on a bench overlooking a small park for children to play at. Her head hung low, being quite dissapointed in herself at first... and that's when she remembered. "Oh Yeah! I got her phone number! Why chase her around when I can just send her a text message!" After that little epiphany of hers, Batilde took out her smart phone, and sent a text message to her new teacher.

"Hello, Charlotte. Would you mind coming over to Sunlake Palms? I got something for you..."

Charlotte had been out for the day shopping for various outfits when she got the call from Batilde. She wanted to get a new wardrobe for when she went out tonight, assuming that nothing came up before that. She didn't really think that she needed it per say. But she wanted it more than anything. Her shopping was interrupted however when she got a call from one of her newer, cuter students asking for her. She assumed it was for some kind of help with the guitar, but she didn't have time to get hers from the Velvet Room. She instead just went straight too the park from the clothing store, having put everything that she had wanted to buy, since this was more important. She smiled as she saw Batilde alone on a bench and approached her, "Hey Batilde, whatcha got there?" she said curious as she warmly looked at her.

Batilde almost jumped out of her seat when someone addressed her. She hadn't expected Charlotte to show up for at least another ten minutes and yet... here she was. Might as well make the best of it, no? Batilde made some room for Charlotte to sit with her should she wish to. "Well..." Now, here's hoping that she liked the flowers... and didn't mis-read the whole situation. "I just wanted to give you something for the help yesterday." Batilde said, fidgeting nervously in place. "I wasn't sure of what to give you, so I ended up buying you some flowers." A nervous smile made it's way across the girl's face as she revealed the bouquet of flowers she had bought a while back. "They're for you, Charlotte."
