Persona Appearance:
A sort of tome or compendium that floats in the air right in front of Eunomia's chest, or wherever she wants to position it. It's the standard size of an encyclopedia tome, easily fitting in someone's hand, while also being thick enough to look intimidating. Inside the pages of the book, there not only exist the current articles for the UDHR, but also all written in past societies and even future societies, representing Euny's complete domain over order of any kind.
Persona Background: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948 at the Palais de Chaillot, Paris. The Declaration arose directly from the experience of the Second World War and represents the first global expression of what many people believe to be the rights to which all human beings are inherently entitled. The full text is published by the United Nations on its website.
The Declaration consists of thirty articles which have been elaborated in subsequent international treaties, economic transfers, regional human rights instruments, national constitutions, and other laws. The International Bill of Human Rights consists of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and its two Optional Protocols. In 1966, the General Assembly adopted the two detailed Covenants, which complete the International Bill of Human Rights. In 1976, after the Covenants had been ratified by a sufficient number of individual nations, the Bill took on the force of international law.

For three turns, the next attack that would lower their HP to 0 will instead reduce it to 1. This works on Eunomia as well, naturally.

Soul Skill Name: Mage Hand Persona Name: UDHR Tier: Tier 1 Cost: 10 SP Type of Damage: Utility Description: Eunomia has an innate ability to use telekinesis in order to lift objects, to a small degree. From a distance, she's capable of interacting with whatever she likes and even can toss them around, if they're light enough. This skill has a maximum effective distance of ten meters and the object must weigh, at most, five pounds (boosted to eight pounds by her strength).
Soul Skill Name: Talk Down Persona Name: UDHR Tier: Tier 2 Cost: 6 SP Type of Damage: Debuff Description: Eunomia gives the enemy a stern talking to and discourages them from acting out using clearly defined rules and orders. Lowers an enemy's Critical Hit Rate by 30% for three turns.

Persona Appearance: Essence appears as a vaguely golden-colored mist surrounding Eunomia's upper body when summoned. It coalesces into a thick ball of energy when using skills, which Eunomia can freely manipulate and move around at will. Various small orbs of pastel colors seem to float inside of the mist, just barely visible to the human eye, and they all sparkle in unison as the Persona uses a skill.
Persona Background: Essence is, in all respects, a fraction of Eunomia's raw power given form as a Persona. While she cannot control it as a Goddess, it has been granted to her to use by Zant in this shape so that she may still wield it nonetheless. It shares its history with Eunomia and is a part of her power that was previously stolen by Zant himself.

It forms a pillar that reaches high into the air, taking her up as well, before she releases it to strike all enemies with its full might. The psychic force lingering afterwards temporarily increases her Defenses by 30% for three turns afterwards, as most attacks will bounce off her psychic shield.
