**ALERT!** After a rather eventful evening at Maksim's Party, three teenagers seems to have gone missing. The doors of Vault Olympia have been breached due to a to this day unknown assailant, who sabotaged the doors locking systems, allowing demons to make entry. Thanks to the excellent defensive capabilities of the Vault's Security drones, the Attack was put to an end, and the invading monsters fled to the outside. Right now, the Doors of Vault Olympia are currently open, allowing any survivors of the fall to seek shelter within the Vault's safe halls. What Vault Security officials think of this development remains unclear as the Chief of Police and Security of Olympia refused to leave a comment. This is Rianara, of Olympia news, signing out.

The site is entering a new era as our team of mods works tirelessly on updating old and obsolete information threads and links. Over the Summer, we aim to make many changes to the forum, including writing a comprehensive beginners' guide to help new players accommodate to the combat and other rp systems in place here.

Nozomi's Persona appears as a tall rather humanoid figure of about 8 FT Tall. Almost resembling a hybrid between a reptile of sorts and a unknown aquatic creature.It is armored from head to toe and has a rather bestial "shark" like head too.Its left eye forms a unique symbol that will also appear on Nozomi's left eye whenever he evokes it.



Persona Background: The San-Mal Shredder is a local legend Nozomi heard people formulate when they began to lose hope in azores. In spite of San Malarus being one of the few places untouched by the disasters that plagued a few of the islands such as standsen for example. The idea was created that there was a creature defending San Malarus from danger. Based another local urban legend as well that there was some kind of creature or whatever that could be seen at night whcih added fuel to the fire. Few Locals have dubbed this the San-Mal Shredder. A Creature that defends San Malarus from Foreign,Mysterious,And Supernatural threats.

Passive Boosts: Personas of the strength arcana specialize in beating the shit out of things. As a result. Nozomi's initial has +15% to Physical attacks.

Skill 8: (Unlocked after defeating your fifth Dungeon Master and Persona used 50 times in combat -N. Wild Card: Unlocked after defeating one of the NPC Velvet Attendants in combat-; Must be a Tier 3 Skill or Lower - User can now use all Personas at their disposal)



Fusion Attack: This fusion attack acts as a combination attack between your initial Persona, and one of the many other Personas under your control. When using this attack, you will combine two skills together to attack in one post. For Example, if you were to use Zio and Agi, the two would be combined together to inflict both Zio and Agi damage. Since it's two skills at once, you'd add the damage from the Zio and the Agi together to get the total damage dealt. Not only this, but you will need to put the cost together aswell, as you're practically using two skills in one post, more or less.

This can only be used once per three separate battles.

Description:Nozomi focuses Intensley for a moment and shoots off a strong vibe from his body off his Will to live and Strong Willpower,Focus and Not Determination because everyone and their grandma claims to have it.  Inner Strength. Causing him to Intimidate people with a weaker will in the area around him in a rather short radius. This only works the most however on whoever he is directly facing or focusing on at the moment. As they will feel Nozomi's Strong Will and Focus instantly and may be swayed by it. Being more compliant with him or even standing down to him. In PVS however. This ability intimidates the mcshit out of 1 enemy. Causing their next attack on Nozomi to have a 30% chance of missing.

Using Human Skill Card

Skill Name:Battery
Tier:2
Description:Nozomi because of his odd weird affinity to being stung by electricity at times has become capable of generating and releasing Electricity, as if he was some kind of Human Battery. In PVP or Real World Situations, this allows Nozomi to Release Electricity into Objects,things,even Organic Beings that have it inside of them and Effect them.The skill is not Limited to just that however, as Nozomi can also release it for just about anything else he needs. The Electricity he releases does not effect HIM, But it effects whatever it comes into contact with. Elec Boost Expands the range of this skill by 25%, and Elec Amp Boosts the range of this Human Skill by 50%. In PVS Combat phase, this skill does nothing but Equate to T2 Elec AOE Damage.

When Nozomi releases Electricity, He can only send it at maximum about 10 Meters away from himself, and the further it goes. The Weaker the Voltage will get.

