Those who had awakened to their Persona would fall into a deep sleep when they turned in that night. Almost as if drawn to a slumber, they would find themselves in a world unknown to all others. The sound of chains could be heard, slowing swaying back and forth. If they tried to move, they'd feel a weight upon their bodies. Shackles upon their wrists and ankles restricting their movement. The more they became conscious, the more they'd notice what sort of situation they were in. Dressed in the garbs of a prisoner and locked away in a cell where their freedom was taken from them. There would be a barred window behind them that was too cloudy and dark to see the environment. What could be noticed, however, was the feeling of movement. They were being transported somewhere but where exactly? It was unknown. If they were to look through the bars of their individual prison, they'd see other cells lining the walls. Though they couldn't see into these cells, there were two women who stood in the center of the room, dressed as officers.

"You are a detainee. Would you like to find your freedom?" The Older woman asked from the other side of the bars. Her golden eyes peered upon the users who were now their valued guests. Though, were they truly guests or were they to be locked here forever? Perhaps it was neither. The younger looking Attendant would walk by the older's side. "We are here to guide you on your journey towards freedom. As Attendants, and this prison's guards, we look to facilitate your growth and maturity. But if you are killed fighting for your freedom, do not blame us." The younger Attendant, or in this case guard, spoke with a bratty tone.

The attention would soon shift to an older man that appeared from the darkness. A spotlight would shine upon him, and one thing that could be seen was the long nose that became his signature trait.

"Welcome to the Velvet Room. My name is Igor. I am delighted to make your acquaintance." The man spoke with a calm tone and held a wide smile. "This place exists between dream and reality; mind and matter. These are my two assistants, Robin and Felanie." He raised a hand and the two attendants would bow politely. "It appears each of you have awoken to your abilities as a Persona-User. A Persona is a manifestation of your psyche. It is a facet of your personality that surfaces as you react to external stimuli... You can think of it as a mask that protects you from life's hardships. That being said, your power is still weak. When you use your Persona ability, you must channel your inner strength. The ability evolves, as you develop social links--your emotional ties with others. The stronger the ties, the more powerful your Persona will become.. This is your power that will protect you from the lies and demons that harbor within your city. It will lead you to your answers and shed light on the truth of the Eternal Divide that had tore this city apart those many years ago." The man folded his hands beneath his rather large nose and would lean forward in his chair.

"From this moment on you will have access to this Velvet Room. You will be able to access this room through various blue doors that will appear in your city. You will all awaken with a key to open such doors. The next time you come here, you will come here by your own choice. You will soon learn that we provide services here to make your journey easier. The more you learn of the dark secrets of this city that are being hidden from you, the closer you will come to your Freedom from these shackles. Robin and Felanie will explain this the next time you are here. For now, time marches on in your world... Till we meet again." With his final words their vision would become cloudy. Soon they'd awake in their beds, or wherever they fell asleep, with a blue key in their hand.