Affect them in what way? It appears to be a Tier 2 Lightning attack that you can just happen to do from first glance, which is fine, but if it has any other particular effects, it'll need to be made clear.

Claiming a Skill-Up Card from my azores victory reward at 2nd place and using my  HS card in order to form some super badass attack!

Skill Name:諧調:[HARMONY]
Skill Description:Nozomi manifests strange whiter feathers whenever this skill is utilized, which he can manipulate in a variety of ways almost telekinetic-ally. However these white feathers are not exactly ordinary, as they are HARMONY Feathers. Due to their special nature, these feathers upon contact with people will Harmonize them, causing them to Mellow out, and become Incredibly Peaceful, Compliant, and lose all forms of violent intention, desire to attack, etc, and instead become a lot more diplomatic and reasonable. For 3 turns, during these 3 turns they are effected by the skill. The Person or being effected actually becomes completely incapable of attacking or preforming harmful actions on others for this duration.

When the three turns are over, they revert back to normal, but any realizations, etc, Made during their "peaceful" state will remain.,

An Example of this at work is say it's used on someone attacking Nozomi, the Skill hits them, Nozomi finds out their motives and genuinley talks it out, they realize blah blah Why am I attacking him,etc, And then when the skills over, they go back to normal. However the thought process and realization they had during said state will remain.

This skill can be utilized on a specific person, or on a group.

Where to begin...

For starters, the skill is doing way too much. It's able to clash with attacks, neutralize other effects, get rid of weapons both real world and soulbound, AND affect the mind. If you want to use a skill to neutralize powers, you could make a skill that got rid of a soulbound or Persona for a time, but that's all it should be doing. It also shouldn't be getting rid of attacks and the like, even at the penalties you're giving it. You can do a lot of things at Tier 3, but right now it's doing a bunch of big things, which won't work. From what I can get at, you can either make a skill that affects the mind to that degree, gets rid of powers or weapons, or something else.

Putting that aside, even at Tier 3 that skill wouldn't automatically get rid of a person's turn. That's no less than Tier 4. Be sure to think hard about what you want to do and hammer out the details.

This skill is sounding a lot like an ailment. I can see this skill with a chance to fail perhaps, and not work on people with mental resistances. It needs to be very specific. Is it removing just Persona skills for three turns, cause if so that appears to be a Silence skill, with something added on top of it. The skill should also either be AoE or single target, not both.

I can't however see the skill both removing attacks, pacifying the person, AND preventing them from considering harm, since that is almost akin to mind control, and anything like that is automatically going to be Tier 4. At Tier 3 you could remove all forms of their attack such as their soulbound and Persona, but full on making them stop fighting is something not doable at Tier 3.

Skill Name:It's my Friends who are my strength!
Skill Description:Nozomi says some unusually situational quote that has to go with this skills name because fuck it, and what happens is he channels his friends and allies unique bonds with him that he's made over his entire journey. Into one final powerup. The Bond Booster! Allowing Nozomi to amp up ONE ATTACK of his, by the power of this skill. It takes it's power from Nozomi's friends you see, and as a result will scale in boosts based on The ranks of each arcana. Based on his entire social link thing.

Rank 1-3=5% Bonus added
Rank 4-6=10% Bonus Added
Rank 7-10=15% Added

Once the Bond Booster is activated, it will add its damage bonus to whatever Nozomi combines with it. However once used, it will clearly be incapable of being used for the rest of the topic. Simply because Nozomis can't pull a amazing quote out of his ass more than once per thread.

Cosmetically, the attack will be altered and edited, the various traits of the bonds hes made with peoples personas or personal potential influencing the attack in appearence and shape. Even aspects of their own arcana or personal self being incorporated too.

Nozomi himself will glow with a Myriad of Tarot Cards surround him of each and every arcana while this skill has been activated and unused.

The boost at the moment would be far weaker than that of a Mind Charge. A skill like this also wouldn't affect clashing either. Judgement also wouldn't apply to the skill. The skill on a whole looks fine, but it's nerfed a little too much. If you wish to edit it more be my guest.
